My husband found my engagement ring here too and loved the quality and service so much that we decided to purchase our wedding bands here too. When my husband and I went to go look for engagement rings I asked him to make sure that it was from a local jeweler and was something unique but not over the top. We went to Reis-Nichols and were extremely surprised and happy with our experiences there. They were not pushy and understood that the first time we were just looking and that my husband was going to come back and pick out the ring at a later time. Once we narrowed down what I liked we saw everything in that style they had. Also they took the time that day to describe the different types of diamonds and really educated us so that if we went to other locations we knew what the people were talking about. I love the ring that was decided on and is on that I know I will love wearing for years to come. When it came time to pick out wedding bands we decided to go back and had the same experience. My husband found one he liked right away. I didn’t find anything exactly what I was looking for, but they were able to take two rings and find the happy medium between them to make the perfect wedding band and didn’t seem to over charge for the customization. We will probably use them for our jewelry needs into the future due to their friendly staff, and quality jewelry. We shopped around to several locations and couldn't find the customer service, product quality or price that came close to Reis-Nichols. We purchased our bands from them and we very well taken care of. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future jewelry purchases.

We went to a few jewelers (chains mostly) before going to Reis Nichols - which was recommended by friends who got their rings there. We were impressed by their personal service and high quality while still having prices that were competitive with the big chain stores (very competitive for some). My husband actually got pressured into buying a diamond from one of the big chain stores and then once he had it outside he could see a giant black spot in the middle of the stone that could easily be seen without special viewing equipment. He took that back and got a higher quality diamond from Reis Nichols for less. Also Reis Nichols worked with me to design my ring, so it's one of a kind (unless someone's copied it since!). I was hard to please, and they kept on emailing design tweaks back and forth with me until I was happy with it. They also helped us understand what reasonable expectations are for fine jewelry (I had some ideas for my ring that apparently just don't hold up in reality because of the properties of the materials). We enjoyed working with them and appreciated the discount we got on my husband's band. They also gave us a package of high end coupons - including one for the Capital Grill. My husband has since been back there to get me a pearl necklace for my birthday. He was happy with how they worked with him to get something nice but not too pricey - since he'd just bought a diamond ring! They also will clean it periodically, which we did right before the wedding. Support your local jeweler with Reis Nichols, and you'll get a better deal on high quality jewelry with more personal service.

Engagement ring had to be reset due to it not being centered, but they were quick to offer to fix it. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, no trouble getting answers for all of our questions.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Reis Nichols and it was everything I wanted it to be. The service he received was exceptional. He immediately took me back there to pick out wedding bands, and we worked with the same salesperson for those as well. They really do make you feel like you are their only client when dealing with you. I felt like they really listened and didn't show us rings that were out of our price range, or not what we were looking for. We will definitely be going back for all of our future jewelry purchases.

My husband is from Southern Indiana and we went to the Reis-Nichols location in Greenwood, IN. Dan had been helping my husband's family with their fine jewelry needs for 15 years. My engagement ring and wedding band are both from Reis-Nichols. They are beautiful. Dan just did an exceptional job giving both my husband and I rings that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

I love both my rings and my husbands. I believe he had good service when he picked out my engagement ring; not so good when I went to look at bands at the Keystone store, much better in Greenwood.
