Reflections Venue & Gardens

I started working with this specific venue about a year ago in November 2022 for my 9/23/23 wedding. I was originally booked at one of their sister locations in Dallas called Vouv. Everything was going well with the staff as long as I continued to shell out thousands of dollars for their package of Open Bar (they told me they don't offer a Cash Bar), appetizers, dinner (plated or buffet) and anything else that went with this approximate $15,000 tab. We had a copious number of meetings to discuss every single detail of this wedding but somehow, they conveniently left out that my wedding was the same day as the Plano Balloon Festival right across the street for the last 42 YEARS. They told me one month before the wedding and according to their attorney Justin Dertinger, they didn't have to tell me when they did. The streets were shut down and there was no way to get to the venue after a certain time. I spoke to two different police officers that confirmed this. So the first thing I would caution the consumer whether you are planning a wedding, Bat Mitzvah, baby shower, birthday party, Quinceanera, Anniversary, etc. is to find out if there is anything that is going to directly affect your guests and vendors from getting to the venue. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DISCLOSE THIS UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE. Find out about their Wi-Fi capability because their attorney told me "The vendors usually have a Hot Spot". Find out if their HVAC system is working properly in 100 degree weather in the summer and freezing temps in the winter. My wedding was SEVERELY impacted by this event that drew a record crowd of over 80,000 people to this festival. There were several people criminally trespassing in the lot, parking in a private, restricted area, taking pictures with my rented Rolls Royce, etc. HORRIBLE!!!! And you'll love this. All the money I paid for appetizers; I did not get to have any. Why? Because the staff and security allowed the guests to bombard the waitstaff and take them from the wedding party. It was a complete shit show. Their response: "You seemed so happy on that day. I thought everything was going well." There is a difference between being happy because you are marrying the love of your life and being pissed after the event because you find out that protocol was not followed. When I see these reviews, I am shocked and saddened because I wasn't even given the courtesy to make an informed decision about the date and location of my wedding thanks to the deception and apathy of the staff. To keep telling me "Talk to our attorney" AFTER the fact that you intentionally neglected to tell me a critical piece of information is disgusting. I actually OVERPAID for this event based on a previous headcount and I STILL have not seen a dime of the money that is due back to me. Their response: "Talk to our attorney." How you handle conflict resolution is so important and I can tell you this situation was handled deplorably and extremely sloppy. They had repeated contract violation after contract violation (no AC in the groom's suite, no fans either, poor Wi-Fi for vendors' electronic equipment, security breaches, parking breaches, etc) and they tell their attorney to tell me "You're not entitled to any type of refund. We don't owe it to our customers to let them know if an event will be happening the same day as your event." For the money I spent at this event, I could have gone somewhere much more eloquent, updated and sophisticated. Insist that they provide you with 2 staff members during the day of your event. ONE will never be enough, even if you have a guest count of 20.

Reflections was more than I could’ve asked for in a venue! The staff is beyond helpful! They answered all my questions and many emails! Violeta and Pepi were extremely accommodating on our big day and they made everyone feel welcomed!

I really really enjoy the little garden. The staff were very nice. Thank you Pepi and Vivian for all the patience working with me and my team. We really appreciate it. Absolutely a great time.

I am the mother of the bride and Teflections was awesome. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff, Pepi & Violeta, are fantastic. They are quick to respond and took care of every detail. Everyone complimented the food and said it was the best they had had at any wedding. It was a perfect day!

From the first moment we walked in for a tour, everyone was super helpful and kind! The venue is gorgeous and the catering is delicious! We received so many compliments on the food and the organization of the wedding. Pepi was our wedding coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly (and she made sure we ate!) Highly recommended!!

After having to change so many details of our wedding due to Covid, I was looking for a venue that would make planning a breeze. I found this with Channing and Reflections Venue and Gardens. It is a beautiful venue and worked out perfectly for our vow renewal. Everything looked amazing. The food was also to die for. If you're doing appetizers I highly recommend the brisket mini tacos! This venue and their staff made sure my husband and I had an amazing day. Cannot recommend enough.

