Our rentals - in collaboration with our amazing florist, MKE Flower Company - really pulled everything together for our wedding vision / vibe. The whole experience from reaching out, scheduling a time around our availability to pick stuff out, (we live out-of-state), booking, to the day of the wedding, working with Relics was so easy and it was clear they sincerely cared about making us happy. ould be provided by Relics and which parts would be provided by our florist, which ended up increasing our florals bill later on in the planning process. Relics also assumed that our caterer would provide plates to stack on a dessert display, which we had to make a special request for later on.
If you have a very clear vision of what you want your decor to look like and you're going to pick your rental items individually off of Relics' website, then you'd avoid these issues. If you plan to have Relics curate your decor for you, I recommend that you make an in-person appointment with them to clarify which pieces of the decor will need coordination with other vendors. Again, the decor looked great, but the communications issues are why I consider Relics to be "pretty good" rather than "fantastic" or "the best ever".

Second of all, the customer service and partnership with Relics goes above and beyond. I spent countless phone calls and emails working through every small detail with Mary. She has more energy and positivity than most people, and was so helpful in identifying all the right pieces to bring our vision to life! Her and the rest of the Relics team were extremely professional and ensured that everything for the wedding went off without a hitch. Relics was truly one of the standouts of our vendor team and we cannot recommend them enough. We absolutely will be working with them for our 2021 reception and any other future events!!

ice was fantastic. As soon as I started working with Mary I immeditately felt that I was going to be well taken care of. I had a few ideas as to what I was thinking for my centerpieces but then gave Mary a few words that I wanted to describe my wedding and she took those words and ran with it! Within 30 minutes of getting off our first phone call she was already sending me photos of centerpieces that I may like and she was spot on. Looking at pictures from my wedding I wouldn't change a single thing. The rental pieces that I received from Relics were absolutely stunning and perfect. On top of that Mary was the absolute best. She was attentive, listened to my needs, made sure that all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. She didn't skip a beat! When it comes time to planning your wedding it truly does make a difference the vendors that you work with. Make sure they are personal and think of this event as their very own. With those two tips you won't be disappointed! Thank you Relics.

ere careful and patient with us during pick up and drop off. Owner Jan went out of her way to take care of us and was indispensable when another vendor left us in a lurch. She even took the high road when the same vendor left Relics’ property in poor condition: Jan and her entire team were team players. The pricing was more than fair for the condition and uniqueness of the inventory and FABULOUS when you consider the level of service. If we had to do the whole wedding over again we would rent absolutely everything through them; the large rental company recommended by our vendor charged more for institutional quality products and were unresponsive when we reported some mistakes in our order.

Even though we try to accommodate last-minute appointment-change requests, we can have limited availability due to other scheduled appointments. Our clients receive an itemized list of all rentals and services including pricing, policies, pick-up/return appointments before booking with us. We always send updated orders with any changes, including itemized payments, throughout the rental process, and are also available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.

lly nice; we had two signs made for our wedding and they were beautiful. However, there were 2 spelling errors and ampersand symbols that were backwards. I would recommend them based on the unique items they have, just be sure to read all of the fine print and double check any custom writing.
