I had my wedding reception at The Renaissance in their Hideaway room, and let me tell you, this place is AMAZING! I worked consistently with Rebecca from the beginning, she sent me...

a pdf including all of their info and pricing, which is fairly straightforward, plus explained to me anything that I was confused about. They didn't have any other events planned in our space the day of our wedding, so they happily offered for us to go in early to set things up if we wanted to. When we arrived, the seating was not as we had discussed, but I found someone quickly who was able to fix it with no issues whatsoever, so everything was absolutely perfect when we arrived later for the festivities. The spaces to choose from are awesome, the pricing is mind-blowingly affordable, the in-house catering is delicious (we got 3 of their different "stations" and it was still way too much food for everyone, so if you're looking for something more casual, don't be afraid to pull the trigger on that option!), all of their staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they're flexible on accommodating us, AND they included a king corner suite for us at no additional cost! They even snuck some extra goodies into our room for us to make everything extra special. If you're looking for an indoor reception venue, then look no further because this is your place! You're going to love it here!