I just had my wedding December 3rd at reflections and It was the BEST time!! The venue is SO beautiful itself, you really don’t need much to make it nicer than it already is which is a major plus!! We hired a day of coordinator from the venue named Channing and she was on top of everything that day. I had no worries throughout the whole day since I had left her a detailed note prior of how I wanted everything and she did EXACTLY what I wanted! It really is a MUST to have a day of coordinator so you don’t have to worry about anything the day of. My only complaint and reason for 1 less star is because of the ants that were found in our bridal suite when I arrived and then outside when we had our sparkler send off, there were so many ants that a lot of my guests got bit up! Other than that, everything went so well!

WOW. Reflections staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Even with our wedding behind delayed for over a year because of Covid we had stunning service the whole time. Let's not forget the venue which was beautiful. Having the venue, caterer, and bar all in one was so convenient and really cut down on the stress that comes alone with coordinating so many moving pieces by yourself. What's more, is they have a recommended vendors list of places they work with regularly. Our photographer, officiant, and DJ were all off that list and they were phenomenal as well. Special thanks to Alyssa Mitchusson who works for Reflections and was our wedding coordinator on the day of . She was magical and kept all the little details out of my hair while I got to enjoy time with my family; both the old and the new.

Our wedding at Reflections was AMAZING! From start to finish they helped with all the little details in planning and referencing us the vendors we needed. The food was amazing, and all our guests raved about how beautiful everything was!

Had our wedding at Reflections Venue & Gardens in December and had a wonderful experience. Channing was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made the planning process super smooth. She was also on top of everything the day of. We had to make some super last minute adjustments and Channing was very flexible and helpful with that process. THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! This venue felt so special because it was a cozy and smaller venue. You can do so much with this venue with any vision that you have in mind for your special day/event! This venue is also awesome because they include certain items with your booking cost. Would recommend this venue to other brides.

Just got married this past weekend and we couldn’t have had a better venue. Beautiful garden and gazebo to take pictures. Has a chapel vibe in the ceremony room. The bride/ groom dressing rooms are really nice. Staff and Channing were amazing at their service. Food was delicious as well!

The Reflections team made my experience so seamless and enjoyable! From booking through the entire process, including our wedding day, they were accessible and helpful! The only wish I have is to do it all over again!

Channing and the reflections team were so wonderful from the first day we toured! We wanted an outdoor ceremony but struggled to find an affordable option in the area, but once we found Reflections we knew we found the perfect spot! The garden is beautiful and intimate and the indoor ballroom was beautiful for our 75 guest event. Channing was incredible with every step of the process and was extremely helpful as we navigated the planning process. We paid the day of coordinator fee to have her help day of and SUPER recommend this to any couples that wed here. Our day went so smoothly and Channing was a huge piece of that!! Chef was incredible as well and we loved all the food for our event. We will definitely be recommending Reflections and the team to any engaged couples!

A very great space, and the food was delicious. The staff was very professional and did great with communication via email and phone as we planned out wedding from out of town. Great price for such a great venue and the additional add-one like the lights and wedding ring for the ceremony made it a personalized touch.

Reflections Venue and Gardens, a mostly all inclusive venue, worked well for us as we planned this out of state wedding. The wedding coordinators were very responsive and helpful with in person visits, emails, and phone calls. The day of, Channing was professional and very helpful. The venue is beautiful and needs few decorations. We decided to use all greenery, glass and white candles. It was stunning. To my surprise, the custom vegan menu my daughter ordered was delicious and filling. I had threatened I would need to go next door to the chicken place - no need. The staff was polite and efficient. At the last minute we decide to switch the cocktail hour to the beautiful patio since the weather was so nice in February. The price was affordable compared to other local venues. We were very pleased with Reflections Venue and Gardens for this very special night.

