Such a disappointment! The upstairs room provided to the bridal party was a wreck, with broken furniture and dust everywhere. It was extrmely hot and dirty. Regina was a nice lady, but she could not take criticism when she was asked to correct ...one the bridesmaid's hair. She then charged one of the bridesmaids $20 to pour a bowl of acetone for her nails when the bridesmaid never even asked her to provide the acetone. Regina needs to learn to make a bridal party of 8 priority instead of putting appointments in between. This caused the bridal party to be over an hour late. She took 5 minutes on my hair (the bride). My hair looked nothing like what I asked for, even after showing her a picture. It looked like a bird's nest. Of course I couldn't tell her it looked bad because she wouldn't correct it. She then demanded photos after making us over an hour late. She also critized her other stylists saying "they woud just get in her way." Very unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time at this salon or with Regina Webb. If you want someone who cares how you feel on what is supposed to be on the of the best says of your life, do NOT go to this salon. I'm not sure if she was just hustling for the money or what, but I will never recommend her or her salon. She is only getting one star because the site won't allow me to not give her any. I would rate her Zero out of Five stars.
