From the initial meeting, to our engagement shots, the communications leading up, and the day of, she made everything a breeze. We hired Renee for our engagement and wedding photos, and could not have made a better decision! Her photography is truly breathtaking, and is sure to make you feel like the best ever version of yourself. My husband Mike and I first met Renee when we were planning our Cleveland-based wedding from NYC, where we currently live. We were already interested in Renee's portfolio as her light and bright style perfectly matched our aesthetic. Mike and I had been together for 10 years at that point, and most of that time was spent living/working in NYC, so we were hopeful that we could find a photographer to do our engagement session in NYC. Renee flew out to New York in October 2021 and met us for a shoot in Central Park, in the same spot where we got engaged in June 2020. Renee immediately put us at ease in front of the camera, even though we were initially nervous. She gave super clear directions and we didn't feel awkward/uncomfortable for a single second in front of the camera. The result was a spectacular gallery of photos where Mike and I looked comfortable, happy, and totally at ease with one another - exactly what we wanted to achieve! Upon seeing those photos, I was BEYOND excited to have Renee booked for our wedding day as well. Her work is truly aspirational, and my husband and I felt that we had never looked better! Renee was easy to reach in the time between the engagement session and our October 2022 wedding, and constantly offered to help with vendor suggestions, answering questions, or any other support we needed. We really appreciated how kind and accessible Renee was throughout the entire process! Fast forward to our wedding day in October 2022 at Cleveland Museum of Art. Renee and her second shooter, her husband Brent, met us at our hotel while we were getting ready with our wedding party. From the moment they arrived, I could tell we were going to have a wonderful day together! Renee was so efficient at directing everyone to get the shots she needed, and Brent went above and beyond to be helpful, constantly asking if anyone needed anything, offering to run errands, and just generally bringing a very calming energy into our spaces. We then traveled to the Cleveland Cultural Gardens to take pre-ceremony photos with the wedding party, and that is where Renee and Brent really shone! They expertly directly a loud, rowdy group to achieve some of the most stunning portraits I have ever seen. We then met up with our parents at the museum, where again Renee showed her adeptness with shepherding many confused people to create gorgeous shots. Throughout this whole time, Brent was offering to carry my bouquet, help me walk up and down stairs in my heels, and being an all-around perfect gentleman. During the ceremony and reception, Renee and Brent circulated continuously to capture all the essential moments of our day. Importantly, they always felt present and attentive but NEVER obtrusive or distracting in any way. Renee delivered our wedding gallery in December 2022, and honestly, I cried when I saw the photos. I could not believe how gorgeous every single photo was! Renee is artistic, kind, so easy to work with, and will undoubtedly give you the best photography experience you could ever ask for during your engagement photos and wedding day. We feel so lucky to have worked with such an amazing talent, and we could not recommend Renee more!

I feel so grateful to have had Renee capture our wedding weekend. She gracefully guided us through the process months before the wedding and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about Renee and Brent. I had followed Renee on Instagram before hiring her for my own wedding. While I knew she was a talented photographer with an aesthetic that I liked, I did not know just how amazing of a person she was as well. Renee was always kind and supportive throughout the planning process. She always provided recommendations on scheduling, locations, etc. that were much needed. Beyond that, she was such a calming presence on my wedding day. While there are many talented photographers out there, the beauty of working with Renee is that you receive so much more than just that.

Renee was a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding! Due to the pandemic, we had to push back our wedding two times (originally were supposed to get married in April 2020), and Renee was flexible and accommodating during that process. Prior to the wedding, she was communicative and responsive, and helped us consider things we hadn't even realized were important! She had a helpful packet and prep materials that helped us outline the photography plan for the day, and was able to meet virtually when my wife was out of town. During the day of the wedding, Renee was on-time, flexible when we realized there were some additional shots we needed, and was able to think on her feet when we needed to adjust the photography schedule when we had some last-minute rain. The photos were fantastic, and Renee's experience and professionalism is clearly apparent in how they all turned out. Our ceremony venue was an older chapel that is not particularly well-lit, but Renee was able to get the photos to look perfect. Our photos outdoors with a mix of lighting (both bright light and more shaded) also looked excellent. When thinking about our wedding, my wife and I wanted to invest in a high-quality photographer for our special day, and Renee exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend her to others!

She's the absolute best, I am so glad that she was able to travel all the way to Miami because I'm so in love with her style and I couldn't find a photographer I liked near me for such an important moment in our lives, and the way she capture of wedding pictures and all the details and us is how I pictured it in my mind, when you look at the photos is like reading a fairytale story. She helped us a lot to plan the timeline of our wedding in advance and everything happened according to plan. She also sent us a sneak peek of our wedding to share with family and friends which is really nice since everyone is so eager to see pictures from the wedding, specially since we had a small ceremony and only a few people were able to attend.

