We loved our photographer (Annie) and videographer (Frankie)! They worked so well together and made us feel like we were in good hands leading up to the wedding with prep calls and especially on the wedding day. Annie is so sweet, organized and talented in capturing candid and posed shots and Frankie as well and made the small moments come to life and captured all our voice over requests. Could not recommend them more!

Reflections Media was TOP NOTCH! Danielle communicated professionally and extremly efficent with us throughout the entire process. She even sent me forms over and over when I deleted them over and over- LOL. Our photographer, Cammy, was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to get pictures of EVERYTHING! Reflections Media won me over from the very beginning - they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Danielle is very responsive to all emails & makes sure that all details of timeline are known/ organized well before the big day. Reflections Media Pennsylvania were excellent to work with for our wedding this past August! Danielle was wonderful with answering our questions and helping book our service. We had Cammy as our photographer and Tanner as our videographer and when we received our photos and videos, we were blown away with how beautiful they were. I had the pleasure with working with Danielle who organized the photographer and Videographer who worked on my wedding. Reflections media was amazing to work with! The owner Danielle, communicates very quickly and is so accommodating. Our videographer for the day was Steve Watson, who was incredible to work with! We were so pleased with his talent and professionalism. He made our day so fun and special! I had a few phone calls with him before the wedding, in which we went over timeline and the parts of the day I am most excited for. He even went around during cocktail hour and took videos of the guests giving advice and wishes for us (which was a completely pleasant surprise)! The communication with Danielle was great. I decided last minute to change my package and Danielle was professional and quick to respond to my requests. My videographer was Eric. I cannot speak more highly of him. He was personable, fun, and engaging. He captured beautiful moments that I would have otherwise missed. We used reflections for our wedding day videography. Danielle was so easy to coordinate with from the moment we first reached out through connecting us with our videographer, Dee. Dee was so professional and went above and beyond all of our expectations for our footage. He captured all of the important moments and some unexpected ones along the way. Our highlight video literally made me cry because of how beautiful it turned out. It felt like our very own cinematic movie. Not to mention, we got the highlight video and our raw footage back within two weeks of our wedding day. I could not recommend them more.

The pictures for our wedding turned out so great! Our photographer Justine was so good to work with, and we couldn’t stop taking about her after the wedding. We both aren't used to taking a lot of pictures, but she provided such good instructions on how to pose, was great with our whole bridal party (littles included) and we are so so happy with our pictures. The price was very reasonable for the number of hours that we had booked. Would definitely recommend this company and photographer!

This company was absolutely amazing! I was able to plan out a timeline through their easy template that they ask you to fill out for the photographer and videographer. They made my wedding day so easy from getting ready pictures, portraits, reception pictures, and a beautiful highlight video! I also love that even though you get a highlight video they also give you the raw video footage too! They delivered my video in 4 weeks after the wedding, and my pictures 5 weeks after the wedding! I love how easy everything was to set up and would definitely recommend them to my friends in the future!

I had an amazing experience with Reflections Media, all around. From the beginning, they were very responsive. They were very kind and answered all my questions. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. Our engagement photos, taken by Natalia, were amazing and I will treasure them forever. After receiving our engagement photos, my expectations were high and for the wedding photos they even surpassed those expectations! I have received so many compliments on our photos! Our parents purchased us Reflections Media PA as an early bridal shower gift and MAN what a gift it was. Danielle and her team were so incredibly nice and so professional. We chose this vendor because of the great price and we’re happy with the results! We had engagement and wedding photos done as well as a video for wedding day. This company does use a number of different photographers and videographers so to make sure we got pictures and styles we wanted, the photographer used our Pinterest as a guide for inspiration. The entire team was able to be reached through a portal that also houses contracts, photo album etc. It was easy to look there for anything we needed. Overall i would recommend this company to couples who aren’t too picky about photo and/or video needs but want memories for the big day. I can’t say enough about the price because that was a big reason we decided to do both.

Everything was perfect. Showed up on time, got every angle while videoing, and got our video back to us very quickly! From being on the fence to get a videographer to now, I am so so glad we did! The day goes by so quick and having the video as a memory helps remind you of parts you may have forgotten!

I loved working with Reflections Media Pennsylvania. They were quick to answer any questions & emails and worked around my budget to make sure I got what I wanted. They were flexible when I needed to move one of my payment dates. The photographer and videographer were in contact prior to my wedding to make sure that we were on the same page; even checked back the week of to make sure nothing changed (which I really appreciated). They were both timely and so patient with myself and my family. I just got my pictures and video back and I have zero complaints. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would absolutely recommend to anyone working within a budget but wants good quality memories.

