best friend from the start. She was SO detailed with all the information you’d want to know about the services they offer and welcomed any questions! She checked in periodically to see how everything was going and to ask if there was anything she could help with! Then it came time to creating our template and Home Screen for the mirror … she brought happy tears and the biggest smile to my face when she took the artwork from our wedding invites and created the most awesome template and welcome screen with our dogs. She even got the dogs tails to wag on the welcome screen !!! I was so excited to finally meet her in person and get a hug! Her husband worked our event and he was fabulous! Our group enjoyed spending time with him and with the craziness of how quickly the night goes by he made sure my husband and I got a picture! ng, they were so accommodating with all of our wedding guest! We had guest of all ages and they made sure to help everyone out!
They set up while we were doing our cocktail hour in the same area and they made sure that our wedding party had enough space and they were not pushy at all.
Everyone loved all the pictures and was so happy they were able to take them home and also we got our own photo album of them all.
It was a great experience with them from the beginning of meeting them at a bridal show, to emailing back and forth and checking in through out the months leading up to our wedding day!
Highly recommend and will be having them for other parties that we will be having in the future!

going thru our venue to hire them. The wife Kathy's attitude and demeanor completely changed when we told her this; to the point where she lied and said that our venue uses other vendors so they may not be the ones at our event. (Our venue specifically told us that this is the ONLY vendor they use for their photo booth.) We asked if our wedding date in December was available and the husband checked the calendar and it was available. All of a sudden two days later when our venue contacted them to book our date the wife Kathy suddenly has a conflict and has to go out of town so is blocking off only that week? yea ok. But when we talked to them both in person they even said that if they were not available they would have family members manage the booth. Idk what her problem was with us but definitely not how you run a business.
