The Regency Ballroom is a wedding venue located in Vineland, NJ. This recently remodeled ballroom boasts a spacious and versatile event space for you and your loved ones to celebrate in. What's more, It's situated near Jersey Shore and Philadelphia, making it easy for out-of-town guests to get to.
At The Regency Ballroom, you and up to 250 of your guests can enjoy a fun evening dining and dancing together. Before your anticipated walk down the aisle, the venue offers luxurious get-ready rooms ideal for pampering and sipping champagne. You can say your heartfelt 'I dos' underneath a beautiful gazebo beside a water fountain as your loved ones overlook. The main ballroom features a minimalist design with pale-colored walls and glistening chandeliers, making it the perfect blank canvas for your decorative vision. For smaller weddings, The Omni and The Fairmount Rooms can hold up to 80 guests. In addition, if guests would like to stay overnight, comfortable accommodations are available.
Besides ceremonies and receptions, The Regency Ballroom can host wedding showers, baby showers, corporate events, birthdays, first communions, and much more. The venue has a number of packages with varying price ranges to suit a range of budgets. Event rentals such as tables, chairs, glassware, decor, and even a photo booth can be provided. The culinary team is more than happy to offer their services and create a delicious meal for your evening reception. To ensure the planning process runs smoothly, the staff will also provide set up and clean up for your celebration.

e royalty from the day of the tour. I was stressed out having no luck after 2 weeks of searching venues. As a young couple just starting out we had a generous but strict budget we had to stick to. I only had a small window of dates to pull this off as my husband, fiance @ the time was about to be deployed. No luck anywhere we went from Philly to DE back to AC. I had no family here at all to help as they were all 800+ miles away. Driving to another venue I seen a Ramada sign that said " Best Romantic Restaurant" So on a chance I stopped ( no appointment on a Sunday) to see if they also had a hall. Luckily they did & the amazing front desk agent Casy gave the banquet manager a call to see if she could come talk with me. She was hosting a baby shower however came rite out to chat w/ me. ( Most places would have said appt. ONLY- come back. ) Carissa was amazing. She came out hatted for a little bit, explained she was just utting the cake for the shower and asked if I would mind waiting 15 mins as it was super important to her to give both myself and her customer the same attention. She set me up in Harry's Pub w/ a complimentary drink and promised to be rite back. I chatted w/ a wonderful bartender Patty who assured me I was in the rite hands with Carissa. As promised she came rite back- took me on a tour. I fell in love with the Gazebo & Waterfall as well as for the 1st time in 2 weeks and 24 other venue visits. I actually felt like someone cared about what I wanted. Listened to me completely w/ out cutting me off. Everyone I met made me feel comfortable. Smiled & welcomed me. I instantly knew this was my venue. My small window of dates presented no obstacle. Carissa went over the pros & cons of Fri/Verses Sun weddings ( Saturday were all booked. She gave me an organizer. Checklist. Set me up with all my vendors where I saved so much on using these amazing proffessions I was able to invite more guests. In the event of rain she had the smaller ballroom set up beautifully incase ceremony needed to be inside. I booked on the spot w/ out even iscussing it with my family and it was the very best decision I made. Upon signing the contract Carissa gave me her cell # so I could send her some pics of my vision and made me a promise that from that point fwd planning my wedding was going to be fun, stress free and I would have amazing memories of the entire process. She came through on everything.She helped me book my vendors, find a dress, decorated everything simply exceeding all my expectations of my fairytale wedding. Her & The DJ/Emcee SoundEfx Entertainment helped me create the timeline & line up- assisted with music selections. Scheduled my cake & florist appts. Carissa is the best in the business & a true friend. She put so much thought into everything she did. From a few pictures & answers to her questions I walked into that room and every one of my childhood wedding dreams w/ a splash of sophistication was complete. All I could do was whisper " you nailed it girl" so I wouldnt cry & mess up my mak up. She thought of everything I did not. Kept me on point and made my day, I couldnt ask for anything more. and she vowed to do everything possible to make my day extra special. Not only did she make my vision come to life, she went out of her way to make every aspect including but not limited to blocked room( adding rooms the day before), going to store to get my husband and his groomsmen additional items needed and even “babysitting “ my husband after his bachelor party. All with staying within my budget. Her staff waited on me hand and foot. My wedding was the most amazing day all thanks to Carissa and her amazing staff. I don’t have enough words to describe how pleased and grateful I am to have Carissa as my wedding coordinator.

ning it all the way to the day of the wedding it made it easy going to have no worries but instead enjoy our wedding. My guests were all comfortable and loved how beautiful everything was. I was chatting w/ a friend from the gym and she was telling me about her wedding 2 yrs ago. Explained how she too, toured a million venue's and nothing felt rite. Sales & event staff were cold and not interested, sped through the tours, shoved a folder in their hands and never followed up, some never returned her follow up calls when she had ?'s. Both bride/groom were young, knew nothing about planning weddings , didn't have much help. Feeling defeated she decided to reach out to a FB wedding group page for recommendations. She joined the group and posted " who did you use? Looking for a private outside ceremony, indoor reception. mid size budget and have some DIY ideas. Toured 25 venues, all felt empty & cold like I'm just another number. All suggestions welcomed and appreciated."
She said for the next 6 hours she received approximately 26 responses, 11 of which suggested a certain venue & told her to ask for a certain coordinator named Carissa. The posts said how great her & her staff were. How they were treated like family. All of their vendors were recommended by Carissa & her staff. All vendors met her at the venue, making her life so easy. She finished by telling me every bride she ever knew was an absolute mess in the weeks/days before their wedding yet she was completely at ease and knew that all her requests and ideas were met and carried out. Everything was taken care of and in place. She met w/ Carissa, the chef, the deejay, emcee & photographer 1 month before and they asked every question, filled in every blank, made suggestions but let her choose & customize her day, her way. they created the time line and floor plan together & emailed it to every vendor to ensure all were on the same page, coordinated the cake and ice sculpture delivery/set up as well as the vendor arrivals. Customized the menu during her food tasting/menu selection. Set her up with her officiant even hosted her rehearsal & rehearsal dinner. She said she never felt more comfortable in any situation in her life. She showed me a post on her FB in the days after her wedding. 96 comments on the post and every single comment said how amazing the wedding was. How happy, in love, relaxed and stress free the bride & groom were. The post from the brides mom was heartfelt and stated how the venue & staff treated her baby like a queen and made her dream of her special day come true like a fairytale and the venue came in under her budget yet she would have paid every penny she had for the over the top exceptional service they received. She gave me Carissa's personal cell # & said, seriously call her on that number, she wont mind. So I did. We chatted for about 20 minutes and I instantly knew this was the place. We toured tonight and I felt like I was @ my BFF's house. By the time I got their she had already sketched a floor plan, color sample & table setting, centerpiece & floral board. 1 hr later, we signed contracts, made deposit, scheduled bakery, dj/emcee/photo booth/lighting, photographer, officiant & menu tasting appointments. I gave her my budget and she came in exact and I am going to save over 2k by using "house" vendors. Carissa LOVES what she does & it shows. The entire staff helpful & sweet. Again I felt rite @ home. Thank you- saved my wedding & us!
