Highly recommend, especially if looking for custom jewelry! Truly a great family owned and ran business with unbeatable customer service, quality and pricing. My husband (fiancé at the time) customized my engagement ring here: he already knew the diamond shape, 4c's and setting style I wanted so before he even went in for his first appointment, they shipped in a diamond that met the exact same 4c's overnight from NY. They then worked with my husband to build my dream ring from there. It is absolutely gorgeous and of exceptional quality to say the least. Reiner's customer service is unparalleled, and their pricing is very fair - my husband had gone to multiple jewelers before this appointment and had not been met with anywhere near this level of customer service or high quality product at a fair price. It was a no-brainer to get our wedding bands from here too. I customized my wedding band and again, the design process was super easy and they diligently worked with me to create exactly what I envisioned. You just cannot beat their service, quality and pricing. We will definitely continue to be returning customers!

The Reiner’s team is amazing - they did our engagement ring and wedding bands and went above and beyond. My fiancé visited what felt like every jewelry store in Houston hunting for the best quality and service, and we found it here. They custom designed our rings perfectly and offered very competitive prices. Two days before my wedding, my car actually died in their parking lot while I was getting our rings polished. The Reiner’s team came out with tools and jumper cables to help revive my car. They made sure we were taken care of both in the context of our jewelry and our personal lives!

He treats each customer professionally, gives you all the choices and options, and works with you to find the piece of jewelry that will suit you best. We even met two other happy couples in his store and exchanged fun wedding planning stories. Steven is honest and direct about pricing and styles. He takes such pride in providing excellent customer service! The first thing we did after our wedding ceremony was take a picture of our rings on our hands to send to Uncle Steven!
