They deserve 10 out of 10. We bought the diamond for my engagement band and my husband's wedding band as well as some other jewelry from here, and you can't beat the prices or the customer service. When we bought the diamond, the owner met us there after hours and gave us a huge discount on my husband's wedding band. I don't trust Shane with my rings (we had a horrible experience there), so we've taken my engagement ring there to get cleaned. They never charge us, and even added more plating to it for free. My husband also bought me a Valentine's day ring there, and Zeb bought a gold watch. My family has been buying jewelry there for years as well, and you just can't go wrong!
