I had the best experience at Renee Austin! My bridal consultant Paige was absolutely fantastic! She was such a pro and made the experience exceptional! She was able to listen to my style and picked dresses that matched this perfectly! So happy I came to Renee Austin and would highly recommend!

I booked a sample sale appointment at Renee Austin on a whim. I booked the appointment the night before and my family wasn’t able to come with me. I was so nervous shopping on my own. My stylist was Katrina and she knocked it out of the park. She made me feel comfortable and supported. She didn’t hover when I needed time to consider and took plenty of photos of me in the gown so I could send to my family. I walked out of the salon that day with my dress and am so pleased with my decision and the great customer service I received.

Absolutely loved this place, it's where I wanted to find my dress and I did. The ladies working were wonderful and all the dresses were beautiful. Would definitely recommend getting your wedding dress from here!

Great experience overall! This was the second bridal store I went to, and I went on a sample sale day. I tried on multiple dresses and they did great with picking dresses out for me. I love the dress I ended up with! It has a couple small stains/marks and some loose beads, but it was a sample dress so I really don’t have any complaints. Plus my dress was half off! I received SO many compliments on my dress and everyone said it was perfect for me, and many asked where I got it. Would recommend anyone to Renee Austin!

Renee Austin is your place for your wedding dress. Not only do they have such a large selection, but the people at Renee Austin make you feel like your family and have been coming in there for years. Every time I walked in I knew I was in good hands, and they have a wonderful recommendation for a seamstress. Just a wonderful place to buy your wedding dress. Mia is the absolute best!! Don't hesitate to go there! :)

I cannot day enough positive things about Renee Austin and Eliza. Not only did she help me find the absolute perfect dress, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. From Day 1 she listened to me so well, based on listening to my likes and dislikes she found my dress for me and I would’ve never found it myself!! Plus the store itself is adorable and all the staff and very very friendly! 100% recommend!

What an amazing group of people! Even with COVID restrictions the boutique found a way to still give you that personalized experience. The location was great, clean, and had a wide variety of chic and elegant styles. As a queer bride I always worry about having a bad experience, but the universe gave me PAIGE! She was my safe space and was so inclusive. She made me feel seen, allowed me to be my authentic self, and helped me find my dream dress! She communicated well with me, addressed all my concerns, and I felt like a Goddess in my JAlexander dress! Thank you RA team and Paige for giving brides like me the environment we need to feel safe and celebrated!

The stylist I worked with was Eliza and let me just tell you she was amazing! I had gone online and found dresses I liked based on the vendors they sell and showed her photos. She pulled all of the dresses I liked and then when I started to tell her exactly what I did and did not like about the dresses she pulled ones that matched what I wanted. I told her my budget right away and she made sure not to bring any dresses outside of my budget. She was truly incredible to work with and she wasn't just trying to make a sale. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I ended up finding my dress and also doing alterations through who they recommend as well once the dress came in. Absolutely wonderful experience!

I had in mind the style I wanted when I walked in, but the dress Mia pulled for me was a DREAM! I couldn’t believe she picked that based on my vision. She was truly amazing!! She stayed in my price range and was great with helping me during the whole process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She continuously asked how I was feeling and what I was thinking. The salon itself is cute and small. It had a very wide selection of dresses. I would highly recommend this bridal salon to everyone.

Renee Austin was an awesome salon to work with! The stylist I had - Eliza - was amazing. She was super reassuring of every dress I put on and had great taste. I ended up getting the dress she picked out. We also found my girls' dresses there as well and ordering/measuring was easy and smooth.

This is THE place to find your dream dress in your dream budget!! The staff were SO friendly and supportive, and knew exactly how I was feeling as soon as I walked out in each dress. They knew what to steer away from but also how to push me to try something new, and I couldn't help but compare my experience there each time I went to a different shop. They knocked it out of the park, and my best friend who is also engaged even loved my experience so much that she got her dress from there, too! I can't recommend them enough, honestly. They can do it all!

I had a great time at Renee Austin Wedding! Ondrea listened to my rough ideas/description very carefully and was able to pull many dresses that I liked! I loved the selection of dresses available, even those not in my style were just beautiful. Even though I had a low budget, Ondrea was able to find floor samples for me that were in great condition and fit great too. I thought she offered the perfect assistance (despite COVID limitations!) - she helped me zip and button, clipped the dress, arranged the hem, gave space, fetched a cape for the look, asked good questions (not too many or too few, too) and gave me the perfect amount of time in each dress without rushing or dawdling. She was professional but very kind too and very easy to work with. I had been to two other stores earlier in the day so my shopping party was getting a little tired and cranky by the time we arrived, but everyone cheered up quickly and had great things to say about the experience at Renee Austin Wedding! I was able to call and email with questions and always received helpful answers quickly from all their staff. I'm really happy with the dress I bought from them!! I can't emphasize enough how great Ondrea was and how she really helped me finally feel like I was shopping for a wedding dress.

