Our deposit is 20% down to book and the remaining balance can be broken down into increments.

ny is incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very affordable. We just got back our video, and I am left speechless! It perfectly captured our day. We had one small request of changing the order of the background songs - and they responded almost immediately. Highly, highly recommend!
Hired this company for my wedding and reception on 10/3/25 save yourself a headache. Many precious moments weren’t videoed.

er to no avail. Initially my contact person Kennedy was ok however since I’ve paid wedding date past she’s unavailable.
Entirely hard to contact anyone. Also editing ridiculous. My wedding dress color was like an off white tan however their editing have my dress pure white.
Save yourself a headache, seriously.
Also Megan my photographer had a sweet spirit but fail to shine in her perfection of a photographer. I gave her examples of my vision she didn’t deliver and fail at giving direction to execute a god pic.
No pictures of my guests, pictures of my wedding bands or my husbands.
Marc videography no better.
Also my assigned photographer changed atleast 3 times. Mind you a week prior to my weeding was the last change. I really believe the previous guy understood I desired vogue poses.
I hate to even speak about my anger regarding my photos. I traveled from Dallas to New Orleans and spent atleast $40k on my wedding not to have my memories captured how I desired.
Below point of contact literally stopped answering my calls and texts. Stated the owner attempted calling me but I didn’t receive a call. I attempted calling owner and leaving voicemail., no answer or callback.

The prices are affordable/reasonable and the quality of content is absolutely amazing. Our photographer, Katie Boudreaux, was fantastic. She directed us on exactly what to do and how to do it and all of our photos came out stunning. She has such a friendly personality and is very knowledgeable and experienced! She made the process so simple and stress free and her skills are top notch. Our videographer, Marc Shaw, was incredibly efficient and has a great eye for detail. He completely captured the vibe we wanted for our wedding and was very creative in his content. He directed us on how to maneuver for the perfect shots and he had awesome ideas. He captured all the moments we wanted and more. I would highly recommend Reflections Media!

with figuring out timeline of everything else and asked so many questions I didn't even think to plan for which really helped the rest of my planning process. Jamie if you read this: when you sent the sneak peak, I was on the floor jaw DROPPED. I never imagined my photos would end up being copy paste from the inspiration but better. You are truly the most patient person when it came to my family asking for 10,000 pictures (exaggeration) of every single family member that attended. I truly can not thank you enough for the absolute wonderful time we had taking pictures with you. 10/10 highly recommend if you truly want an easy photography/videography planning process.

you can’t go by the samples you first see on their social media. They gave us a different photographer because the first one we got was a no show/no call to talk about our engagement pictures over video chat. The second photographer didnt contact us until after a few days later even though we were just a few days from the engagement photoshoot. At that point we decided to go with 1216 Studio who are superb and contacted us right away even during Mardi Gras! It was overall a bad experience. We didnt get our $350 deposit back after we cancelled even though they were the ones who messed up.
