everything about the stay reflected quality and professionalism.
The staff at check-in were courteous, welcoming, and efficient, making the process quick and pleasant after a long day of travel. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet—with a beautiful city view- quite peaceful. The bed was cozy, and every detail felt well thought out.
This hotel offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service. I highly recommend the Renaissance Concourse to anyone visiting or passing through Atlanta—you’ll be well taken care of from the moment you arrive.

every single day, every single time I see her. She anticipates our needs before it’s even asked, from refills to boxes or cups for to go items. She makes it feel like coming home.

d and the pillows are nice. The only draw back on the rooms was the moisture issues on the ceiling close to the a/c vent, it did look like it need attention. So, after looking at the reviews about the restaurant downstairs, we went and tried it out and it wasn't too crowded. We did have a long wait on our order, but the food quality was well worth the wait, it was amazing! I would definitely stay here again, next time we visit ATL.