Reflections Media Pennsylvania was recommended to me by our wedding photographer. We got engaged in October of 2022 and quickly booked our photographer shortly after. We knew we also wanted a videographer but weren’t sure if we could afford one with our budget, so held off for a while. We ended up hitting a jackpot on a cruise and decided with our winnings we wanted to move forward with booking one. Our photographer sent over 3 different companies that she’s previously worked well with and after looking into all of them decided to go with Reflections Media Pennsylvania. I ultimately chose them based off their high quality of videos as well as their different options/prices. We booked the 8-hour package and to be honest looking back now my only regret about my wedding is not booking 10-hour package and having more coverage! I reached out and quickly heard back from Danielle, the manager of Reflections Media Pennsylvania who provided incredibly helpful information and samples of their work. She also sent me a follow up text where we booked a call and we were able to tell her all about our wedding and she was able to answer any questions we had. From the very first contact with Danielle up until delivery of our video, Danielle has been on top of the ball, so helpful, quick to respond, extremely quick to deliver the final product, so very accommodating. My husband is more of a private person and didn’t want our wedding to be shared on YouTube and Danielle had no problem at all writing that into our contract and making sure nothing was posted. Very quicky after we booked, we were assigned our videographer, Dee. We had a call with Dee a few days later to tell him overall what we were looking for and what the day was going to look like. The closer we got to the day of and as we finalized plans with our photographer, we would send Dee the details. On the day Dee showed up right when he was supposed to and just jumped right into immediate action getting all the shots we asked for. At the end of the night before he was getting ready to go, he asked if there was anything else we needed. He was so great at his job and blended in so nicely. So many people told us they didn’t even know we had a videographer. Danielle sent our highlight video and all the raw footage 2 and a half weeks after our wedding. We were shocked with the turnaround time. I used to be the person who would cry at other people’s wedding videos, now I get to cry watching my own! They did they perfect job capturing all the highlights of the day and giving us something special to rewatch time and time again. So thankful to everyone at Reflections Media Pennsylvania and the huge role they played in making our wedding day so memorable. Could not recommend them enough!

The team I had for my wedding day was absolutely AMAZING!! I cannot say a single bad thing about them and just want to tell everyone to use my crew. Rating this four stars vs five only because I’m still patiently waiting for the picture and video to go through the editing process, which is only a 2 week turn around time if you’re a December bride, but I was assigned Ashton Pilkerton for my photographer and John Heckert as my videographer. Ashton was not only professional, but made my bridesmaid laugh and fee comfortable. He kept the day moving and we were ahead of schedule. We talked a few months before the wedding to discuss timelines so I felt comfortable and had an idea of what to expect the day of. John was my videographer where we scheduled a call a month in Advanced to go over timelines and talk about shots that were important to me to be captured. Overall, a very good experience and I’m sure pictures and video will be great once I am able to view.

We chose Reflections Media for our wedding in Lancaster, PA. We really didn’t know much about them before coming across their page but we cannot say enough good things about our videographer, Mike. My wife and I got married a few weeks ago, and we simply could not be happier that we chose Reflections Media for our photography and videography. We found Reflections Media on The Knot as they came highly recommended. That being said, I still don't know that we expected the incredible experience we got with our Photographer, Ashley, our Videographer, Grahame, and our Coordinator, Danielle at Reflections Media. Right from the start they were exactly what you want as a couple planning a wedding: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All for a great price. We received our photos and video footage in only a few weeks, and everything came out beyond perfect. They captured so many incredible shots and moments that we will have forever, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing jobs that they did. We will forever be recommending Reflections Media, Ashely, and Grahame to any couple looking for the absolute best photography and videography service for their big day.

You pay for what you get. They were the cheapest company out of all the quotes I received. I only used them for videography. Leading up to the wedding I had to reach out to them in regards to day of schedule, when I sent them the timeline my wedding planner had made up I specifically stated in my email I wanted them to be there for the first look which was an hour earlier than what was on the schedule to which they replied they would be there. They did not show up at the time I had asked for. Leading up to the day I was given a phone number I could call or text at any point to which my husband, myself and my wedding planner called many times and texted to which we never got a response. The person who videoed our day was nice.

We are so happy with my daughter’s wedding video! You did a great job and we can’t thank you enough! It was simply beautiful and brought tears of joy to my eyes once again.

An amazing experience! 10/10 recommend. I was able to explain everything I wanted prior with their forms they provided as well as what music I wanted to use in the videos. Then the week of the wedding I had a call with my videographer, and we went over more in detail of the day. Mike was super professional and I had a great time capturing the moments I wanted during my wedding day. He was also very understanding when I got a little too into my champagne pop and got champagne all over him and his camera 10s into the day. Lol.

