Hiring Lindsay with Reno by Design as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process!
In the beginning she came out to our venue site for a walkthrough. Since we were getting married on private property rather than a traditional wedding venue there were a lot of moving pieces and vendors I had hired, which she worked so well with keeping track of and placing everything perfectly the morning of our wedding . Lindsay was incredibly helpful from the start, providing me with vendor recommendations and she was a massive help when it came to coordinating and setting up our florals because I waited so long to do so, they turned out beautiful!
The portal she included was also great and made it easy for me to keep track of vendor information, payments, due dates, and communication throughout the planning process. As the wedding got closer she reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details and make sure everything was ready to go.
She was fantastic during our rehearsal, making sure everyone knew what to expect and helping everything run smoothly. She also worked with me on the timeline and kept everything on track behind the scenes.
The best part was that on our wedding day, I never had to worry about what was happening in the background. I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew Lindsay had everything under control. She kept everyone organized, on schedule, and exactly where they needed to be.
Honestly, the only thing I would have changed is hiring Lindsay for more than just our day-of coordinator because she was that wonderful to work with. We highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding planner. She played a huge role in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!
