As someone who got to see firsthand how much work goes into a wedding, I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making sure everything went perfect on this special day! We aren’t the most organized group and she was the reason we made it through the day with no problems haha. The day was absolutely beautiful, and I know a lot of that was thanks to her. our house instead.  Jamie made our vision come to life!  She is so easy to work with and incredibly responsive.  She literally did everything!  She helped with decorating.  We didn’t have a DJ to make the different transitional announcements so Jamie took on that role, kept our guests informed and the timeline moving.  She put the food on the buffet table, helped keep the drinks stocked, and made our appetizer table look gorgeous!  There are always things that come up or don’t go quite as expected and Jamie handled all of those things without us knowing until after the fact.  I am so incredibly grateful for Jamie; she helped us have a beautiful wedding that was perfect for us.  If you’re looking for a professional with years of experience who is truly a joy to work with , call Jamie.

Her commitment to making sure that her team and us were ready on our wedding day was just what this “type B” couple needed. Becky and Julie were there for us on the day of and went above and beyond! From keeping me on time to running to the dollar store for last minute needs and even stuffing bud vases to pull the whole decorating vision together. Our nephew is on the spectrum and it was very special to us how well Becky and Julie kept him on track and involved in our day on his terms. My husband has COPD, so it can be difficult for him to move around, but they made sure everything was easily accessible and did everything they could to keep him comfortable throughout the day. I didn’t realize how much hand holding I needed as a Mother of the bride, but boy did I! Every detail, every anxiety, every future need I was experiencing Jamie already had it taken care of. The rehearsal was a dream, fast, efficient and informative. However, the moment our venue opened on wedding day Jamie appeared and took over. It was awesome! I was being pampered with the Bridal party, while Jamie put out fires with one of my caterers (whole staff came down with Covid the night before). I could write a book on the details Jamie had to put together because of that issue. The “icing on the cake” of the whole day was the moment my daughter and her groom walked into the reception room and were floored with the beauty and culmination of a year of her vision coming to life. Thank you Jamie! It was a day we will never forget for all of the right reasons! ❤️

She made the planning totally stress-free for me, recommending vendors and reaching out to them as needed, making the schedule for our day and making sure I didn’t forget any details leading up to it. She was so helpful for the rehearsal, making sure everyone was prepared and knew the expectations for the ceremony. The day of, she was there bright and early with our crew. She and her assistant set up all the decorations that we borrowed from the venue and made sure I had nothing to worry about while getting ready. I was amazed at how quickly they set everything up and it all looked more beautiful than I could’ve imagined! She made sure the entire day went smoothly, communicating with all the vendors throughout the day so I didn’t need to and making sure everyone stayed on schedule. She made everyone feel so welcome, even taking guests on the golf cart to the ceremony site. At the end of the night, she worked so hard to clean everything up, almost entirely by herself with the help of a few family members. I would recommend her to everyone! If you’re looking for a planner who is experienced, prepared, detailed and genuine… Rejoice Events will not disappoint!

If it weren’t for my MIL, who pushed us so hard to get a coordinator, we never would have looked and I can definitely say our wedding would not have been as incredible as it was. If you are considering hiring Jamie and her team, DO IT. She is worth every single penny you will spend, and honestly much more. She is fun, kind, joyful, and professional. From our first meeting with her, we knew we were in good hands. Her ability to remember specific details about me and my husband, our professions, our families - it made her feel like family. We are honestly sad that we are no longer working with her. Throughout the entire process, she was there with both personal and professional advice. She is always a text, email, or phone call away and even when I tell her to not answer me if she is busy, she ALWAYS does. On the day of our wedding, she took care of everything. I mean everything. We had so many hiccups that morning and our schedule went wayyy off what it should have, but she made everything feel fully smooth and I had no idea until after the fact how many holes she patched up. I had a mini panic attack just before walking down the aisle (hate having all of the attention fixed on me) - I had my mom and bridesmaids trying their best to calm me down (it wasn’t working), and Jamie walked in - calm, cool, collected and just sat next to me and told me a silly story. She grounded me in that moment, and I am so thankful. Her second in command, Nicole, on the day of the wedding, was AMAZING - she carried my nieces down the aisle when they wouldn’t walk, danced with them on the dance floor, and took care of everything else that she needed to. When we discussed our catering ideas, she was honest with her past experiences and recommended a more affordable (and awesome) caterer. She also created a timeline for the day and stuck to it. Despite rain, we had a beautiful wedding and she played a huge role in that. She helped us beautifully set up the reception and cocktail hour spaces the night before and then she did the ceremony set up outside for us the day-of. She even braved the rain to dry off chairs and keep things moving throughout the rainy ceremony. We wanted a day-of coordinator to take stress off with the inevitable wedding day hiccups and keep the timeline moving, and she did just that. I cannot recommend Jamie/Rejoice Events enough
