Show be sued for being a scammer. REINA BREE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Do not book if you want a professional wedding photographer/videographer. I sent her emails, called, left voicemails, and texted about going over the details about 10 months before our wedding and heard nothing back. My now husband and I were forced to scramble and find a new photographer and paid significantly more. About 5 DAYS before our wedding, I get an email from Reina asking to go over the details for our wedding...meanwhile she never responded to any of our communications throughout the entire year but 5 days before our wedding she responds as if everything was great. Needless to say, by then we had already booked another photographer/videographer and we are so glad we did. We lost our deposit to Reina who did not bother to refund us but I'm just glad to not have had her near my wedding. Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother with this irresponsible and unprofessional individual. I think her business is a scam. Beware.

Scam, never received our wedding footage and lost $1600. Do not book this vendor.

an absolute scam. I made an appointment to meet with reina to discuss hiring for my wedding. we made an appointment to meet at a secondary location in ridgewood. no one ever showed up to the appointment. I called the number on the website left a message and sent an email informing that we were at the appointment. that was 2 weeks ago, I never recieved a follow up or apology from them.

Poor communication and breach of contract. We had a number of issues when working with Reina, all after the wedding day. Our contract stated we would have all of our footage: highlight, 1-hour feature and raw footage within one month of the wedding date. It is now over five months since our wedding date and we have still not received everything. Her communication has been sparse, many emails seeking updates on the status of our footage went unanswered or some took weeks to respond. Only when I mentioned filing a case in small claims court or giving us a refund did she produce any footage. We got our highlight video two months past the due date and the raw footage three months past the due date. We have still not received our 1-hour feature film and our wedding was more than five months ago. I can understand that the editing process takes some time, but we were told numerous times "it's finished, I'll send it next week" or "I'll be sending over tomorrow". It has been frustrating to hear from couples who had their weddings after ours that they have all their footage. Also frustrating to see social media posts and promotions posted from her while sometimes taking weeks to respond to emails. After speaking with a few other brides that hired her, it appears the poor communication is a pattern (although they did eventually receive all their footage). To this date, she has given us 10 different “delivery dates” of when we would receive our footage. We have still not gotten everything we paid for. The full services that we paid for have not been provided as stated in the contract. We are submitting a claim in small claims court in an attempt to get our money returned. Wish we went with another vendor.
