My husband and I hired Damara and the rest of the team at reInspired bride for day of coordination for our wedding on 9/3/22 (even though it was way more than day of!) and we could not have been happier!! First off, Damara was super easy to work with, accessible, and very responsive. She went out of her way to meet with my husband and I, along with our wedding venue coordinators, on a Sunday afternoon to finalize details. The timeline, coordination, and everything that happened before the actual day of was so smooth and it took a lot off our husband and I's plates so our actual day could be as stress free as possible. Our actual coordinator for the day was Rachel, and let me tell you, she was amazing!!! She ran our rehearsal, and kept everything so smooth, calm, and stress free the day of our wedding. She was a steady presence that helped my husband and I feel at ease that everything was going to go perfectly, and it absolutely did! There was seriously not one thing that went awry the day of our wedding and that is in large part due to this team! YOU NEED HER!! I hired Damara for month of coordination and I used her arch for my ceremony. She made the whole day seamless and I literally could not have asked for someone more sweet and so put together to work with. It was amazing having someone else coordinate the day so me, my wedding party, and family didn't have to do a thing, it made it so so sooo enjoyable and 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and everyone. So easy to work with, great communication and professionalism. Love her and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!

Hiring reInspired Bride was one of the best decisions we made. Damara & team were incredibly helpful from beginning to end. We had a 4 month engagement, and reInspired Bride literally made our dreams come true. At the beginning stages of planning, they were prompt and responsive, helping us select vendors and build a thoughtful timeline and execution plan. There were so many considerations they helped us navigate that we wouldn’t have even thought of. Day-of they were there to ensure everything was smooth and stayed on plan. From managing small details to keeping everything (and everyone) upbeat and and stress free, I really can’t emphasize enough how invaluable it was to have them there. For my wedding in December we worked with Damara and rented Christmas trees to serve as the backdrop in our ceremony. They were pre-lit with white fur tree skirting. They turned out beautiful!!! Made it like a hallmark movie wedding. Damara was really great to work with.

We worked with Damara for day-of coordination services, and were very happy with our experience. Damara was super sweet and very patient with all of our many questions and last minute changes. Our wedding had a few complexities, and Damara did a great job of keeping things going smoothly and keeping us in the loop. I also really appreciated that she shared her expertise and knowledge, but didn’t push her own opinions on our planning or decisions. We also rented her calligraphy mirror and a large gold frame, and were super pleased with both of those. They fit our décor perfectly, and she made renting them very easy. I would definitely recommend Damara and her team for future events!

e rented their boxwood hedge, to place behind our head table at our wedding event. Her team set up was on time. The boxwood did not have any strange odors to it. Great quality! Makes for a great backdrop. Damara, recommend Bartenza Bartending which is where we rented the “Better Together” neon signage from. She’s great at responding and is very professional! Damara helped make our day perfect and stress free! She has a great eye for design and notices the little details. She was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Every bride should consider hiring her if you want to feel at peace on your day!