Renee knocked the photography game out of the park. Our wedding pictures turned out absolutely stunning -- and not to mention, she is a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with how my wedding photos turned out! Renee was great throughout the whole day and made our whole wedding party feel comfortable, which showed in our pictures. A month after the wedding, I asked if she could send me a few pictures so I could get my thank you notes ordered, and she sent me what she had completed that very next day. I also wanted to turn one of my favorite pictures into a canvas, but was not happy with how the natural lighting made my hair extension piece obvious, so she edited the picture for me that very next day and it looks perfect! Renee was able to beautifully capture all of our wedding memories and I could not be happier! She has now done my sisters wedding and my sister's sister in law, AND my wedding. We LOVE her work!

My Husband and I were married on 6/10/2017 and we couldn't be more thrilled with how well Renee captured our day! She was very well organized and professional and made us feel super comfortable! Booking Studio Elle Photography as our wedding photographer was the best decision regarding the wedding that we made. Renee is incredible. When I found Renee's web site online last February, I knew she was something special and that her success was going to grow exponentially between then and now, and it has! We actually wanted to get married on June 14th of this year, but she already had a wedding that day so that is honestly how we chose our real date - based on Renee's availability. She is a professional. She attends workshops to better her already natural talents and collaborates often with other vendors on photo op projects. Renee is punctual, thorough, thoughtful, creative, an excellent communicator, fun, and understanding. My grandmother suffered a stroke 3 weeks leading up to our wedding day (has made a full recovery, thank goodness) and at the time, I had no idea if my grandma would be able to attend the wedding or if she would be holed up at home or a hospital. Renee was so accommodating with the situation and I know if my grandma was in the hospital the day of the wedding, Renee would've went there with me to take a picture. That is the kind of person she is. Just look at her blog and gallery online, she is clearly an AWESOME photographer. We have good friends getting married in November that just did their engagement shoot with Renee last night. No joke! Book her!

I love the work Renee does. Her photos are perfect when it comes to light. We had an engagement photosession before but it was rainy that day. Pictures turned out so great and cute! The wedding was on friday just because that was one available day this season. We also was late (it was on Put-in-Bay island) and she was fine with it and keep calm me down that its my day and everything will be as I want. We didn't get the pictures yet, but I'm sure they great!

Studio Elle didn't show up in online searches, but a photographer friend suggested owner/photog Renee to me. I'm so glad she did! Her business doesn't show up on searches because this isn't some giant, nationwide conglomerate where you're just another number. Renee makes it a point to get to know you personally. We skyped, we met, we did engagement pics together -- by the day of, my groom and I both felt like she was just one of our friends (same for her second shooter, whom she did a great job selecting and managing). We loved our engagement pics, and we love our wedding pics. Everyone who has seen them has commented how great Renee captured the candid moments, the details and emotion -- she's a photojournalist and photographer. On top of that, her price quote was below the average in the area, and we had the online album in less than a month and our actual album a few weeks later. I had friends who got married 3 months before us who are still waiting for theirs. Now that's what I call service!

Words can not express what an AMAZING job Renee did capturing my wedding day! I usually am picky on pictures of myself, and loved every single one of the 400+ I saw!! Besides bringing tears to my eyes when looking at all of the photos she took of the day, she was great to work with! Her work is by far the best around. Our photographer was Renee from Studio Elle photography. If I had to pick just one vendor to refer a bride-to-be to, it would be Studio Elle. I cannot say enough great things about her work, her professionalism, follow up, and flexibility. We checked out probably 8 or 10 other photographers and she was, by far, the one that impressed us the most. I even cried at some of her previous work because her photography is so amazing- really knows just how to capture the perfect moments. We were beyond pleased with our pictures and she worked really, really, well with the families and kids taking photos. So many wedding guests commented on her professionalism and efficiency. Many of the pictures she took brought tears to my eyes; there is one she took of my father seeing me for the first time and literally, that was worth the whole cost of our wedding! She is super quick too with her turnaround time. The week after we returned home from our honeymoon, she had all the pictures retouched and available for us to view online. As you can tell, I would highly recommend her :)

I would recommend her to anyone. I wish she could take photos of me all time. I can't wait to return to her for my future photography needs.

Renee has a fun, easy going personality which made her a pleasure to work with. She is very creative and was also open to suggestions that I had seen from other sites. We had a larger wedding party (16 people) and she was able to keep everything organized and on time. She came with an estimated schedule for travel and each location so that we were able to get to the ceremony on time. Her based package includes quite a few extras so we did not have too many add-ons and her prices are very reasonable compared to some other photographers I looked at.

I am so pleased and impressed with her work. We've learned a lot about businesses and "professionals" from this wedding experience, and have had our let downs. However, Renee and her work are amazing!!! We took a chance on just doing photography and not any videography. I was worried the day wouldn't be captured entirely, but she made it happen! Looking back at the beautiful photos, I can still feel it all! She was a complete pleasure to work with!
