We hired Reflections Media for our wedding on October 18, 2025 at Seven Springs and must issue a strong warning regarding the service provided by our photographer, Cynthia K. Her p...
erformance was a significant failure, resulting in the permanent loss of irreplaceable moments.
Positive Note: We do want to acknowledge that the Sales Manager Danielle was very accommodating and understanding in resolving the aftermath of this failure. She provided a monetary resolution and offered a re-shoot for the missed portrait photos. Furthermore, our videographers, Zaza and Margarita, were phenomenal and truly saved our day; without them, we would have missed a lot of the valuable, memorable photos that Cynthia was contracted to capture. Margarita was also an amazing hype woman and ensured her and her husband got all the good angles.
The Failure: Our photographer, Cynthia, was contracted to begin service by 12:30 PM, but she arrived over 2 hours late at 2:45 PM. This extreme tardiness directly caused us to lose almost all of our planned pre-ceremony coverage, specifically the getting-ready photos and detailed portraits. During this entire pre-arrival period, she was completely unresponsive to multiple calls and texts, causing immense stress and anxiety which no bride or groom should have to experience on their wedding day.
Moreover, we have since discovered she failed to capture any meaningful close-up or portrait photos throughout the entire day's coverage as well as many of the photos she did take were out of focus. Adding to the issue, she left early (departing by 9:00 PM) and was frequently inattentive during the reception, requiring our planner to constantly locate her to capture key moments. She was also very unapologetic upon arrival.
Cynthia’s lack of professionalism resulted in the loss of critical wedding coverage. While the company ultimately worked to provide a satisfactory resolution after the fact, the initial service failure was completely unacceptable. Future brides, please ensure that you check all reviews for your specific assigned photographer before accepting them for your wedding day, and consider doing a photography session with them beforehand (i.e engagement photos).
We largely picked Reflections Media because it's such a great value - on our budget, we didn't know if we'd be able to have a videographer. However, by using Reflections, we were a...
ble to get basically a full day of photography and videography coverage for a really good price. Their packages offer flexibility, which let us extend the coverage from one of the base plans they offer. Our photographer Cass and videographer Louis were awesome. They got exactly the shots we wanted all day long, they were so easy to work with and they worked well together.
The highlight video they put together afterwards turned out fantastic and many of our friends and family have commented on how great it was. One of the perks is getting all of the raw video, which has allowed us to show the full ceremony and various parts of the wedding to family members that could not attend. When we had some initial issues playing the raw video, Danielle and her team quickly came up with a solution.
We're so glad we chose Reflections for our big day!

was remarkable. Over the phone, he sounded so friendly and thorough. When we finally met on the wedding day, he demonstrated great character and a passion for photography. He remembered the inspiration shots I didn’t even remember. He was very precise and executed the whole event perfectly. He even helped me put on my veil when I needed help getting ready! He even gave me a pep talk before going down the aisle! He helped me so much I would say he was like my FAIRY GODMOTHER that day! Truly a remarkable photographer and we were so pleased to work with him.

om the very beginning, Danielle was incredibly communicative and friendly. She made sure to understand exactly what we wanted for our wedding video. She took the time to listen to our vision and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
Irvin, who filmed our wedding, was just as excellent to work with. He was professional, attentive, and cared about ensuring every detail was captured perfectly. We received both a highlight video and a short teaser in record time, and when we saw them, we were absolutely speechless. The video was breathtaking, capturing all the beautiful moments of our day in such a meaningful way.
Watching the video brought us right back to the joy, love, and excitement of our wedding day. My husband and I couldn't help but be moved to tears as we relived those moments. Reflections Media’s work is something we will cherish forever.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the video we received from the team at Reflections Media PA! From the first consultation to the final video delivery, the entire experience was se...
amless, professional, and truly unforgettable.
Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our wedding day. We felt completely at ease with him behind the camera, and he captured every special moment without ever being intrusive. We hardly noticed he was there, yet somehow he managed to get every important detail – from the laughter during the getting-ready shots to the quiet, emotional moments during the ceremony.
When we watched our wedding video for the first time, we were absolutely blown away. The editing was gorgeous, with beautiful transitions, music choices, and storytelling that perfectly captured the essence of our day. It felt like we were reliving the entire day all over again. The way Patrick captured the small, intimate moments – the look in my partner’s eyes during the vows, the laughter of our friends and family – was beyond what we could have imagined.
One of the things that stood out to us was how Patrick didn’t just focus on the big moments but also the little details that made our wedding unique – the flowers, the décor, the candid smiles, and even the venue itself. The result was a wedding video that we’ll cherish forever and one that we can’t wait to share with our families for years to come.
If you're looking for a videographer who will truly capture the magic of your day and deliver a timeless keepsake, we wholeheartedly recommend Reflections Media PA. Thank you again for creating such a beautiful and meaningful film for us – it’s something we will treasure for the rest of our lives!
