We had a 300 person wedding on NYE. The biggest complaint would probably be that no one got to eat or drink anything because literally the second you got up/set your drink down the waiters would take your food/drink. I’m talking full steaks and whole cocktails. Not even over exaggerating… the MOB got up to do the mother/son dance and they took her plate. I had several guests tell me that the waiters would ask a table if they could take a full plate, someone would say no and they would still try and take it (multiple times). Also told us they were charging the price of beef for every plate. And tried to change the facility fee right before signing.
