perience with him, I knew Reflections was where I wanted to go for my engagement ring and our wedding bands.
For my engagement ring, my husband actually proposed with a “placeholder” ring so we could choose the final ring together. Keith made the process so easy and enjoyable. There were so many beautiful settings to choose from, and he was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the ring that felt right for me.
Choosing our wedding bands was just as seamless. One of the things I love about Reflections is that they can truly create what you envision. I went in with a not-so-great Pinterest picture of a ring I liked, and instead of just making exactly what I showed him, Keith helped me understand what would actually work best. He brought in similar options so I could visualize different styles and helped me realize what I really wanted.
The entire process was personal, easy, and enjoyable. Keith’s knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made such an important decision feel stress-free. We absolutely love our rings and would highly recommend Reflections Fine Jewelry for any jewelry needs — not just weddings!

e the second, and the incorrect ring again the third time. Prior to him sending the ring to me the third time I spoke with him to confirm everything was correct, which he said it was. When I received the ring, it was completely different from what I ordered. When I questioned him, he said it was “better”. After telling him that wouldn’t suffice, he stopped working with me and had me mail the ring back for a refund. It was four months wasted and he nearly ruined the engagement.

years, everyone’s like family, but what kept me coming back is their honesty and trustworthiness, which is hard to find. The owners and staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. (Never any pushy salespersons). They get new jewelry designs in every week or so and can also place special orders. (They recently helped me special order a watch for my husband's birthday and did a beautiful custom engraving on the back). They have STUNNING selections of all jewelry, especially engagement and wedding bands and they’ll work with your budget. The jeweler is a true craftsman. He has repaired and re-designed many things for me over the years. They have continually spoiled me with kindness, professionalism and beautiful craftsmanship, so I won't go anywhere else! :-)
