Working with Lauren is great! She is very responsive and easy to work with. My now wife and I were very happy with both her engagement ring and our wedding bands. Lauren’s greatest...
strength is her ability to create something that is unique and stylistically different from one ring to another all while making sure the customer is happy with the result.
Lauren is great! Super responsive, attentive to your timeline and will let you know what is possible, what is cutting it close and what is not possible with the time given. She is ...
super receptive to you being in control and designing the ring the way you want it while still being the professional and giving you advice on how it will turn out and advising you if that is a good idea from professional and finished product standpoint. I got my now wife’s wedding and engagement ring through her and never had any doubts on how it would turn out!
I can’t thank Lauren enough for everything she did to create our perfect engagement ring and wedding bands! We live in Wisconsin and my fiancé knew of Lauren through a friend. Thro...
ugh many emails of photos, ideas, and CAD drawing previews, they were able to create an engagement ring that exceeded my expectations and is like no one else’s! We also had Lauren do our bands. I initially didn’t take her advice on my band and ended up sending it back to Lauren to make it the way she suggested. She was kind and helpful throughout it all. Remember to listen to the professional – and Lauren definitely is one!

s professional and prompt with getting the design done and sent to us for proofing before starting on the band. When I picked up the ring (sooner than she initially told us) Lauren was very helpful to explain how to care for the ring and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Such a fun and great experience- I would recommend everyone to go to Renee James Jewelry!

e worked with her several times during my jewelry upgrades. She has even done my Mother-In-Law's Anniversary Wedding Ring Set, utilizing some of the diamonds in her 30+ year old rings.

e finding a band to match. Lauren was able to design a gorgeous band that complimented the design of my engagement ring while also respecting our budget. She was also able to find my husband the perfect wedding band!
Since our wedding, we have used Renee James for all of our jewelry purchases. From a simple cross necklace to stackable rings to honor our children.
We most recently worked with Lauren to create a new mother's ring to honor our son we recently lost, and Lauren handled the entire situation with care and compassion.
You really cannot go wrong with choosing Renee James. The quality is excellent and the customer service is better than any box store we have ever shopped with!
Working with Lauren was a dream, and the easiest part of wedding planning. My band was relatively simple, but my husband’s was more unique. After seeing some of his inspiration, ...
Lauren nailed the design and aesthetic he was going for.
In addition to her ability to identify and predict her customers needs, she goes above and beyond to deliver on her promises. My jewelry is such an important piece to the overall look and she made it all happen for me.
Since she was so great with the bride and groom jewelry. We leveraged her talent for the mother of the bride and groom, flower girls and man of honor gifts. All of which turned out fabulous!
I’ve continued to go to Lauren for all of my jewelry needs because I know I will get what I wanted and beyond!
