Reflections Media Pennsylvania offers both videography and photography, with packages including both services or one or the other. In addition to weddings, the team can also capture engagement sessions. The photos and videos are edited by the company's dedicated editors, helping to ensure quality results. The bundles can include a highlight reel, fully edited images, and raw footage. Customization of these packages is also available.
Our deposit is always 20% down to book and the remaining balance can be broken down into 3-4 increments.

erformance was a significant failure, resulting in the permanent loss of irreplaceable moments.
Positive Note: We do want to acknowledge that the Sales Manager Danielle was very accommodating and understanding in resolving the aftermath of this failure. She provided a monetary resolution and offered a re-shoot for the missed portrait photos. Furthermore, our videographers, Zaza and Margarita, were phenomenal and truly saved our day; without them, we would have missed a lot of the valuable, memorable photos that Cynthia was contracted to capture. Margarita was also an amazing hype woman and ensured her and her husband got all the good angles.
The Failure: Our photographer, Cynthia, was contracted to begin service by 12:30 PM, but she arrived over 2 hours late at 2:45 PM. This extreme tardiness directly caused us to lose almost all of our planned pre-ceremony coverage, specifically the getting-ready photos and detailed portraits. During this entire pre-arrival period, she was completely unresponsive to multiple calls and texts, causing immense stress and anxiety which no bride or groom should have to experience on their wedding day.
Moreover, we have since discovered she failed to capture any meaningful close-up or portrait photos throughout the entire day's coverage as well as many of the photos she did take were out of focus. Adding to the issue, she left early (departing by 9:00 PM) and was frequently inattentive during the reception, requiring our planner to constantly locate her to capture key moments. She was also very unapologetic upon arrival.
Cynthia’s lack of professionalism resulted in the loss of critical wedding coverage. While the company ultimately worked to provide a satisfactory resolution after the fact, the initial service failure was completely unacceptable. Future brides, please ensure that you check all reviews for your specific assigned photographer before accepting them for your wedding day, and consider doing a photography session with them beforehand (i.e engagement photos).

ble to get basically a full day of photography and videography coverage for a really good price. Their packages offer flexibility, which let us extend the coverage from one of the base plans they offer. Our photographer Cass and videographer Louis were awesome. They got exactly the shots we wanted all day long, they were so easy to work with and they worked well together.
The highlight video they put together afterwards turned out fantastic and many of our friends and family have commented on how great it was. One of the perks is getting all of the raw video, which has allowed us to show the full ceremony and various parts of the wedding to family members that could not attend. When we had some initial issues playing the raw video, Danielle and her team quickly came up with a solution.

Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our wedding day. We felt completely at ease with him behind the camera, and he captured every special moment without ever being intrusive.