The girls at the Salon were so sweet and helpful. I bought the dress of my dreams! it was so classy and sleek. I found a much more modern and fresh style here than at any of the other 4 bridal salons I visited before this. I highly recommend them. When they quoted me a size that they could have shipped they threw in my belt for free as a compensation and it really sweetened the experience. They are really about helping the bride. Thank you for the care and experience!

Visited Renee Austin for my 2nd dress try on, but I would say it was my 1st since my first salon was extremely unhelpful. My consultat made me feel like a beautiful bride and every dress she pulled was flawless. She did so well it was hard to choose, i'll definitely be returning to Renee Austin.

After searching a couple places for bridesmaid dresses, I came upon Renee Austin and was so impressed! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Jana was awesome and helped me to find an array of bridesmaid dresses that coordinated well so that each of my bridesmaids could wear a dress that they loved. Had I not already had my dress, I would've looked for my wedding dress there as well! I highly recommend checking out Renee Austin!!

Renee Austin was great to work with and had an amazing selection of gowns to choose from. The staff is very knowledgable and patient when you are trying on different gowns. They are quick to respond to phone calls/emails and any questions you might have. I would highly recommend them!

I bought my wedding dress at Renee Austin and still remember that day like it was yesterday. Mia, and all the staff, were so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Ever since, they were always available for dress related recommendations such as alterations, preservation, etc. The staff is so sweet and the the boutique has a wonderfully charming and intimate atmosphere!

Renee Austin was the BEST experience!! I had visited a number of bridal shops in the area, but none compared to Renee Austin! Shopping for your wedding dress can be an emotional process, but the consultants at Renee Austin made me feel right at home. The environment is calm and inviting. The inside is beautiful! They first asked me what my vision for my wedding day was, "What did I want it to look like?" Then, they picked out a few dresses for me to try on. It made it such a fun and exciting and relaxing process! When I came back for my second visit, I had two dresses in my mind that were my favorite. After trying on the first, I tried on the second, I just knew it was my dress. As I stepped up on the platform to look at myself, Eliza exclaimed, "Girl, you look like a queen!" It was the dress I couldn't stop thinking about, and in that moment I knew it was MY dress! When I said "Yes to the dress," Eliza went to check the stock for the dress based on my measurements. She came back and said, "Okay, here's the deal. We can have the dress made, but it'll come 3 days before your wedding, which honestly is not enough time. But there is one dress in your size in stock that will arrive in 2 weeks." It happened to be the only dress available in the entire country in my size! Getting my dress was truly a miracle, and I LOVE it. And the veil I picked out was absolutely perfect for my dress. I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day!! Thanks Renee Austin for helping me choose my dress in a way that was calm and fun. I felt like a queen!

I am so happy to have been a Renee Austin Bride! I went to Renee Austin for friend's wedding dress shopping and instantly knew this was the place for me!! Everyone was so excited and supportive of my visions, goals, and budget. My measurements were perfect and the day my dress arrived, it fit like a glove? I truly felt special from the moment I first walked in the door. Even when I called back month's later for questions on my dress and bridesmaids dresses, they were so happy to answer any question I had. If you are looking for the classic blissful bridal experience, this is the place to go!

The best! Renee Austin was my first stop when buying my dress and although I went to multiple other places after (because I couldn't pull the trigger on my first stop) I ended up getting my dress from there. I went to about 10 different dress shops before pulling the trigger on my dress but by far I had the best experience with Renee Austin. Eliza was the greatest, she honestly took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for - I felt like she was one friends while working with her. Renee Austin had a great selection of dresses, great customer service, and was very accommodating with scheduling around me as I live in Detroit. I can't recommend them enough.

I had the most amazing time during my appointment at Renee Austin’s sample sale. I had been to another bridal salon the day before to get a feel for what I like, and I can’t even compare the two experiences! Even though the salon was busy, Rachel, my consultant, was attentive and fun, and made me feel like a million bucks! Even other consultants walking through the salon would compliment what I was trying on! It was such a fun and friendly atmosphere, and there was such a great variety of styles and sizes in dresses. I wish I could go shopping there all over again, and I will totally recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

My experience was perfection! There is so much anticipation that leads up to shopping for The Dress. And I was kind of worried I was going to be disappointed. Boy, was I wrong! The entire experience at Renee Austin was exactly what I envisioned and hoped for. The store is beautiful and the associates are kind and knowledgeable. I found it to be relaxing and non-judgmental. They let me take my time and listened to my opinions. I especially loved being able to try on a dress in my size and did not have to feel self-conscious squeezing into a small sample size. I found the perfect dress and I could not be happier.

