when I requested items that were not in their specific inventory like wooden chairs, lights, and a different bar for serving drinks, they found the items I needed at a very reasonable price and managed all of the communication and delivery. For the day of our wedding, they even had an associate on call for any issues dealing with the tent, as a precaution, due to a rain storm in the forecast. It was a pleasure working with Reliable Rental and would definitely hire again.