My daughter & son-in-law chose this gem for their wedding venue in Plano, TX. And my husband & I couldn’t have been more pleased. The venue was beautifully decorated, the pricing was reasonable, the staff was excellent, & we’d definitely rate the food a 5 star! The venue included chandeliers, pristine white tablecloths w/white fabric, bow tied chairs, large open, ivy draped, windows displaying a courtyard in the back w/ponds, waterfalls, lots of greenery and a walkway leading to a stone gazebo, perfect for pictures. They, free of charge, included extra 3-tiered trays & tables to help w/my daughter’s treats she brought from home for the wedding guests. We first met Rizabell, who answered & explained all our questions. She was friendly, professional & available for our numerous calls & questions, as the wedding date drew closer. While we were touring the venue, Chef Jon introduced himself. I told him my husband wanted food that was top-notch & he assured me I had nothing to worry about. My daughter, son-in-law, & husband attended the taste testing & they had nothing but rave reviews concerning everything they tasted. Easy to tell, all food is made from scratch. When the event began, I was greeted by the coordinator, Laura. A coordinator is part of Reflections’ package price, which was a definite plus. Laura told me she was there to make the reception run smoothly, which she handled seamlessly. The wait staff was also kind & helpful with any requests made. Right before the event, the cakes arrived, but the flowers & fruit, we were to bring were late, & the cakes were not decorated. Chef Jon to the rescue. He later told me he used to be a pastry chef, &, indeed, the cake decorations-flowers on one, fruit on the other-were flawlessly finished. We also, at the last minute, asked for a special food plan for one of our guests, & Chef Jon hand-delivered the food to make sure all was as needed. Not only was the venue quite beautiful, plenty of room, but intimate. The whole staff went way beyond the norm to insure the night was a huge success. I would highly recommend Reflections on Spring Creek to all for weddings, as well as any other special occasions.

Our High Tea at Reflections was exceptional. So precise and professionally done. It far exceeded any of the places downtown including the Adolphus and the Arboretum. And was much more affordable. Chef Jon is amazing. You could tell everything was from scratch. Best scones!

My new wife is Indian and we held an Indian Wedding there at Reflections this past week. Everyone was so happy and pleased. They were a little hesitant because they were not sure how the Indian food would be, but it was a hit! Chef Jon knew the Pakastani menu and the spices - food is important to us and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our western guests were pleased too as they got to have a traditional dish. They are the best ever!

I just attended an event here and was really impressed. And that takes a lot for me because I am pretty picky. Food was excellent! Service was A-One . Awesome!

After attending my friends 50th anniversary here, I had my own dream finally come true with my late in life wedding. It went perfect! Chef Jon thank you for one of the best meals I have ever had. You definitely put your love into the preparation - everyone raved about the food. And Laura and the staff you are so gracious and kind. Robin thank you for taking so much time with me to answer all my questions - and you were right - I didn't have to worry about a thing!

I had my own wedding here a few years ago and was thrilled then. I was maid of honor in December for my best friend's wedding at Reflections on Spring Creek (She loved it here when I got married!) and our experience was even better than before if that was possible. The staff, the beautiful holiday colors and the setting was perfect. It was like a winter wonderland. But the food was so good!!!! We had the Beef Tenderloin and Scallops done to perfection. I have not been to a high end restaurant in Dallas that suprised me by the perfect flavor and preparation like thye did here. And to do it for 100 people at the same time is a feat in itself. (I am in the culinary arts and know how difficult this is to pull off. Chef Jon you need to write a cookbook because it will be a best seller!!

Was just at an indian wedding and reception here. Beautiful facilitys and the food was amazing.

Fantastic time at this venue. I have been here before and the quality and consistency is impressive. Love the food. We selected the site because of attending a previous wedding and thought our daughter's was even a bigger hit!

My wedding was a dream come true. Reflections on Spring Creek made everything happen just as I planned. Thank you to the staff , Chef Jon and Laura for your incredible service. And Chef, that butternut squash was incredible. I want the recipe for my Thanksgiving this year!

We held our son's wedding at Reflections on Spring Creek October 6, and we could not be more pleased! The venue was beautiful, and the wedding coordinator extremely helpful! The food, however, was the hit of the day! Chef Jon truly outdid himself!! The Autumn Squash Soup was the best I ever had, and the brisket was absolutely mouth-watering!! If you are looking for an all-inclusive venue in Plano, look no further!

We have been to many weddings and my husband (a minister) has married many people. But none were as beautiful and well planned as the summer wedding we attended at Reflections. Wow! Delicious good, professional staff, beautiful venue, relaxed family, skilled planner, .... An incredible venue! We give our highest recommendation!

Reflections hands down is the best venue to get married at. They are an all inclusive venue which made my night go perfectly and smoothly. The staff is so friendly, the food is delicious and the venue is absolutely gorgeous.

Place is great. One stop shopping. The staff takes care of just about everything and they a flexible in working with my fiance and my schedules.

This place is amazing. We just booked our wedding date. This place is all inclusive so we won't have to travel to our reception; and I don't have to spend a fortune on decorations. This place is great. Can't wait till the big day.