We hired Damara as a Day of Wedding Coordinator, however, she was much more than day of! Originally we had a full wedding planner and it wasn’t working out. We didn’t have the confidence they would make us feel at ease the week/day of. So we decided to go a different direction, and found ReInspired Bride, and since most of the wedding was planned, we only needed a day of coordinator, and someone to run rehearsals. We had a lot of moving parts on our wedding day, backyard setting, built a venue with multiple vendors, photography at a second location, entrance on a boat, Browns Mascot made an appearance, live painter, ice cream truck. To say Damara handled our many moving parts like a PRO is an understatement. She even told us the day of our wedding, of all weddings she has coordinated, we had by far the most moving parts. Damara did a site visit about 3 months before the wedding, 1 month before, and stopped by the week of as vendors were installing rentals/tent. We had record rainfall the week of, with it being an outdoor event the backyard flooded, we were at a loss of what to do. Damara remained very calm and positive, quickly thought of potential plan B options, and handled last minute phone calls to multiple vendors asking to alter installation dates/times. We had confidence to hand things off to her, knowing she would get it done - and she did! As Damara and I did a walk through of all design set ups, there were a few areas I had not thought of, I told Damara I trusted her, and she can work with left over flowers, candles, picture frames, anything she can find to decorate. She blew me away!! I had my phone on me while I was getting ready for the day, she was sending me pictures of set up, and anytime I had a question she was quick to reply or answer her phone. The wedding was on 1 acre of land, with 2 large/long stair cases. She joked she did 21K steps that day, but everywhere I looked I saw her working hard, running around. Anytime we needed her, or someone else had a question, she was available and prompt to get everyone what they needed. She brought an extra set of hands for the day, Staci. Staci was fabulous as well, and went above and beyond to help make our day go off without hitch. We rented her Champagne Boxwood Wall, and a few mirrors – best decision, they were gorgeous! Our guests loved them all, and they added the perfect romantic touches we were looking for. If I had a choice to do everything over again, I would have hired Damara for full planning services so that I could have spent more time with her, as she is so sweet, fun, bubbly, and overall amazing at what she does! But also, her eye for design/wedding details, attention to detail is impeccable and what every bride/groom needs! We were in search of someone to make us feel at ease, that could handle a lot of moving parts, and she did just that, times 1,000. We both adore you, Damara and were incredibly impressed with your professionalism and hard work, thank you for everything!

Damara and her team were amazing to work with. Even though we scaled down our wedding, Damara provided the peace of mind the day of. She is so sweet and has a calming presence that every bride needs! I am so glad that I hired ReInspired Bride!

I highly recommend using Damara as your day-of wedding coordinator!! I decided to hire a day-of coordinator to help ensure that my wedding day went smoothly and was stress-free and Damara did a wonderful job accomplishing just that. She took care of so many details (many without me even knowing about) and helped me workout last minute adjustments that needed to be made that day. She also provided guidance every step of the way, which I was so grateful to have. Trying to get married during a pandemic was not easy, but Damara helped me work through how best to adjust and then re-adjust our wedding plans. Damara was the wedding planner of my darn dreams. My family thought I was crazy to need a planner, but after said we would’ve been truly lost without her. Damara of Reinspired Bride was so great! she did all the leg work in the weeks leading up to the wedding, coordinating with the venue and all the vendors, writing up the day-of timeline, and making sure all vendors got a copy and were on the same page. I know Damara and her assistant, Amber, put out fires the day of, but I didn't even know or have to worry because they had it handled. they facilitated our rehearsal and walked our novice officiant through the ceremony which was a huge help because that could have gone poorly without their guidance. A month of coordinator is a must-have especially for Covid Brides. not having to worry about a day of timelines or setting up the zoom Livestream myself really helped me relax and enjoy the day.

We hired Damara with reInspired Bride for full planning services for our August 2020 wedding. Damara was our "go to gal" for over a year leading up to our big day including the craziness of Covid-19. Damara provided a sense of calm and stability to our entire wedding process by knowing multiple local vendors for each service at varying price points (we were not local to Ohio). She made all my wedding dreams and pinterest pictures come to life by using her vendor connections and her own rentals (arch, boxwood walls, etc.) Damara, and her entire team, kept us organized and on track with planning and decisions. They handled all the month of & day of coordination which allowed us to completely soak in every moment of our wedding day and time with our loved ones. Hiring Damara was probably the best decision I made when started my wedding planning journey!

