One, making sure our family could enjoy the day and not have to do a thing and two, ceremony/cocktail hour/reception flow was organized and on-time. We’re now a couple of weeks post-wedding and our hearts are still overflowing with so much gratitude and happy memories. Amanda made our wedding day seamless! She is incredibly organized, creative and played a integral role in making our vision come to life! We appreciated her constant communication in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding day. Being from out-of-state, she put our mind at ease knowing we had her in the Lake Tahoe area for any last minute communication with our vendors..most she had worked with prior to our wedding! Amanda was also was able to attend our final meeting with our venue when we couldn’t make it! She goes above and beyond for her couples and was an incredible asset to our team! She even provided a printed out schedule for me and all of the wedding party which was SO helpful to have on the actual wedding day. She made sure all additional vendors were on the same page so that everything went smoothly. Additionally, all of the decor was set up beautifully. Wedding planning is a stressful task, but Amanda made it very easy. Working with her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! budget! You helped wrangle a pretty serious opinionated group of moms and aunts without a bay of the eye. Your helped us pivot two days before from almost a fully outdoor wedding to an almost fully indoor wedding seamlessly. We gave you boxes of decorations with some scribbled notes and you made the venue just perfect! It was Fantastic! Zoe, I didn’t see you much because everything was so perfect, the only time we spoke was so I could THANK YOU at the end of the night! Loved it!

When the wedding finally arrived she handled everything with ease and left us to enjoy our daughters wedding. She was always available to handle any questions or concerns.