Bought my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses here and I had a great experience! I shopped many places and this place stood out and the staff made me feel special. So amazed how well my bridesmaids appointment went too! Brought all 6 of my girls in and expected to just get some ideas but they helped me pick out the girls dresses so well, we ordered them on the spot! Highly recommend if you like a cute boutique!

I had the best time at Renee Austin. After visiting several bridal boutiques in the area, I was frustrated and emotional. I could not find my dress. Renee Austin changed everything for me. The staff was so kind and helpful, and I felt at home immediately. After an hour of attempts...my assistant hit the nail on the head with a random idea (added an overskirt and belt to a fit and flare). From there on out it was over....I could not have been more happy with my dress and the service I received at Renee Austin. I highly recommend them for any bride!!!

I had the best experience at Renee Austin today! I worked with Ondrea, and found the dress that moved me to tears. She was very supportive, uplifting, and had an amazing attitude. Also, she did a GREAT job helping me find a dress that captured my personality, and flattered my body. Everyone was so cheery, the salon was well kept, and I already cannot wait to see my dress again! Thank you guys for your hospitality today. 12/10 recommend!

I was so excited to shop for my wedding dress, but Renee Austin exceeded every expectation! I went to other bridal salons (all of which were fantastic) and ended at Renee Austin. I worked with Mia who took the time to learn my style and somehow pulled the perfect dresses from their huge selection. She had no complaints when I kept asking to put “the dress” back on and she brought us champagne when I said Yes to the dress! When my dress came in, it fit perfectly thanks to Mia’s measurements. It needed some minor alterations and Mia continued her fabulous customer service by recommending a trusted seamstress. I could not have been more pleased. Plus, I found the dress of my dreams. Thank you Renee Austin! Brides, if you live in Michigan, make the trip - it’s worth it!

Renee Austin was my first stop when looking for a wedding dress and honestly I knew when I walked out that I'd found the perfect dress and didn't need to have visited other stores. I had a lot of fun trying on dresses, and all suggestions were within the realm of the "vision" I had for my wedding dress. The shop had a large changing/modeling area which made having family around a lot of fun. The atmosphere made me feel so fancy! I was in a weird situation, looking for a dress in Grand Rapids for a wedding there, but living in Los Angeles. After I bought my dress (the ladies were all genuinely excited), I was able to work with them to schedule my fittings and adjustments around a flight schedule, and they were willing to hold my dress and veil to accommodate me not being around.

Renee Austin did such an amazing job throughout my entire bridal experience. They were able to offer me an appointment time on a Sunday, which so many other stores didn't offer. I had multiple family members come in from out of town so that meant a lot to me. The store offered plenty of room for my mom, sister, mother in law, sister in law and cousin to sit comfortably while I tried on dresses. Emily helped me during my appointment and she is the absolute best. We had talked on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and immediately clicked. At the start of my visit, Emily had me show her some photos of what I liked. She made sure to ask some clarifying questions and then picked a few dresses for me to start with. After I realized that what I thought I liked didn't end up looking how I envisioned, we started to experiment and improvise. Eventually we ended up putting together multiple separate pieces to create the most beautiful, unique, perfectly styled dress with a capelet and belt on a more simple dress. Once I had the entire look on everyone got emotional. I couldn't believe that I had found my dream dress at my first appointment. I eventually went back to Renee Austin for my bridal shower dress and would absolutely return for formalwear in the future. The capelet portion of my dress was running behind and they were communicative throughout the entire process. I've recommended them to multiple brides since my experience. I really felt like they were all on my team and wanted to make sure I felt absolutely gorgeous. Way to go ladies. You've got this figured out. Keep it up.

Renee Austin has a gorgeous selection of wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, and a really cute studio space! The staff was sweet and fun to work with. I had a hard time picking a wedding dress because I like so many different styles, but they listened to what I liked and didn't like and found a dress that brought tears to my eyes. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Renee Austin to anyone getting married!

I had such a great experience wedding dress shopping at Renee Austin. Eliza was an amazing consultant. She really listened to what I wanted and gave input when I asked for it. She even picked out the dress I said yes to! Dress shopping was kind of stressful for me, but the staff at Renee Austin made it fun. Plus, their inventory is stunning. Every dress I saw was beautiful!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress with Eliza. She listened so well to what I did or didn't like about each dress and was quickly able to help me find the one. Eliza also showed me different veils, but after realizing I'm not a veil girl, she brought me an amazing hair piece that matches my dress perfectly. As my future mother-in-law said, "you have to love a girl who knows her inventory." Eliza absolutely knows the inventory at Renee Austin and that made my hunt for the perfect dress so effortless.

