Megan absolutely slayed my wedding bouquet! All I knew I wanted for it were white orchids with some sort of greenery and pampas grass so she more-so came up with the vision for my bouquet and, man, what a vision it was. It was absolutely stunning. Even better, she was sweet enough to make me a matching boutonnière for it completely free of charge for my groom to wear seeing as that I didn’t place an order for one. I mean I can’t recommend this business enough. Seriously, hire them!

We hired Reiley & Rose for our wedding in College Station, Texas after seeing Megan’s work at multiple of our friends weddings & let me just tell you... there was absolutely no question who I wanted to do my florals! I can’t even begin to explain how incredible of a job Megan & her team did for our wedding. Megan Reiley will forever be my flower queen - she made all my Christmas wedding dreams come to life & made it so much better than I could have ever imagined. Megan went above & beyond to make sure that every detail of our day was absolutely perfect & that I felt like I was her only bride when I know in fact I most definitely was not! Megan’s attention to detail, her creativity & the amount of love she puts into each & every wedding definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Whether it was revising my contract 700 times to ensure I had absolutely everything I could ever need for my wedding day or ordering ranunculus until the right colored ones came in the week of the wedding - Megan & the R&R team did it all & never made this bride stress once. The communication of her & the entire team was spectacular & I am honestly so sad that my time as an R&R bride has came to an end. Their team is unmatched & the quality of their work is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough & they will have my business for a lifetime! We are so thankful to have had R&R as apart of our day & love that I get to look back at all of our photos knowing my floral dreams came true over & over!

Megan and her team provided outstanding communication from start to finish. Even if they were experiencing a busy time and were playing catch up, it was always communicated without having to check-in. They have an amazing system to always keep their clients informed and updated. One of my favorite parts was receiving the vision board. I struggled to vocalize exactly what I wanted and was unsure how my vision would look in our venue. Megan is a natural-born leader and was able to take all of my words and bring them to life via the vision board. She just gets it. She was extremely accommodating with any changes or additions I had. I also loved the number of rental options available outside of flowers (candles, disco balls, vases, stands, etc.). Even with seeing her work on social media and loving the vision board, nothing could prepare me for seeing what she would create the day of. Above and beyond. I couldn't believe how incredible everything looked. Megan's touch throughout the entire venue MADE our wedding what it was. Hands down. We all know weddings are expensive and flowers are a big piece of that. Let me tell you, every penny we spent on Megan and her team was worth it. We had guests talking about the flowers for months after the wedding. Guests thought we spent 3x the amount we did because it looked THAT beautiful. Every single vendor complimented her and how easy she was to work with. We will recommend Megan to everyone, forever. She is a true creative, born to be a business owner, and will deliver when it comes to helping brides create the wedding of their dreams.

Working with Megan was the most fun I had wedding planning! By the week of our wedding, she felt like a friend I had known for years. I work in the floral industry, so flowers were incredibly important to me and our main decorations. I had a clear vision for the overall aesthetics, and Megan truly knocked it out of the park with her creativity and skill. Everything was better than I could have possibly imagined. You know how at a lot of weddings people don't really notice the flowers? Not the case here! All day, people were coming up to me to compliment the florals. Megan was my dream florist. Floral design was one of the most important parts to me, and I’m thankful that Megan was the one to execute all those dreams. I saw a picture of a ceremony arch on instagram that became the inspiration for all of our florals, and it happened to be Reiley + Rose who did it. When I found out Megan was available, I knew she had to be our florist. She was helpful, creative, responsive, and fun the whole way through. She was patient and thorough in making sure she was executing what I wanted. One of my favorite memories from the morning of our wedding was looking out the windows and seeing her team set up. I was blown away when I saw our reception space. Her team installed a hanging floral arrangement that went across our whole head table, and it was such a show stopper. Everything was beautiful from bouquets, arrangements, to installs. I loved working with Megan every step of the way and her team is phenomenal!

I came across Reiley & Rose on the Knot and they were also a preferred vendor from our venue. Megan was wonderful right off the bat. We had a phone consultation and she was able to help us with our vision of florals for the wedding. We also really wanted to hire someone who would set up and tear down EVERYTHING and we were willing to stretch our budget in order to get that. With everything we wanted we still stayed right on budget. Fast forward to day of, our florals turned out so beautiful and I was so happy with the arrangements Reiley & Rose put together.

