The Regent was great to work with. We loved having one specific person to work with so she knew the wedding details inside and out. The space held our large group comfortably (abou...
t 200 people). Our only complaint was that the bar ran out of pretty basic things, like bud light and blue moon, less than an hour into the reception. Not everyone even had a chance to get a drink before they were out. Other than that, we loved the space!
Caitlin, Tyler, and the Regent staff made our dreams come true this past Saturday!! It ended up raining ALL DAY on our wedding day, which prevented us from getting married at the A...
rboretum nearby (our plan A), and Caitlin and the Regent staff really worked hard to make sure they could open early, and have food and bartenders available sooner than our originally anticipated time.
Everything turned out amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, despite the rain!
Caitlin was fantastic through the whole wedding planning process. I had a lot of questions and detailed emails that I had sent her, and every time- she was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and calmed all my fears. She is awesome!
The only thing that I was worried about in the beginning was that we couldn’t select our caterer. However, dish passionate was DELICIOUS and the food options are very customizable!! We got A LOT of compliments on both the food and the venue!
We even did a “signature drink” at The Regent and we got so many compliments on that as well!
In all, we couldn’t have had a more perfect day and that was all thanks to the wonderful people who run and work The Regent!
The Regent was awesome! You get a venue and a wedding coordinator all wrapped up into a very reasonable price. They were in touch with all of our vendors and made sure the whole ce...
remony and reception went smoothly. I can’t compliment them enough!
We absolutely LOVED having our wedding reception at The Regent Ballroom! Caitlin and Ellen were so amazing and listened to every detail that we wanted and made our beach paradise c...
ome to life at our reception from the time we walked in the door until our feet hit the beautiful wood floor. The food we choose was amazing too, and our guests loved it as well and kept our bellies full for hours. We loved that the Regent went above and beyond from our very first meeting to our last and that they were always there for us and always so helpful and accommodating. Our semi-open bar package was incredible and our guests loved it too. The Regent is very easy to navigate to, even for out of town guests, and they have a huge parking lot which is great too. I was able to drop off our reception centerpieces and other decor the week of our reception and for an additional fee they decorated the Regent to what I could only describe as a Perfect beach paradise with signs, pictures, jars with wire lights, and starfish galore, I couldn't have asked for better decorators, as it was definitely beyond my wildest expectations and our guests loved it as well. We would highly highly recommend the Regent Ballroom to anyone who is looking for a venue to where you can let them see your vision and they will make it come to life and make all of your dreams and wishes come true.
Thank You so so much Caitlin, Ellen, and Regent Ballroom Staff!

f the work for my own wedding so I would highly recommend Regent! Plus they have a great dance floor and helped my bestie prep for their first dance-which was stunning!
Riley and Ellen were fantastic, and our whole wedding planning experience with the Regent was wonderful. We had the ceremony and reception at the Regent, with a guest list of about...
100 people. We were planning it all from Minnesota, and Riley was our contact/lifesaver -- she helped us plan everything out from a distance, worked directly with their caterer, recommended a great DJ, and on the day of, she organized everything and did so much behind the scenes to make the wedding go smoothly.
Everyone was extremely professional. It was a relief to bring all our decorations to the venue the day before the wedding, and the staff set up everything perfectly. There were no surprises -- Riley got our preferences for everything down to the letter, and I can't describe how amazing it was to walk into the decorated ballroom for the first time. They also helped us customize the menu, and the food was fantastic. We had a great experience.

s well! Their catering service is spectacular! We received tons of compliments on the food quality and the catering staff. Most of all, their prices are very affordable compared to other venues in the area. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with The Regent if you are looking for a wedding venue.