I found both my dress and my veil at Renee Austin, and each time I went in they were incredibly kind and helpful. I went to 4 bridal salons to find my dress, Renee Austin being the first, and afterwards the other 3 didn't even compare - our consultant at Renee Austin (Mia) was the only one who really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and she found the perfect one for me. She just happened to be there again when I went back to look for my veil and did it again :) They also work with a tailor who did an amazing job on my dress, as well as a woman who does dress preservation who I intend to use. Beautiful dresses, awesome people - I'm so grateful!

Renee Austin was the first place I went to look for my wedding dress, and I found it in the first hour I was there! I brought 6 of my bridesmaids and 5 family members with me on my wedding dress journey, and Renee Austin was so accommodating. They brought me dresses that best fit with the look I was going for, all in the price range that I had requested. I actually spent $500 under budget on my dress which was so amazing! I also got my bridesmaid dresses at Renee Austin as well, and they all turned out so great. They even had the dress company mail me a piece of fabric so I could match everything else to the specific shade of blue the dresses were which was so helpful. I definitely recommend them for all of your dress needs!

I went to Renee Austin back in December to buy my wedding dress ($800 max budget). I had an idea in mind, but got something completely different, which was PERFECT. I said I was open to any style and Jana, our associate, picked out some items that fight my description, along with others she thought would look nice. Jana was attentive, intuitive, kind, patient, and honest. She went out of our way to help us, offering suggestions and finding accessories. There was no pressure to buy anything but the dress -- she even recommended buying my belt off of Etsy or Amazon to save on money. We went slightly over our appointment time, but we were not rushed out at all. To top it all off, a few days after getting the dress, Jana sent a personalized card to me, which was a really lovely touch. I was VERY hesitant about buying my dress from a place that seemed too fancy/high maintenance, like my family would feel like fish out of water; but we were welcomed and treated very nicely. I was also worried about being a bigger girl (I wear a 12/14), but they had a wide selection and styles in the bigger sizes. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

The dresses here are straight out of a storybook gorgeous! The staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful, & not pushy. They genuinely care about helping you find that special dress. They were fantastic at staying within my budget! My friend got her dress her & I turned around to find my dress here as well. Definitely recommend!

I made an appointment at Renee Austin about two/three weeks before their Cash and Carry event this past February. After trying on 8 different dresses, I found my perfect gown within an hour! So, if you want the feel of a personal, cozy atmosphere for your bridal experience, I highly recommend Renee Austin for you!

Renee Austin was an amazing spot to dress shop. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my associate, Jana, did all the searching for me which is exactly what I wanted. I had an awesome experience! I had found my dress at another salon but was not impressed by their customer service (very pressuring and rushed, unprofessional), so I had to find it elsewhere. I called all over (MI,MD,NY) and no one had it and they weren't able to order it, until... I found the amazing Renee Austin Bridal Salon. I called and spoke with Emily, she was wonderful and looked up the dress and was able to give me the prices so I was prepared. I drove the 3 hours to go finalize everything and everyone was great. The atmosphere was perfect, very inviting and warm. I tried on a brand new dress that they had just received, just for fun and to try to visualize what a belt would look like, as it was similar to the dress I was ordering. The entire staff was upbeat and very nice, they sat down with me and read the contract to me with all my specifics inserted so I knew and understood everything. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable with them. I can't wait to pick up my dress and do the initial fitting! I'm sure they will be wonderful for this as well. I definitely recommend this salon!

Renee Austin was amazing! This was the first place I looked for my dress and the last because with the outstanding assistance of the girls who worked there, I found the dress of my dreams! The ladies were so patient and allowed me to leave for a few hours since I was contemplating over two dresses. The girl even offered an appointment for the next day if I wanted to sleep on it. The service was amazing and made dress shopping a wonderful experience. You really receive their undivided attention. They also ask beforehand what you are thinking as far as style and actually grab for you, which in my opinion, was so helpful because otherwise I would have been so overwhelmed. Also, the store is very spacious and you really feel comfortable. They have nice large mirrors and blocks for you to stand on to see the dress on you in full detail. I loved Renee Austin and I couldn't be happier I found my dress through them!

Hi all! So I’ve been a Renee Austin fan since I got my first prom dress here! I went in with high expectations and they were exceeded. My consultant, Emily, was easy going, fun and always knew the right thing to say. She helped me stay in my budget (even if my mom didn’t) and was very helpful while changing so my fan group didn’t have to wait around. The gogeous dresses are for every, shape, size and budget. ❤️❤️
