Reno by design/Tahoe Blue Estate – The Perfect Wedding Planner and Venue We just had our wedding at Tahoe Blue Estate, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the perfect place—not just for our ceremony, but for an unforgettable weekend with our closest friends and family. The venue itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for both our wedding and a weekend getaway. We never wanted to leave—there was always something to do, from playing pool to relaxing in the sauna, enjoying the snow, or simply soaking in the incredible scenery. A huge part of what made our wedding so special was the incredible team of vendors who helped bring everything together.     •    Starky’s Pizza kept everyone happy and well-fed.     •    Emma, our photographer, was wonderful. She made every shot feel natural, fun, and effortless—capturing every important moment beautifully.     •    Sam’s wedding band provided the perfect live music for our ceremony, making it all the more special.     •    And most importantly, our planner, Lindsey, was truly the MVP of the day. She made our vision come to life, seamlessly coordinating every detail and vendor to create a wedding that was even better than we imagined. She was incredibly helpful, organized, and made sure everything flowed perfectly. If you’re considering Reno by design and Tahoe Blue Estate for your wedding or event, we highly recommend it! Just one small tip—consider hiring a team for setup and cleanup. We did it with our family, and while it was quick and easy, it definitely would have been worth spending a little extra to sit back and fully enjoy every moment. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding here so unforgettable—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Reno by Design was such a pleasure to work with. We chose Lindsay to be our planner because she knew our venue very well, she was a great communicator, and she provided great references for other vendors in the area. We were planning the wedding from Florida, and she took the time to get on multiple Zoom calls with us, checked in regularly to see what questions we might have, and provided a ton of planning resources, docs, and websites to ease the process. She went above and beyond with helping to pick up the rentals and cake, she helped manage our music transitions, and she made our reception design come to life in such a beautiful way. I really appreciated how calm and organized she was and she kept everyone on time throughout the entire day. I don’t know how we could have done it without her – I can’t recommend her enough!

I would give Lindsay 10 stars if I could! TRUSTING her with our wedding planning process and wedding day was the best decision ever—and when I say trust, I don’t say that lightly as I am a Type-A personality girlie who loves details and having control of everything. First impressions: From the moment I met Lindsay, I could tell she is organized, has great attention to detail, and thinks very practically & logistically. She has amazing energy & is very kind, genuine and honest. Working relationship: She always responded within a very appropriate amount of time (sometimes crazy fast!) and her communication is top tier. She didn’t waste time or money throughout the planning process. She was always quick to handle any unforeseen circumstance or detail that popped up. She was available for calls and meetings when necessary. Additionally, she was full of calming reassurance every time I tried to spiral about something! At the same time, she was my hype person with my wild ideas that were within reason. She steered me towards a productive direction and hustled to make things happen. To bluntly state it: Lindsay delivered every step of the way. Rehearsal & Wedding Day: Because of Lindsay’s organization skills, our rehearsal flowed so smoothly! I’ve been a bridesmaid in several weddings where coordination during this time lacked communication, clarity, and direction, but this was not the case with Lindsay. She showed up with directions and executed everything we planned. My entire wedding party complimented her on how easy it was to follow her directions. Finally, our entire wedding day was absolutely stress-free and a dream come true. My now husband and I agree that it was even better than we could have imagined. Lindsay handled many background items I wasn’t even aware of until after wedding day. She exceeded my expectations on her execution of all the items and tasks we had agreed upon. She went above and beyond on so many levels. She is simply the BEST, and choosing Lindsay would not be a mistake for your big day. We can't thank her enough.

Lindsay was absolutely incredible. We had a few hiccups the night of the rehearsal and she completely fixed them and made sure the wedding day was perfect. She was the best investment we could have made. She kept the wedding day running so smoothly and kept the timeline on track. She not only was a planner but became a friend. Her bubbly personality was felt by all of our family. We love her and her fiancé, Manuel! You won’t regret your decision with Lindsay.