I gave them a loose vibe when it came to our florals, but I let them take creative license with the flowers and arrangement and I could not have been more pleased! Reiley and Rose made our floral vision come to life at our 4/9/22 at our wedding at La Cantera Resort!! Every detail from the big centerpieces to the small details was flawless and beautiful!! I loved my bridal bouquet and the flower girls loved their baskets and petals! The reception centerpieces and decor were gorgeous and really shined in our wedding pictures. We could tell the florals and designs were made with love and a lot of hard work and attention to detail. Megan and team were fun to work with in the planning process and always prompt with replies. Their Instagram and website are also very helpful and organized. Great experience overall!!!

Megan and her team are so very professional, but I also felt like I was talking with a friend. The art, talent, and personal touch of Reiley and Rose is incomparable. Megan is the definition of making visions come to reality. When Megan and I first did our call to discuss floral she was just amazing. She made me feels so comfortable with my ideas and was also giving me feed back and new ideas. When we talked about color accents, she was able to provide such great feedback and made it easier to narrow it down. She was just as excited as I was when I told her what I had in mind. Megan is so down to earth, personable, creative, all the above! Although I had a million and one questions, Megan never ever seemed to be annoyed, she was extremely helpful through out the entire process. On wedding day, I finally got to meet Megan, We did had to change some things around as far as greenery on the wall but it was to make sure that we got our deposit back. Which was really nice of her. When she gave me her alternate plan it was an easy yes! The ceremony floral... OMG where do I even start.. When they first opened the doors to the chapel, It was like I was in a dream. everything looked so elegant, so perfect , and a dream come true. Megan and her team nailed every small detail, they really out did themselves. ALL the floral was just breath taking I am still speechless. When the big day came, we had a problem with the wedding cake so Megan and her team stepped in and made the cake looked incredible. Just seeing them in my insta feed brightens my day. Throughout the planning process, Megan listened to my vision and gave creative suggestions for how to take it to the next level. Her proposals were very professional and included pictures of the flowers & vessels that she was recommending which made talking about it easy! She was incredibly open to feedback and made me feel comfortable coming to her with tweaks or other ideas. I never once felt pressured to go bigger or that she was upselling me, even though I went a bit minimal on the flowers for my wedding. This meant a lot to me. Our original wedding was scheduled for May 2020, and we went through two reschedules because of the pandemic. Through this crazy time, Megan was patient, understanding, and kind. I am beyond thankful for the way she treated us and worked with us through this process. In a time like that - I can assure you that you learn which vendors care about their clients as people and which are purely in the business for money. Megan truly cares about her clients and makes that evident in every interaction. Trust me, this is so valuable & makes such a big difference in working with a vendor. Once we finally had our big day, Megan & her team were punctual and professional. They set up all the florals and candles and made the room look like a dream. After the wedding, from what I have heard from family, her & her team were so efficient they were packed up and out of the venue way before anyone else - which I still don't understand because they definitely had the most to do. Amazing. I can't overstate how beautiful the flowers were. The blooms were huge & healthy and the texture she achieved was perfect. The bridesmaids bouquets were full & stunning (I have been in some weddings where the bridesmaids bouquets were tiny, not with Megan - she does it right). My bouquet was everything I dreamed. We got so many compliments from the guests on the florals, which absolutely thrilled my mom :). In short, Megan is just the best. Go with her. You will be so glad you did.

After my daughter's wedding was postponed two times and finally went off a year and a half late, on a Thursday no less, all I really was looking forward to was getting it over. I have to say that all of that faded away when Megan came in with the flowers during set up. The flowers were magnificent!! If flowers alone could make an event, these flowers could!! The love with which each arrangement was put together was evident. Megan was so professional yet her passion for her work was evident. All of our vendors had to adjust schedules and jump through a few hoops to stay with us on our journey through this pandemic, and that was so appreciated. Thank you Megan for your invaluable contribution to my daughter's special day. There are so many wonderful moments from that celebration and the flowers are in every one of them!!
