Sydney and her team were wonderful to work with!! She was so great about providing checklists and keeping us on track through the whole planning process. She was so helpful on the ...
day of as well! She was calm and collected at times when I felt like I was being pulled in a million directions. She and her team did a great job helping with set up and putting out all of our little details. They made sure everyone stayed as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day and was so willing to help with anything we needed. We had a mid sized outdoor wedding with about 100 guests and she handled everything with ease, even when the weather didn’t cooperate. I would absolutely recommend her. Definitely would’ve lost my mind at times if she wasn’t there!
Sydney is absolutely AMAZING! We hired her for day-of coordination and she absolutely went above and beyond from meeting with us monthly before the big day, to setting up decoratio...
ns and helping clean up afterward. She is truly a gem and a pro at what she does. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding went. 100% recommend her for any wedding related services!
I felt overwhelmed, just like most brides, up until the day of my wedding. The day of was the opposite of the day's leading to it. This was largely due to Sydney and her team. I ne...
ver felt like they did not have things under control. They always had a handle and were very helpful and communicative which helped a lot while attempting to avoid my groom! I honestly have no idea what we would have done without her! For a very on top of it bride, I was grossly unprepared for the amount of work and coordination my wedding would take and i think Sydney took that over and helped make my wedding perfect! Definitely recommend her!
Sydney and Jillian were absolutely wonderful day of coordinators! They made sure everything went exactly according to plan, were there to intervene if anything unexpected came up, ...
and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were professional, organized, and fun! Jillian also did an amazing job running our rehearsal dinner the night before, especially corralling a large group of individuals and making sure everyone knew their roles up and down. Would highly recommend!
Sydney was absolutely marvelous! We planned a 200 person Indian wedding within three months and we made it work. We hired her as a partial planner and day of coordinator, and she c...
reated a custom package for us. She worked with us to select our vendors by giving us lots of recommendations and advice to fit our needs. We had meetings every other week and she was very responsive with her emails. As it became closer to the wedding day, she communicated with our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Everything had a flow on the day of the wedding and she remained organized and had a calm presence throughout the day. My family loved her as they were helping with setup, decorations and she kept them organized and engaged throughout the day. The setup and cleanup went as planned and the bride and groom did not have to do any worrying. She was there for almost 11 hours, getting ready to setup and leading towards a three hour ceremony, five hour reception and ending with cleanup. My favorite part of the wedding was how she pulled us out (the bride & groom) when we had some downtime with guests and send us with appetizers and drinks to the dressing room. The little bit of time was very much appreciated to catch our breaths and reminded us that it was or day. Overall, a splendid job.
Sydney was the best! My husband and I enjoyed working with her. A wedding can become a very stressful event, and Sydney helped calm our nerves. It helped that she was very easy to ...
talk to, hardworking, and loved her job. My husband and I had a small intimate wedding of 50 people. At first, I thought my husband and I could do without an event planner, but as we got closer to the wedding date, it was evident that a small wedding still needed a wedding coordinator. I'm extremely detail-oriented and organized, with 60 pages of google docs of how the day would pan out. Without Syndney, the 60 pages of planning, time, and money spent would have gone to waste if it wasn't executed the way my husband and I planned it. Thankfully, Syndey was there! I 110% recommend her!
Sydney was so helpful in the process of putting together our ceremony! When beginning the process, my husband and I had no idea on what we wanted and Sydney was so helpful and met ...
with us one on one to talk to us. Sydney gave us an outline of how it would look and options for readings, vows, and other requirements for the ceremony making it that much easier for us. I can’t recommend Renae’s Rendezvous enough for officiant needs!

thentic, and highly competent from start to finish. My husband and I hired her somewhat last minute as a day-of-wedding coordinator, and that was easily one of the best decisions we made in the whole process. We got really lucky that we found her! Sydney's willingness to travel to our somewhat remote wedding location was much appreciated. She also asked fantastic questions that helped my husband and I fill in the gaps on our planning process and also ensured that the big day went as smoothly as possible. I was so thankful that she was able to come a day early to walk us through and rehearse the ceremony. She also put together a day-of wedding agenda, was the point of contact for all vendors, and spearheaded wedding setup, flow, and take-down. Sydney even went above and beyond in problem solving when we caught a tech/audio issue the day before the wedding, by personally researching, *buying*, and connecting missing cords needed for our mic and music setup. Simply put, Sydney not only put our minds and nerves at ease, but also made the whole wedding process easier for our families and loves ones. The wedding went off without a hitch or a snag in sight, thanks to Sydney, who somehow makes it all look effortless and easy! If you're looking for an event planner or day-of coordinator, do yourself a favor and book Sydney! You'll be so glad you did later. Thank you, Sydney! <3
