We are so happy we chose Ren&Co! Alexis was great at communicating and helpful in every single way. She helped us during the process with many questions leading up to the wedding. On our rehearsal day and wedding day she helped make sure everything went smoothly and was very organized, efficient, and kind.
Alexis and CJ were always checking in with us and making sure everything went accordingly. They also made a beautiful welcome sign and seating chart for us. Our parents and our wedding party were very complimentary of them as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination team!! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to them!

As the wedding got closer, it became even more apparent just how lucky we were to have connected with Ren & Co. I came down with the stomach flu at the start of our wedding week, but knowing Lex and CJ had everything under control allowed me to stay calm and fully rest and recover before the wedding. She (and my fiancé) helped finalize everything so I could focus on getting better.
We also had a somewhat chaotic plan for the day—we were running a 10K race the morning of the wedding! Lex was supportive of this from the start. I am typically a high-anxiety person, but I was so calm on the wedding day—so uncharacteristically so that others even commented on it. I knew Ren & Co was handling everything at the venue while we ran the race and got ready.
Then the forecast called for rain right at the time of our outdoor ceremony. We decided to take the chance and stick with it, and I’m so glad we did. Lex had plenty of clear umbrellas for guests! It ended up being just a light drizzle and turned out beautifully.
I was also blown away by how they set up all the décor. My girlfriends and I had made 16 faux flower arrangements, and I didn’t really have a clear plan for how to use them. Lex and CJ arranged them throughout the venue in a way that truly maximized the décor and enhanced other elements like favors and seating charts.
During cocktail hour, CJ personally handed out gluten-free appetizers to our gluten-free guests to make sure they received them, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’m sure I could list 15 more ways they went above and beyond, but I want to make sure I actually get this review posted instead of letting it sit on my to-do list.
One last thing—they are also just FUN and great to have around! And not only were they incredible, but the package price was well worth it (their “day-of” package offers much more value than a typical one).
I seriously cannot recommend them enough! I’m sure my husband saw even more of what they did behind the scenes—maybe I’ll have him follow up with his own review too.

es so I desperately needed someone to stay on top of me about tasks and deadlines, which is exactly what Alexis did. I can also be type A at other times and Alexis worked great with that side of me too. She answered my many texts at all hours of the day, listened to me vent about wedding drama, and always provided calm and reassuring advice. I'm seriously going to miss talking to her everyday. When the wedding weekend arrived, she quickly went into action, corralling our massive bridal parties and making sure everyone understood their roles and places at the rehearsal. On the wedding day, Alexis and CJ perfectly arranged every detail exactly how I imagined. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and that is thanks to them. Throughout the whole day and night, CJ was always checking on me and my husband to make sure we had drinks and food and whatever else we could possibly need. When the end of the night came, Alexis and CJ packed up everything into our cars, which allowed me and my husband to just completely relax and enjoy the after party without having to worry about packing things up. Alexis also has so many connections within the wedding industry, which helped us so much throughout the planning process. She referred us to White Rose Productions for our DJ and he was absolutely FANTASTIC. She also referred us to Dreamers Tent Rentals for our tent, Blossom and Basket Boutique for our beautiful flowers and greenery, and our amazing officiant, Ceremonies by Rachael. Great people find great people and Alexis and her connections prove that. 1000000/10 recommend her to plan any event. Her and CJ are seriously THE BEST.

As a full-time student in a highly competitive program, I needed someone I could completely trust, and Alexis guided me through every step while allowing me to focus on school without stress. I had absolute trust in both Alexis and CJ, and because of them, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy the day and focus on celebrating and having fun.

that I was all over the place with my vision and décor ideas, and she went out of her way to schedule an extra meeting with me to help talk things through and make some decisions. That’s not even something she usually does for day-of coordination, but she truly wanted to help — which meant so much!On the day of the wedding, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. There were a few things that came up that I didn’t even hear about until after the wedding, and if it weren’t for Alexis handling them behind the scenes, they could’ve been total disasters. My bridesmaids keep telling me how awesome she was and how she was solving problems left and right without breaking a sweat. Both Alexis and CJ were so great to work with — they made the whole day run smoothly and stress-free. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it!!

and haven’t been to many weddings. Alexis was the perfect translator and guide to the wedding world. I could quickly go to her and say “hey is this normal?” Or “am I gunna shoot myself in the foot if I do it this way?” And know I was getting advice rooted in reality.
On the day of I was a wreck, the stress finally caught up with me. With the help of Alexis (and my husband) I only had to focus on myself; getting ready, feeling ok, cherishing the moment. I am eternally grateful for that. You should also know Ren&Co can roll with the punches. The weather on our special day was BANANAS and they secured our tent and dried our dance floor by hand like superheroes.
I was so terrified our wedding would happen and our quirks would get lost in the sauce. Alexis made sure that didn’t happen. There aren’t words big enough to express our gratitude. Every accolade this business has won has been hard earned and it’s instantly apparent when working with them. Hiring them was the best planning decision we made and they are worth every penny.

It felt great that she prioritized making sure we were relaxed on our special day. Alexis and CJ were the ultimate team on our wedding day. They made everything ran smoothly even when there were random hiccups. We didn't hire a videographer for the wedding, but we still wanted it to be filmed. Alexis set up tripods that we bought and clicked play for us during the most important parts (ceremony, first dances, speeches). At one point, one of the phones died. She volunteered her phone to finish capturing the moments. Alexis's flexibility and improvisation helped to keep our minds at ease for our special day. CJ was a remarkable presence on the grooms side, effortlessly managing everything they needed before, during, and after the wedding. He truly made them feel like he was one of the guys throughout the entire experience! They both provided a high level of professionalism and were quick to respond to any last minute needs of the bride and groom. Alexis and CJ's genuine care for making our wedding day the BEST day ever goes unmatched! even when I made a last minute change the week before my wedding. When a trial did not go as planned with a vendor, she made sure to have a backup on standby for the wedding day just in case. She has GREAT recommendations of vendors she normally works with, but is never pushy about them and happy to work with new vendors as well. On the wedding day, Alexis and CJ handled everything! Any small problem that came up was never a problem because they had already fixed it- even muddy paw prints on my dress before I walked down the aisle! Alexis has this amazing gift of never being “too” close, but always correctly anticipating a need and being there whenever I looked for her. After the wedding, they realized some of our decor had not made it home with us and were able to promptly ship it out of state to us. They make an incredible team and our day was perfect because of them. I couldn’t recommend them enough 💜

Because the wedding was held in a remote area, it was not the typical venue and involved transportation logistics that Alexis and CJ handled perfectly. They were there to help with every aspect of the event and definitely went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly. Their calming attitudes, hard work and meticulous attention to detail were incredible. I would highly recommend Ren & Co. and can't imagine how we would have managed without them.

On top of all of that, at the end of the night when our buses left before we got on, CJ (her partner), gave my family and I a ride to the buses so that we were not left behind!