This place is the whole package. They will handle anything that needs to be done with the utmost professionalism. The venue in the back is extremely beautiful and you won't regret having/attending a wedding here. Also a little side note, food is always a big topic of weddings but with 100% confidence I can say that reflection will hit it out of the park.

The chapel and ballroom and especially the outdoor courtyard were all GORGEOUS! The staff took great care of us. They did a great job of listening and were very responsive. And the location -- it cannot be beat. It is super convenient for us as well as our guests. We will always treasure the beautiful memories we made at Reflections on Spring Creek. I could not have chosen a better place to marry my childhood sweetheart and love of my life. The coordinator was extremely helpful in the planning process including identifying potential vendors for photography, video, DJ, and flowers. The ceremony and reception went flawlessly. And the food.......The meal prepared by Chef Jon left quite the impression on our guests. I would highly recommend Reflections on Spring Creek for any couple searching for a wedding venue.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and I just have to say what a gorgeous place this is. The wedding coordinator was spot on and everything flowed through out the night so smoothly .. Chef John greeted guests as we moved through the buffet explaining the delicious dishes of food that were so perfectly displayed . I didn't realize until after speaking with him that this venue has a full service kitchen and prepares all food fresh and on site . The venue is just beautiful and so clean and the staff was so courtious .. Talk about a one stop, stress free wedding .

Beautiful venue, incredible service, delicious food! We had an incredible 90th Birthday celebration for my mother at this well kept secret place. My mother felt like a queen from start to finish as GM Robin, EC Laura and the wait staff provided excellent service and catered to everyone. She absolutely loved having her guests rave about the venue in every aspect as well as Chef John's food being delicious. Everyone kept commenting on what an awesome place and how they felt like royalty with the quality of service. She was so proud and happy. We had a blessing in their chapel, lovely photos in the garden, and amazing lunch in the luxurious banquet room. We cannot thank them enough for making this an unforgettable memory and celebration for this blessed occasion.

I hosted my daughter’s birthday party here and it was ENCHANTING! Everything turned out PERFECT! Robin was so professional and easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend booking your next event here.

I had my baby shower there and it was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was VERY accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS! I will definetley plan my next event there!

My daughter's friends gave her an awesome baby shower at Reflections. This is the most beautiful venue - vaulted ceilings with chandeliers, ivy-covered windows that look out into the gardens with waterfalls, and incredible food with a very attentive staff. I would love to have my own event here!

Hi! I am so very happy that we chose Reflections as our wedding venue. We were able to do an indoor ceremony with an outdoor cocktail hour, then a reception inside. It was beautiful all night long. I have received SO MANY compliments on the food! Working with Robin, Laura, and Chef Jon made things so easy. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly. I was able to visit the site whenever I wanted, and I felt comfortable talking about anything regarding the wedding. The venue provided centerpieces and little things that I needed such as a vase for the sparklers and table number holders. They also worked with me to keep the food and drinks at just what I needed, nothing much more. The night went smoothly as Laura and Robin were both there to coordinate. Could not be more pleased with how the night turned out. Thank you to all the staff at Reflections, including the wait staff. Guests complimented everyone and everything.

I was so lucky to have found this venue had my daughters wedding date open since her engagement was only five months long. I also was very happy that this was an all inclusive location for the wedding and reception as we had a large group of family and friends traveling in so the thought of making sure they got from one location to the other without losing anyone on these North Texas freeways was something I was happy to avoid. The venue is very pretty in itself so very little needs to be done to make it special, however, once you add your personal touches it is even more lovely. My family and friends were constantly commenting on the chandeliers, the facility and outdoors area. I did a mix of using some of their linens/decor and then added some of our own personal touches for our theme and the staff did an excellent job keeping our vision and even suggesting ideas to make mine become even more perfect for our day. I want to thank Robin, Chef Jon (the food was great and recieved many compliments on as well), the Laura's :), and the bar/waite staff you were all awesome and we appreciate everything you have done to make sure our bride and grooms day was perfect!

I was invited to a wedding recently and i have been waiting to write this review because i was so impressed with the service here. I have been to other venues around the area and the way the wait staff did their job was the best i have seen. Right when i finished my meal they were so quick to take it from me and refill our empty carafe of water! They were even so friendly and conversational! Also the venue was decorated so lovely and the food was spectacular, no wonder i couldn't stop seeing the bride and groom smile!

