Joyce Dugger has spent more than two decades working in the wedding industry, whether from her home in Rockaway Beach, NY, or throughout the surrounding Tri-State area. She has performed beautiful weddings ceremonies at venues, parks, on the beach, and in restaurants, and the church. She is an ordained minister an can provide pastoral counselor, and cannot wait to meet you and your partner to hear your one-of-a-kind love story.
By taking into account your love, values, culture, and faith, Rev. Joyce, will design a wedding ceremony that far exceeds your expectations.
Rev. Joyce will treat you with dignity, respect, and compassion. Religious or nonreligious, spiritual or interfaith, everyone is welcome.
Rev. Joyce will work alongside you from the first meeting onwards, and she offers vow-writing and premarital counseling services that go hand in hand with her work as your favorite officiant.

If you feel you and your partner need a safe and supportive space to prepare, you can reach out to Rev.Joyce, and she will be thrilled to help. Her sessions include ways to improve communication, deepen understanding, resolve conflicts, and so much more.
Postmarital pastoral counseling is also available to ensure you two are on the right track.
