They were also very personable and blended perfectly with us and our guests. Sanjay gave great directions to us during photos. They both went above and beyond in our opinion. They were all quick to respond when needed. We even also already have some sneak peek photos and our wedding was only a day and a half ago. Love them already.

g. They were great with directing people for the photos, and I received my photos and video very soon after my wedding. Danielle was very informative through email while booking with reflections media. They captured all of the pictures and video footage that I wanted.

eally well, however our ceremony was interrupted due to them forgetting to put the mic on before getting started. We were not happy with the quality/editing of the pictures. We went back and forth trying to get this fixed. The customer service was great in trying to help, however we became tired of going back and forth and just gave up. We could never seem to get our pictures the way we wanted them. I would not recommend using this company unfortunately.

es being too good to be true! We contacted them and spoke with Danielle. She was so sweet and answered any questions we had! We decided to book TM about 10 months before our wedding and had an amazing journey with them in the time frame. We had to ask to change the time that the photographer and videographer would arrive at the venue, and they were so flexible and changed it right away for us! On our wedding day, our photographer and videographer arrived early to set up and get some get-ready shots of the bridal party. They were so nice and made us feel so comfortable! Our photographer, William, was hilarious and made all of us laugh! He was so personal and helpful throughout the day. We were struggling with putting on my veil, and he helped my mom put it in my hair! He honestly felt like an extra bridesmaid helping me throughout the day while also taking stunning pictures. He made me feel confident while taking solo shots. Our videographer, Kyle, was so awesome! He called me before the wedding to just get some last minute updates from us and to talk us through what to expect from him as our videographer. On the wedding day, he was directing us on what to do and how to do it. He was so professional. He has also created beautiful and emotional short videos and Instagram reels for us to enjoy before receiving our video from TM. He has such amazing talent. When we received our pictures and video from TM, it was like reliving our special day all over again. We cried, laughed, and smiled looking at the pictures and video that TM created. We are so thankful that we chose TM to capture our special day. We will be recommending them to all of our newly engaged friends!
