Lindsay was absolutely incredible as our day-of wedding coordinator. She came on about 30 days before our wedding and immediately became such a huge help with organizing our timeline, tying up loose ends, and making sure all the little details were accounted for.
I consider myself a pretty Type B bride, and there were definitely plenty of things I missed along the way; Lindsay somehow filled in every crack seamlessly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was calm, incredibly organized, and kept the entire day moving on schedule without ever making things feel rushed or stressful.
She truly went above and beyond for us. She let us ship wedding decor to her house ahead of the wedding, picked up our wedding cake, and was always willing to jump in and handle whatever came up. She never said no to a request and somehow made even the little last-minute things feel completely manageable.
Having Lindsay there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about the logistics behind it. She took so much off our plate and made the entire day feel effortless. We are so grateful we had Lindsay and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!
Hiring Lindsay with Reno by Design as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process!
In the beginning she came out to our venue site for a walkthrough. Since we were getting married on private property rather than a traditional wedding venue there were a lot of moving pieces and vendors I had hired, which she worked so well with keeping track of and placing everything perfectly the morning of our wedding . Lindsay was incredibly helpful from the start, providing me with vendor recommendations and she was a massive help when it came to coordinating and setting up our florals because I waited so long to do so, they turned out beautiful!
The portal she included was also great and made it easy for me to keep track of vendor information, payments, due dates, and communication throughout the planning process. As the wedding got closer she reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details and make sure everything was ready to go.
She was fantastic during our rehearsal, making sure everyone knew what to expect and helping everything run smoothly. She also worked with me on the timeline and kept everything on track behind the scenes.
The best part was that on our wedding day, I never had to worry about what was happening in the background. I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew Lindsay had everything under control. She kept everyone organized, on schedule, and exactly where they needed to be.
Honestly, the only thing I would have changed is hiring Lindsay for more than just our day-of coordinator because she was that wonderful to work with. We highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding planner. She played a huge role in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!
