Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events

essionalism. She was so involved every step of the way, making sure everything ran smoothly while still keeping the day fun and stress-free.  I had a ton of questions during our prep calls and we went thru each one in detail and I had a ton of them! She was extremely patient, had great recommendations and was excited for us - she really made an impression on us even before we met her in person. I remember after our first call with her, my husband turns to me and says “She’s great, glad you found her.” We got married at High Camp in Palisades and she went above and beyond from working closely with the vendors, helping with the tram logistics, and many more things that I don’t even know about because she took care of it.  We feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Without a doubt, we would choose her again and again and recommend her to anyone.

se, thoughtful feedback, and creative ideas that helped us shape and bring our wedding vision to life in a way that felt personal and intentional. What began as “We were thinking…” quickly turned into “Let’s do it.” An idea became “Let’s make it happen.” And in those worried moments of “Are we getting carried away?” we were met with encouragement, enthusiasm, and a reminder to make our day truly ours. Our day-of coordinator, Diana, was cheerful, enthusiastic, and incredibly supportive. In our pre-wedding meetings, she was collaborative, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding our hopes for the day. Her assistant, Haley, added another wonderful touch — thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely kind throughout. With the added support of Cate, who was also part of the Enchanted Events team and served as our florist, everything felt cohesive and intentional. Together, they unpacked, set up, and beautifully arranged every wine glass, candlestick holder, picture, and rug we had gathered over the year — doing it effortlessly and with such care. The ceremony space, tablescapes, and every little decor detail throughout the room were stunning — everything we had hoped for and more after a year of thoughtfully gathering pieces and only being able to imagine how they’d come together. Seeing it all in person was breathtaking, and knowing how much work it took to make that vision come to life so smoothly will always leave me overwhelmed with gratitude for the Enchanted Events team. On the wedding day itself, they executed everything with such calm efficiency that if anything went wrong, I never knew — and that is saying a lot. They stayed steps ahead, handled transitions smoothly, and did it all with a steady, reassuring presence that allowed us to relax and stay fully present. Their positive energy helped everything feel organized, manageable, and truly enjoyable. In the end, the day felt entirely ours — and we are sincerely grateful to Enchanted Events for helping make that possible.

ing process and our vision for our special day, we are SO happy we went with Amanda and her team. They kept us on track and guided us through bringing our vision to life. I felt comfortable emailing and texting questions to them and they always responded in a timely manner. Amanda hopped onto video calls with other venders to make sure everyone had all the information and tools for a seamless day! They were there to set up day of and put all our decorations away at the end of the night, so my husband and I could enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing! I can't thank Amanda and this team enough. And we got so many "this has been the best wedding we've ever been to" from family and friends - and again we have Amanda and her team to thank for that!

hat we thought we wanted and turn it into a beautiful fall wedding. She was there every step of the way, from creating beautiful designs to suggesting the best local vendors as we are not local to the Tahoe area, and then dealing with every new request from us. She was very hands on with our venue, Edgewood Resort, especially during the unexpected construction. Then when it was finally wedding day, a very anxious bride, spent the whole day relaxed and the happiest she's even been, all because Amanda and her team handled all of the logistics flawlessly. She was even prepared with a massive supply of safety pins when my bustle broke mid-evening and secured me in place so I could enjoy the rest of the night on the dance floor. The wedding was a huge success and we've gotten so many compliments and it's truly all thanks to Enchanted Events. Highly recommend hiring them if you want a beautiful and flawless wedding.

odge, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Amanda's professionalism and passion were evident. The partial-planning package was perfect for us; it gave us the right balance being hands-on while having Amanda's expertise to guide us through the more complex aspects. The design add-on was truly where Amanda's magic shone. She took our initial ideas (and disorganized Pinterest boards) and transformed the already incredible venue into a breathtakingly beautiful space that was even better than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she flawlessly executed every element we discussed. Throughout the entire process, Amanda was responsive, organized, and a calming presence. She handled every logistical detail and vendor communication with ease, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our day without any stress. Looking back on the experience there isn’t a single thing we would change, we loved every moment. Having Amanda and her assistant Cate by our side at Heavenly made the entire experience seamless. Thank you, Amanda, for making our dream wedding a reality!

decor elements. She helped narrow down design choices based on our tastes so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. There were multiple times throughout the process where I would overthink one thing or another and Amanda would make time to have a phone call with me that day and help ease any stress. She was instrumental in helping us stay organized and ensure we weren’t forgetting anything. On the day of the wedding, Amanda knew every single detail about our wedding because she had been with us through each decision and I could focus on getting ready with my friends and family and spending time with my new husband after the ceremony. I highly recommend hiring a wedding planner if you are looking for a stress free experience!

