Omar and Stephen we’re AMAZING I recommend them for any future brides they are so sweet and professional.
Mike with Reflections Media Louisiana is absolutely phenomenal! He was such a friendly presence and made us feel so confident, comfortable, and natural behind the camera. The compa...
ny is incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very affordable. We just got back our video, and I am left speechless! It perfectly captured our day. We had one small request of changing the order of the background songs - and they responded almost immediately. Highly, highly recommend!
Hired this company for my wedding and reception on 10/3/25 save yourself a headache. Many precious moments weren’t videoed.
I’ve been trying to speak to someone about this matt...
er to no avail. Initially my contact person Kennedy was ok however since I’ve paid wedding date past she’s unavailable.
Entirely hard to contact anyone. Also editing ridiculous. My wedding dress color was like an off white tan however their editing have my dress pure white.
Save yourself a headache, seriously.
Also Megan my photographer had a sweet spirit but fail to shine in her perfection of a photographer. I gave her examples of my vision she didn’t deliver and fail at giving direction to execute a god pic.
No pictures of my guests, pictures of my wedding bands or my husbands.
Marc videography no better.
Also my assigned photographer changed atleast 3 times. Mind you a week prior to my weeding was the last change. I really believe the previous guy understood I desired vogue poses.
I hate to even speak about my anger regarding my photos. I traveled from Dallas to New Orleans and spent atleast $40k on my wedding not to have my memories captured how I desired.
Below point of contact literally stopped answering my calls and texts. Stated the owner attempted calling me but I didn’t receive a call. I attempted calling owner and leaving voicemail., no answer or callback.

We booked Reflections Media for our engagement and bridal photos, as well as for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. Ms. Kennedy and Ms. Danielle were so easy...
to communicate with from the beginning and helped us select the right package for our needs. They were great in explaining the process and what we could expect which made things go very smoothly. The prices are affordable/reasonable and the quality of content is absolutely amazing. Our photographer, Katie Boudreaux, was fantastic. She directed us on exactly what to do and how to do it and all of our photos came out stunning. She has such a friendly personality and is very knowledgeable and experienced! She made the process so simple and stress free and her skills are top notch. Our videographer, Marc Shaw, was incredibly efficient and has a great eye for detail. He completely captured the vibe we wanted for our wedding and was very creative in his content. He directed us on how to maneuver for the perfect shots and he had awesome ideas. He captured all the moments we wanted and more. I would highly recommend Reflections Media!
Absolutely loved our experience with Megan! She was our photographer for engagement photos and for our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Very disappointed. After receiving all 900 pictures. I have no portraits of my husband and I. Communication is nonexistent.
If you want quality for a lower price, don't walk, RUN to Reflections Media. Everyone on the team was so kind and messaging them was so smooth. Their questionnaire really helped me...
with figuring out timeline of everything else and asked so many questions I didn't even think to plan for which really helped the rest of my planning process. Jamie if you read this: when you sent the sneak peak, I was on the floor jaw DROPPED. I never imagined my photos would end up being copy paste from the inspiration but better. You are truly the most patient person when it came to my family asking for 10,000 pictures (exaggeration) of every single family member that attended. I truly can not thank you enough for the absolute wonderful time we had taking pictures with you. 10/10 highly recommend if you truly want an easy photography/videography planning process.
Candice and Mark were amazing! They made our photo shoots fun and we enjoyed having them as a part of our wedding. Thank you for your attentiveness and joy!
Very easy to contact, worked with me, pictures came out amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better photographer!
Absolutely amazing photographer, made my most special day even more special! Very good with timing and getting pictures back didn’t take more than a few weeks!
As the Mother of the Bride, who is also a photographer, I am completely satisfied with Reflections Media Louisiana! From first contact to the delivery of the video and photos, we ...
have received professional and exceptional customer service!
We had a really bad experience with this vendor. The lack of communication from the photographer was really bad. Also, it is not a local company so they hire local photographers so...
you can’t go by the samples you first see on their social media. They gave us a different photographer because the first one we got was a no show/no call to talk about our engagement pictures over video chat. The second photographer didnt contact us until after a few days later even though we were just a few days from the engagement photoshoot. At that point we decided to go with 1216 Studio who are superb and contacted us right away even during Mardi Gras! It was overall a bad experience. We didnt get our $350 deposit back after we cancelled even though they were the ones who messed up.
One of the Best decision in planning my daughter’s wedding was choosing Reflection’s Media to capture their special day.
Candice was amazing. She was fun to work with and all of the pictures turned out great!
The Reflections Media team made our wedding day that much sweeter. The team was professional, kind, and helpful to us and the photos and video we received are absolutely stunning!...
We couldn’t have asked for better!
Professional, reliable, and warm personality that made us feel comfortable and at ease. Both, photo and video exceeded our expectations. Happy with the results and the immediate re...