I am so happy I booked Reflections Media PA for our wedding. From day 1, details and planning were easy because everything was communicated clearly and so organized. Danielle was wonderful to speak to and email with leading up to the day. The structure they use to collect information and connect with their photographers and videographers made me feel like everything was covered. It was a great vendor experience. I have not yet gotten video back (excited to see it! wedding was just on 9/28 so it isn't expected yet), but I did get my photos back. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Diana Rogers was amazing!! She came early (made me trust her immediately because she wanted to get to know the venue and grab some additional shots), was a dream to have around us all day - felt like a friend there to support us. She captured so many different poses so efficiently, knew how to incorporate the family and friends and helped us remember all of the important shots. And the pictures are gorgeous. Truly, I could not have been happier. Many friends and family members are in film and photography and they constantly complimented her to me, during the wedding and after. They could tell by the way she was posing us and her ideas, that her style was going to make for beautiful pictures. The pictures are more than I hoped for! I highly recommend Reflections, but if you book them in PA, please do yourself a favor and request Diana Rogers as your photographer. You will be so grateful you did!!

I do NOT recommend going with the company for your wedding photography. This company has been very unprofessional and have disappointed us in more ways than one. We had two shooters (Whitney and Kelsey) during our ceremony and getting ready. Whitney was very rude towards our bridal party and family during these photos, and did not follow a timeline that was requested. Whitney also did not get many photos that were requested of the groom getting ready. Kelsey disappointed numerous times throughout the day. She did not look at or follow the 2 page family photo list, any photos we wanted or anything that we submitted before our wedding. Kelsey frequently had trouble figuring out setting for her camera, and needed the videographers assistance, to which we abandoned many photos we wanted. Overall, there were MANY photos that are now not captured because the two of them were not able to follow timelines or requests. The managerial staff at this agency also does not care, as we sent more than 1 email of how we were disappointed in our services to not get a response to one of them, and the other to get a half apology. Thankfully, we did get some nice photos… only after I had to request all of our photos be sent to us three, and sent 4 rounds of emails with over 60 photos thats I had to request edits for things such as hanger strings sticking out, pockets sticking out, sunburn removed, camera flashes out of windows, chairs, and extra hands removed. Some photos they actually reverted back, and needed to be edited at least 3 times. Overall, I would not recommend this company unless you want your timeline not followed, your requests not acknowledged, and having to do the work of requesting your photos to be edited. The only saving grace of this day was our videographer Grahame. If you have the pleasure of working with him, you will not be disappointed as he followed our timeline, requests, and made a wonderful video for us to relive those beautiful moments.

Mike Morris was our videographer and he was absolutely amazing. His personality was so great and he made everything easier for the day, he showed up promptly and got right to work on our drone footage. He was extremely respectful of any decisions we made and we would hire him 100 times over if we did it all again!

We found Reflections Media on The Knot when searching for a videographer. Our videographer was upbeat and had a positive attitude. Delivery of our highlight video and raw footage was also super fast also. We were told 4-6 weeks and it came back sooner than the 4 weeks!

I'll be honest, I was skeptical to hire someone from a company and not just an individual who I could see their work and what they specifically do. But, Reflections media is an incredibly affordable option, and I love the way our wedding video turned out. Christian was very sweet, friendly, and a joy to have capturing our big day. They make sure to check in with you if their is a certain style you like and really try to make sure to accommodate to anything you might want. We also got our video in a very timely manner. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with them and their work.

We decided about 2 months before our wedding that we may want videography if we could find someone who was available and within our budget. Reflections Media was just that and we could not be happier we chose them! Danielle was extremely responsive and was able to confirm Hung (our requested videographer) almost immediately. The planning was extremely seamless, we were able to pick a song(s) from a large selection and the video itself is beautiful. Editors took into our special editing requests. There is something very special that Hung was able to capture through his videos that brings us so much joy every time we watch the highlight video. They also provide raw footage which is so fun to watch (ceremony, first dance, etc.) and we were able to see details of the day that we missed on the day of. I did not find many other companies that offered this.

Reflections Media was a dream to work with throughout the year leading up to our wedding! We initially picked Reflections Media because we loved the style of their photography and videography! Being new to the state and not having any connections in the area, Reflections Media allowed us to select from some of their very talented local photographers and videographers. After our engagement session, we knew we were going to have amazing photos for our wedding. Lacey was our primary photographer, Ashley was our secondary photographer and we were lucky to have Grahame as our videographer. Lacey worked with us closely throughout the year, checked in with us to figure out exactly what our expectations were for our wedding day photos and has such a talented eye for capturing unique photos! Ashley did a wonderful job photographing during our wedding, brought a fun energy to the day and was thoughtful in assisting Lacey with those unique photos. Grahame also worked with us throughout the year leading up to our wedding day ensuring he knew the style of video we were hoping to capture. The questionnaires we filled out within the portal were studied by everyone and nothing was missed on our day! Reflections Media was an AMAZING team to work with!! The team was so professional the day of our wedding, but also so friendly and a comfortable group to be around. We worked specifically with Salena and Alajuan primarily - and they were simply incredible.
