My husband and I eloped March of 2025. We were looking for a place to host a celebration of our marriage with our closest friends and family, that didn’t break the bank. We found R...enewable farms and it was super reasonably priced and very cute, didn’t need much decor, included tables, benches and bar staff. There were downsides, like it can only go until either 8pm or 10pm (which is really 9:30pm) because of a noise ordinance and you have to set up and clean up entirely. These were not deal breakers for us, as it was not our actual wedding but certainly something to think about if you want to have a full blown wedding. You can pay $300 extra to clean up the next day/vendor pick up, we had requesting this and were told to pay the day before, once we got to the farm the day before our event we were told that the next day clean up would not be possible because they had no one to open so we had to clean up the same day. This required us to take all of our rented chairs (130 chairs) with us from the venue the night of our party. We were lucky to have friend and family with trucks who could help us because otherwise it would have been trip after trip. This was very bothersome as it had not been previously communicated to us, quite the opposite we had been told next day clean up was no problem as long as we paid. They also charge a $500 refundable deposit, we were told we would only get $450 back because of a stain on a rug that had to be cleaned. This would normally not be a bother to me at all but it frustrated me because their staff was also in and out of the room with the stained carpet. How were they certain it was us and not someone on their staff that caused the stain? Overall, the staff the day of the party itself was great. They went above and beyond to serve and help out. The rest of the staff had pretty poor communication and did not seem to be well trained. The price is great but if you want outstanding service throughout and less stress on your plate, I would look elsewhere.