Damara was awesome and easy to work with! First, while I love my family, my mom was a little bit of a “Zilla” which is kinda understandable when planning a wedding, so it was great to see Damara be so patient because I wasn’t haha, but no really, she went above and beyond expectations! Do yourself a favor ladies, hire Damara if you want to sit back on the day without any worries, she understood exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! Worth every penny!!! Damara is absolutely amazing! She helped me to organize my thoughts and ideas about my dream wedding and then made it come to life! Whenever we met or spoke she had such a calm and positive energy about her, which is exactly what I needed to get through the wedding planning process. She helped me navigate a number of decisions and deal with any issues that arose. I could not have done it without her! The day of the wedding, she was everywhere she needed to be, which could not have been easy but she makes everything seem effortless! Our wedding was beautiful and the guests were raving about the decor, which Damara really made come to life. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Damara or the work that she does! I was drawn to reInspired Bride because of the beautiful style (love all the vintage inspiration!) but the best part is Damara herself. Any bride is lucky to have her on their team!

Damara was recommended to us by our photographer. At first, we had planned on decorating our own reception and ceremony rooms but due to the timeline, it was not possible for us to do it. We hired Damara for set up and tear down of ceremony and reception room. It was a little hard for me to hand over that control to someone else but I was so happy and relieved with Damara. She is very organized and was very easy to get a hold of. I had full confidence that she understood what we wanted and was able to make it come true. And she sure did! The ceremony and reception rooms were beautiful! We received a lot of compliments on the decorations. Hiring Damara was complete peace of mind that everything would look as it should. I would highly recommend her services!

Damara is absolutely lovely and so talented when it comes to adding the finishing touches to a wedding. Throughout the planning process, she was prompt with communication and great to work with. Damara decorated the screened in porch for our ceremony at Happy Days Lodge. She added such a simple, elegant and beautiful touch - exactly what I wanted. My only regret is that I didn't ask her to do more or have her coordinate the wedding!!! She was so personable and sweet and was such a pro at everything she did from decorating to coordinating with other vendors. We even had the added bonus of her bartending our wedding with Krissy Widuck who owns Sweet Water Caravan (another must vendor). Our guests were really impressed. I highly recommend Damara!! You won't be disappointed.

Damara is a must have for your wedding day! She went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. I had no doubts about my day having her there. She was so helpful with every aspect - helping put together the vision, setting up, tearing down AND coordinating the whole day to flow seamlessly! She cares about her brides and wants to make sure your wedding day everything you imagined. She was always willing to help along the way too, if you had an idea - she would figure it out. Even our guest commented on how organized and beautiful the day was thanks to Damara!

Damara is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond at our wedding. We originally just booked her to decorate and tear down. However, the forecast that day was spotty and she ended up setting up for both an outside and inside ceremony. Among a bunch of other details she took care of, Damara also helped me stay dry when I had to walk outside to get to the front of the wedding barn for the ceremony. Without her, our day would not have been as perfect. Would recommend her to everyone!

Damara was absolutely lovely to work with. She helped add a few personal touches added to our wedding through chalkboard art. We discussed the look we were going for, I sent her a few inspiration photos, and off she went. She has a great relationship with our florist, who actually delivered the boards the day of. We used Damara for pre-wedding setup and day of coordinating. She saved the day. I did not have to worry for one minute about anything the day of our wedding. She helped decorate the venue and worked behind the scenes the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. She was a godsend!

Damara is a very creative and extremely helpful coordinator and designer! I used some of her amazing creations as well as made some of my own that she setup for me the day of. I don't know what I would have done without her and her team. The timeline between when my reception venue opened and when the cocktail hour started was extremely tight but she was able to pull everything off and it look absolutely amazing! I didn't have to worry about a thing and when it came time to leave the venue she already was there and had everything boxed up for me when I was ready to leave. I didn't have to lift a finger. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone that is looking for a coordinator, designer or just someone to help you setup or cleanup. Whatever you need her for she is willing to help out with and her rates are extremely reasonable. Couldn't have pulled off my amazing day without her!

I did day of services with Damara at reInspired Bride. She was clutch to have around the day of the wedding. Her and her team finished up center pieces, ran errands for me, helped locate items I needed, and handled the vendors. It took SO MUCH stress off of me, to know she was handling everything. She did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about a wedding planner! She's the best!

Damara was wonderful! We hired her for month of wedding planning for our daughters wedding and that was one of the best decisions we made.
