Sydney has always enjoyed helping friends plan their weddings and other events. She loves making people's lives easier and seeing them smile when their dream celebration becomes a reality. She founded Renae's Rendezvous after realizing she could accomplish her goal of working for herself by doing things she's always loved to do.
Renae's Rendezvous is committed to working with other small businesses, and have built connections with all the best vendors in western Washington. From venues in Snohomish to bakeries in Centralia, Sydney can provide her clients with the perfect recommendations to suit their event. You can choose from a selection of packages, including full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination, with a range of add-ons also available. She and her team did a great job helping with set up and putting out all of our little details. They made sure everyone stayed as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day and was so willing to help with anything we needed. We had a mid sized outdoor wedding with about 100 guests and she handled everything with ease, even when the weather didn’t cooperate. I would absolutely recommend her. Definitely would’ve lost my mind at times if she wasn’t there!

ver felt like they did not have things under control. They always had a handle and were very helpful and communicative which helped a lot while attempting to avoid my groom! reated a custom package for us. She worked with us to select our vendors by giving us lots of recommendations and advice to fit our needs. We had meetings every other week and she was very responsive with her emails. As it became closer to the wedding day, she communicated with our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Everything had a flow on the day of the wedding and she remained organized and had a calm presence throughout the day. My family loved her as they were helping with setup, decorations and she kept them organized and engaged throughout the day. The setup and cleanup went as planned and the bride and groom did not have to do any worrying. She was there for almost 11 hours, getting ready to setup and leading towards a three hour ceremony, five hour reception and ending with cleanup. My favorite part of the wedding was how she pulled us out (the bride & groom) when we had some downtime with guests and send us with appetizers and drinks to the dressing room. The little bit of time was very much appreciated to catch our breaths and reminded us that it was or day. Overall, a splendid job.

At first, I thought my husband and I could do without an event planner, but as we got closer to the wedding date, it was evident that a small wedding still needed a wedding coordinator. I'm extremely detail-oriented and organized, with 60 pages of google docs of how the day would pan out. Without Syndney, the 60 pages of planning, time, and money spent would have gone to waste if it wasn't executed the way my husband and I planned it. Thankfully, Syndey was there! My husband and I hired her somewhat last minute as a day-of-wedding coordinator, and that was easily one of the best decisions we made in the whole process. We got really lucky that we found her! Sydney's willingness to travel to our somewhat remote wedding location was much appreciated. She also asked fantastic questions that helped my husband and I fill in the gaps on our planning process and also ensured that the big day went as smoothly as possible. I was so thankful that she was able to come a day early to walk us through and rehearse the ceremony. She also put together a day-of wedding agenda, was the point of contact for all vendors, and spearheaded wedding setup, flow, and take-down. Sydney even went above and beyond in problem solving when we caught a tech/audio issue the day before the wedding, by personally researching, *buying*, and connecting missing cords needed for our mic and music setup. Simply put, Sydney not only put our minds and nerves at ease, but also made the whole wedding process easier for our families and loves ones. The wedding went off without a hitch or a snag in sight, thanks to Sydney, who somehow makes it all look effortless and easy!
