thing, or just to talk. They definitely make you feel like friends more than a client paying for a venue. I would highly recommend to any one to at minimum consider Renaissance Milwaukee West for their wedding! You will not regret it one bit! Food was also amazing, we heard a lot of great remarks about the food! There will never be enough words for our gratitude to Nicole and Lisa, they made our biggest day the easiest day!!

We had our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner and welcome party in the hotel. We also had a wedding block of rooms for guests. Everything was outstanding! There was ...

not one thing that went wrong. Lisa was our event planner and she was a pleasure to work with. She made everything easy due to her attention to detail, communication and kindness. The hotel staff that were present were also so helpful and accommodating! The tables were set beautifully and the food was delicious. Everyone loved the Botanic Room on the 12th floor. After the dinner, we held a Welcome Party in the lobby bar and it was so much fun! Our rooms were beautiful and very clean. This is a fabulous venue and I would highly recommend this place over and over again!

ktail hour in the 12th floor lounge, and reception in the ballroom. We got SO many compliments on how beautiful the hotel was and how people had never been to a space like it before. Second, the food was amazing! We did different stations of risotto, ham, salad, and sliders and everything was delicious. We also got so many compliments on the food. All of the staff from the front desk to the servers and bartenders were all so helpful and kind. And lastly, but definitely not least - Chantal, the coordinator, was beyond amazing! When we first toured the place, I knew I loved it just because of how helpful and accommodating she was. From that day on - she was super responsive and would go to any length to have exactly what we wanted for our day. Meeting with her the week before our wedding calmed my nerves so much just seeing how in charge she was of everything - I didn't have to worry about a thing. She was also there onsite the day of and even found me safety pins when my dress bustle broke. So thank you again, Chantal, for making our dream day a reality!

have pictured a more perfect venue for our vow renewal! It was raining on and off that day, and the mix between rainy and gloomy and sunshine was so pretty! Have I mentioned how absolutely STUNNING my bridal suite was?! I want that bathroom in my home! I wasn’t able to use the gigantic soaking tub, but one of my bridesmaids did, and she said it was incredible and I’m happy someone was able to enjoy it! The staff also went above and beyond and catered to our every request no matter how big or small. They even printed my vows for me and hand delivered them to me! “What about the food?!” You might be asking yourself… Oh my word, the food was delicious! My husband and I are both Irish, so we love a good spud, and I want that recipe for those mashed potatoes! All in all, I fully intend on making a trip back up to Wauwatosa to be able to experience this venue in a new way. And to use the giant soaking tub.

There are not enough positive accolades to describe our wedding experience with the Renaissance Milwaukee West hotel. To put it succinctly-they saved us! Our wedding date was set ...

for 11/21/2020 at another venue in Milwaukee. However, with the latest round of Milwaukee COVID restrictions we knew we would not be able to have the wedding of our dreams. We had to quickly go back to the drawing board as our original wedding date was only 3 weeks away. We came across this gorgeous, brand new hotel located in Wauwatosa (just outside city limits). We were immediately greeted with welcoming staff and an extremely helpful and knowledgeable event coordinator (Rebecca L.) We were able to come in for a tour later that day, and instantly fell in love with this modern, elegant hotel and venue. We were also fortunate enough that they had our wedding date still available! The staff at the Renaissance were *so* accommodating. The wedding package they provided was incredible, and they also allowed us to add portions that we had envisioned from the previous venue's wedding package. Their willingness to help us make a seamless transition to this new venue, in such a short amount of time, was unparalleled. In addition to the gorgeous venue, the food was *outstanding*. Chef Gary and his culinary team created an incredible menu for us and our guests, and we could not be more thankful. Our guests were absolutely raving about how beautiful the ballroom (Revel Hall) and cocktail hour space (Botanical Room) were and how delicious the meal was. Given our tumultuous wedding planning (three venues in 6 months), I do not have enough words to thank the staff, especially Rebecca and Kristine, for their attentiveness and flexibility. They made our dream wedding into a reality, in just three weeks. I would 10/10 recommend this incredible venue for any future brides that are looking for an elegant setting, professional expertise, and delicious food.
