t 200 people). Our only complaint was that the bar ran out of pretty basic things, like bud light and blue moon, less than an hour into the reception. Not everyone even had a chance to get a drink before they were out. Other than that, we loved the space!

Everything turned out amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, despite the rain!
Caitlin was fantastic through the whole wedding planning process. I had a lot of questions and detailed emails that I had sent her, and every time- she was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and calmed all my fears. She is awesome!
The only thing that I was worried about in the beginning was that we couldn’t select our caterer. However, dish passionate was DELICIOUS and the food options are very customizable!! We got A LOT of compliments on both the food and the venue!
We even did a “signature drink” at The Regent and we got so many compliments on that as well!
In all, we couldn’t have had a more perfect day and that was all thanks to the wonderful people who run and work The Regent!

ome to life at our reception from the time we walked in the door until our feet hit the beautiful wood floor. The food we choose was amazing too, and our guests loved it as well and kept our bellies full for hours. We loved that the Regent went above and beyond from our very first meeting to our last and that they were always there for us and always so helpful and accommodating. Our semi-open bar package was incredible and our guests loved it too. The Regent is very easy to navigate to, even for out of town guests, and they have a huge parking lot which is great too. I was able to drop off our reception centerpieces and other decor the week of our reception and for an additional fee they decorated the Regent to what I could only describe as a Perfect beach paradise with signs, pictures, jars with wire lights, and starfish galore, I couldn't have asked for better decorators, as it was definitely beyond my wildest expectations and our guests loved it as well. We would highly highly recommend the Regent Ballroom to anyone who is looking for a venue to where you can let them see your vision and they will make it come to life and make all of your dreams and wishes come true.

We were planning it all from Minnesota, and Riley was our contact/lifesaver -- she helped us plan everything out from a distance, worked directly with their caterer, recommended a great DJ, and on the day of, she organized everything and did so much behind the scenes to make the wedding go smoothly.
Everyone was extremely professional. It was a relief to bring all our decorations to the venue the day before the wedding, and the staff set up everything perfectly. There were no surprises -- Riley got our preferences for everything down to the letter, and I can't describe how amazing it was to walk into the decorated ballroom for the first time. They also helped us customize the menu, and the food was fantastic. We had a great experience.
