This hotel, where a group of over 100 people stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, provided good rooms for a low price and added a special menu to the breakfast. They responded appropriately to our various requests while many people were coming and g...
oing at once, and the location was good because it was in a good location for us to move around. The facilities seemed to need some maintenance or improvement, but it was not a big problem, and the room service staff seemed to be lacking. However, the housekeepers and the front desk's appropriate service efforts deserve a good evaluation. We are grateful that they were able to accommodate us.

We stayed for one night as we were traveling and needed a stop over to rest and shower. We used our Wyndham membership for discount so our total was less than $120 for the night. Upon arrival 7pm we were met by a gentleman at the front desk. ...
He was not the nicest person somewhat distant definitely not personable and somewhat rude. We got checked in as we did not make reservations online. We entered room it was clean and tidy but definitely is worn but not terrible. Definitely could use an update of drapes, carpet, ect. We noticed our room did not have the TV remote we called the gentleman at the front desk and he said he would bring it down, after about 20 minutes we walked down he had it sitting on the counter and got a little defensive on why he had not brought it to the room we told him no worries we were just glad to have the remote to watch tv. The room has a bit of a musky smell which is fine for one night however for a long stay that would be a deal breaker for us. They had sprayed a room freshener before our arrival that was rather strong so if you have bad allergies that is something to consider. We slept well on the beds they are not plush but worked fine for us. The air conditioner worked really well! We went down for the free breakfast the room was very spacious and lots of choices. I did the waffle with the waffle maker it was good my husband ate the donuts. We didn’t try the eggs or sausage. They had multiple juices, coffee and coconut milk. A couple of coffee flavors and the coffee was good and hot! We did online checkout which is very easy and convenient. We passed several workers coming and going to breakfast and they were all very friendly! Overall I would stay here again as it was inexpensive and served our needs as a one night stay over. If you are on a budget and want a clean place to stay this is a place to consider. I’m told it’s only 30 minutes to NY City we didn’t go as we were not traveling in that direction. If you are considering a NY trip and want to save on accommodations this is definitely a reasonable place to stay. We had dinner at the P&Q Diner and it was delicious with huge servings but a bit pricey. I hope this review helps others. We were skeptical in staying here due to other reviews mentioning roaches. We did not see any on our stay perhaps they addressed that issue.

Me and my family booked this place for 1 night last minute when our trip was extended. We had a good night sleep but the roach in the bathroom room with me in morning was a deal breaker. It's not worth the money or the risk taking home roaches ...
and the hassle of shaking all your items out. You might not always see them but this place has them.

We booked our stay through Travelocity for October 2 through October 5, 3 nights. The Indian or Pakistani gentleman at the counter gave us a 2nd floor room and informed me there is no elevator. When we explained one in our party is handicapped...
and cannot climb up the stairs and to please give us a ground floor room, he refused in a rude manner. The hotel has no handicap access and has no notice in Travelocity that they have no elevator. This establishment could be in serious violation of ADA laws which the employees are ignorant of. I will be consulting my attorney soon.

The outside and lobby of the hotel were clean and nice giving the impression it is a good hotel. Once you get into your room it's like a 1 star motel. The room was poorly lit, dirty, furniture was scratched up, broken, curtains were stained, wa...
llpaper was torn, no carpet, bathroom needed repair. Definitely looks like they are remodeling and forgot the rooms are important also.
