Regis Limousine

Not only on time- but arrived EARLY! Great driver- very friendly and professional.

The office did a fantastic job setting up the times and working with me as we had a large wedding party and didn't want to get a larger limo. Mike was our driver and he was AMAZING. my favorite picture from the whole wedding was one he set up in front of the limo outside the church. He was fantastic; friendly and fun. Did a lot to help me before going down the aisle. Great company. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Regis! A friend recommended them to me and I couldn't be happier. From the red carpet entrance to the fireplace in the limo, we loved it. Mike was more than helpful carrying my train and suggesting photo ops to our photographers. Mike and Jack from Regis definitely went above and beyond!

I thought I was getting 3 hours of transportation from them, it turned out I got 3.5 hours starting from when they leave the location to when they return. This decreased my time with them to about 2 hrs 45 mins which isn't that bad, but it kinda makes a difference.

Our driver was better than I could have imagined. He set up photo-ops for us, popped the champagne cork clear across the street, and was quite entertaining. I can't speak about their other drivers, but the one we got was awesome. The location we used was in Webster, MA. I'm not sure if they have multiple branches.

The 8-person limo we had was beautiful inside, and the limo driver was incredibly friendly and helpful. He escorted everyone with an umbrella one by one from the limo to the reception hall in the pouring rain, for example. However, I was really unhappy with the business itself. I had arranged for a 10-passenger and received a call that morning from the driver that it had been in the shop and he discovered it was leaking fluids- it was the only 10 passenger limo they had so I was stuck with the 8. Luckily there were only 8 of us in the party. The company also did not refund the difference between the two limo prices. I asked about it and the woman was snooty and tried to make me feel dumb because the difference in price was "so little" ($30 or so is not that little to me) so I never got a refund. There was a red carpet, cute bride and groom bears posed for photos with the complimentary champagne, and a just married sign. The driver was also so kind and helpful in many ways. He really made up for the company, but perhaps he should work elsewhere. He was too good for them. I would not recommend this vendor in general.

The limo was very nice and I liked that the limo driver gave recommendations to my photographer for different shots. It showed he knew what he was doing and that he has been in the business for a long time. I liked that there was a red carpet and a champagne toast, (complete with a bride and groom teddy bears). My only complaint is that the limo driver stopped my mother, as she was walking by me and my husband while we did our toast, to ask her for his tip. I thought he was great until that moment. My mother had given the tip to one of my bridesmaids to give him.

I only needed a limo for 1.5 hrs, not the minimum of 3, they accommodated my request and gave me a discount. I met them at a bridal show and didn't decide I wanted a limo until only a few short weeks before the date. Mike would call once every couple of months to check in and finally, the last time he called, I decided I needed a limo... and their they were. We had champagne, red carpet, and just married signs! :)
