Our experience at the Renaissance Boulder Flatirons hotel was awesome! They were incredibly helpful in accommodating all of our bridal party and guest needs for the entire stay and morning of getting ready. We have a welcome reception with food and drinks for our guests and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that setup and moving it inside due to windy weather. We also had shuttle services to and from the hotel and our venue, and the staff was very helpful in coordinating our guests and the shuttle service for a smooth and on-time departure, even with another wedding and football event happening around the same time! The lobby and rooms are beautiful and the price is unbeatable for what you get! I highly recommend using this hotel for your guests to stay at for your wedding in Boulder, Denver, Lyons and more!

We used the Renaissance Suites Hotel, Flat Irons as our base for my daughters wedding April 16,2016 at Lionscrest Manor. From the first contact, nine months before the wedding, the staff was helpful and courteous. We had welcome bags for 40 rooms and they graciously handed them out to our guests. Also, there were last minute guests and they were helpful in making sure they were included in the "group" rate. I would highly recommend using the Renaissance Suites for any event.

My husband and I produce corporate events/trade shows for a living so when it came to our own wedding we had high expectations. The Renaissance surpassed all expectation and did a spectacular job. We asked for a brunch wedding which they had never done before. But they brought us amazing suggestions and took our vision even beyond what we had imagined. The staff was always greeting us throughout the weekend and asking how things were going. Always looking for ways to make our experience even better. I couldn't have asked for more and was thrilled our wedding was such a success thanks to everyone at the property!

The hotel was great in helping us work with their shuttle service to ensure all of our guests didn't have to drive! They also put champagne and strawberries in our room while we were at the reception! Nice touch!!!!

Aimee and Liz at the Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel are amazing!! Actually the whole staff at the hotel is amazing!! We scheduled to have our guests stay at this hotel during our wedding week (we and most of our guests were from out of town). As it so happens the 500 year flood happened during week of our wedding which caused our current venue to be washed out. The ladies at the Renaissance were there to rescue us. They had an open ballroom and worked with our current venue staff to make sure our wedding was still a success. They were amazing!! I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you sooo much, Aimee and Liz!! You two are wedding angels!

Everyone at the hotel was amazing > from our cordinator to the chef to the staff. They were outstanding. The food was the best I have ever had at a wedding (the guests agreed). By the end of the night we had the staff come dance with us because they were so awesome! The Renaissance at Flatirons in Broomfield CO is a true A++. You WILL NOT go wrong by having your reception and guests stay here!! I have no regrets!

The Renaissance was a great choice for my wedding venue! Because of Colorado summer night thunderstorm possibilities, I didn’t want an outside wedding but still wanted access to the beautiful Flatiron view. The Renaissance has large windows facing west, so my guests still got to enjoy the mountains. The staff, food, and event space were just what I wanted. The planning was a breeze and I had no worries the day of. They had a great deal where not only was the event space fee comped, they also gave a free dinner discount for every room booked under the wedding party reservation! The event was classy and the food was amazing! Their award winning restaurant called Flatz located in the Renaissance does the catering for the event. My guests not only enjoyed the wedding, but they complemented the accommodations as well. It was so nice to have most people attending the wedding stay there that night. Added to the fun of the evening.

Laura, the event coordinator is wonderful. She was very helpful. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. The rooms at the hotel are fantastic and perfect for out of town guests. The location was also great for our our out of town guests as there was a lot to do nearby. The ballroom is beautiful and very 'Colorado'.;We had difficulties with guests making reservations, so be sure that your guests know how to get a hold of you so you can help if needed. The problems were never major, but little glitches.

Everything was just beautiful...the decorations the set up the presentation of the food etc. The staff was incredible and they worked so hard to make our reception perfect!

I loved the food! It was so good and it was not typical boring banquet food. I also loved that we were the only event that night so we had the whole hallway and the ballroom area to ourselves.;We had a couple of issues related to the cake so brides should be specific about their expectations on this. One was that our topper was made out of sugar stars and I forgot to ask them to save it and I was told that it melted in the kitchen and was thrown away. Also the cake was cut into very small pieces so we had a huge amount of cake left over. Also some of the guests complained about the slices being so small and/or that they were not able to choose which flavor and some of the slices were cleared before people were finished. These really were the only things that went at all wrong though so the Renaissance is fantasic.