We had such a wonderful experience at Reflections for our wedding. I have always dreamed of this day and how I wanted it to be perfect and that is exactly what happened. When I went there to start getting ready I took a look around to see if the staff decorated the place exactly how I wanted and they did better than what I was expecting. Just absolutely gorgeous no words could explain it. The chapel itself where my ceremony was held was beautiful and so was the reception room. Before we entered the reception room to greet our guests, we decided to take pictures outside where they have the most amazing backyard with a huge pond with waterfalls and flowers everywhere. It was the best view for pictures! I could tell my guests were having such a wonderful time because the music was awesome, the food was delicious and the bar was making the best drinks! It was truly an amazing experience!

We had our wedding reception here on 09/09/2017. We had a cocktail hour, before a sit down dinner. The only food complaint was that the bruschetta - the bread wasn't toasted or grilled. We did wish they had served our guests dinner a little faster. One side of the room was done eating and the other side of the room had to wait a while. The rest of our food was outstanding . Our guests had a great time and it was a wedding to remember always.

Reflections on Spring Creek is a very beautiful venue. We had both our ceremony and reception there. Everyone raved about how beautiful everything was. My husband said he expected it to be nice, but not that nice. LOL! The food was great also and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We highly recommend this venue.

If i can i'd give this location negative stars! I was there for my cousins wedding and the food on my plate was spoiled. When i approached the coordinator (person in charge) she informed me that the chef said it's the smell of the Indian spices. I not only cook with the spices but know what it smells and tastes like, maybe the chef needs to go back to school. They also sent some home with us, and those were bad as well. The placement of the gift box was not in view and during the wedding, we had many gift cards stolen. Plus the venue has no CAMERAS. I felt extremely bad no one should go thru this on there wedding day, esp with all the other issues you have to deal with! I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone!

Our experience with Reflections was amazing. We fell in love with the venue and both the owner, Robin, and another employee, Laura, ensured our planning process went smoothly. We were extremely blown away with the decoration and how they made the place look when we arrived for our reception! It was beyond our wildest dreams. The food was incredible and they are great at working a personalized menu to fit your budget.

Our experience at Reflections on Spring Creek was absolutely incredible! Going into the planning stages, our event was far from ordinary, with quite the list of special needs. Robin, the General Manager and her staff went way above and beyond to make our ceremony one of class and elegance, with the utmost attention to detail. From the customized floorplan to the customized centerpieces, no stone was left unturned. She had great suggestions and quickly put our minds at ease a as to our ceremony and reception being held at Reflections on Spring Creek. The décor was exquisite and each of the staff, perfection. The Executive Chef, Chef Jon, customized the menu just for our event. Those in attendance raved at the design and presentation of the different foods prepared; as well as how wonderful the food tasted. The mere attention to detail in the carvings were amazing and a testament to how the other food items were prepared. We plan on holding future events at Reflections on Spring Creek. While the venue would be spectacular for weddings and receptions, it can also be transformed to fit your needs. It did ours! Jerianne S. Plano, TX

We had an incredible time at my brother's wedding. Everything was great. The place is beautiful. Everything was organized and ran smoothly. The food and Chef Jon was amazing. I attended their tasting for my brother because he was out of town.

As the mother of the bride, my daughter and I were looking for a place that would handle a lot of features included in the price of the venue and this is the place! All we basically had to do was find our DJ, photographer and cake person and even those were recommendations by the venue-which we hired them also. Couldn't have asked for a better smooth sailing wedding day. With Chef Jon providing fabulous food, Ester our personal coordinator and Robin from the venue were there whenever we needed to talk with them. The décor is all included, they will absolutely work with you if you want to add anything and the price is right! I could go on and on but if anyone asks me, I'm recommending them.

My husband and I had our wedding here on 4/23/16. He knew this was the place for us when he first saw it, and I had to agree. We had a great experience, beginning with the service from Robin and Laura down to the great food prepared by Chef Jon. Our family and friends are constantly telling us how beautiful the wedding was and how good the food was. Reflections did everything to make our special day go smooth and stress free. We were able to take beautiful pictures inside and outside the venue. What a beautiful beginning for our never-ending love story! Cynthia and Will Brooks