!

ndations helped us stay within budget and on track. She kept me organized and calm, making the whole experience much less stressful. On the wedding day, her team truly brought my vision to life! Despite some exciting mountain weather, her team remained flexible and handled everything flawlessly. Behind the scenes, they worked their magic to ensure the entire event felt seamless for our guests.

pecial day, Amanda was there to answer every question I had and to remind me of deadlines and always made me feel like I was a priority. Hiring her team for my special day was the best decision I made because I (the bride) was able to just show up to my wedding and it felt like I was a guest but in the best way possible. Many people came up to me and said “you are the most calm bride I have ever seen” and I owe most of that to Amanda and her team!! I am a perfectionist and control freak but I completely let go and i’m glad I did because they executed my vision better than I did!! Throughout the day Amanda and her assistant (I’m bad with names and forgot her name but she was amazing!!) constantly checked in with me and my now husband to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves and were never without a drink. One of my favorite moments of my wedding was doing a group picture on the dance floor, this was Amanda’s idea and I wouldn’t have it any other way because now I have one photo of who was there that I will cherish forever. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events enough. If you are thinking about hiring them for your special day, don’t hesitate, you will not regret it!!

oordinating with vendors. We booked Amanda for a partial package but she definitely over delivered!! Everything on wedding day was perfect and it took all the stress off of us on wedding day. We had confidence that all decor was going to be executed perfectly. On wedding day, Amanda was a pro - setting up everything perfectly, ensuring vendor arrival went smoothly, ensuring me and my husband had food and drinks, and ensuring everything was on track time wise. We would HIGHLY recommend using Amanda and Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for your wedding! She was also very organized, and was very flexible when any plans with our venue changed. We could not have done it without her :)

for us. To get married at Valhalla in South Lake Tahoe you have to outsource all your vendors. She was so helpful in keeping everything in line and answering all of our questions. Diana made the day run so smoothly and it was the wedding of our dreams. If you need a coordinator you have to book Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events!

them enough for wedding planning! From our first interaction via email then a Facetime call with the couple, it was clear that Amanda was incredibly organized, detail-oriented and so passionate about her work! Her ability to coordinate everything seamlessly made the day flow perfectly, allowing Abby and Mitch to truly enjoy their special moments without any stress :) She communicated clearly with all the vendors ensuring everyone was on the same page and made me feel like as though we've already worked together multiple times! Not only did her and her team create a beautiful atmosphere indoors and outdoors, but her calm, friendly and fun demeanor also helped keep spirits high throughout the day! It was a joy to capture the magic her team orchestrated! If you're looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond, Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events is the one to choose! I hope we have the chance to work together on another wedding in the future! :)

rience working weddings at Valhalla (including having her own wedding there) and that really showed on our wedding day. Between setting things up, keeping things on schedule, and putting out “fires”, we were impressed with her and her assistant’s execution to help our wedding run smoothly.

ir website and Instagram page, we knew Amanda and her team would be a great fit to make our Alphine chic wedding vision come to life. What also drew us to selecting Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events, was seeing that Amanda had experience with and enthusiasm for working with fur babies/dogs. From our very first meeting, Amanda impressed us with her infectious excitement, specialized knowledge, and unmatched organizational skills. She truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail of your special day was nothing short of perfection and she was our #1 advocate when meeting with other vendors. Amanda effortlessly guided us through every step of the planning process, providing invaluable advice, recommendations, and problem-solving skills that saved us from countless headaches. What really stood out was Amanda and team’s service on our wedding day. We really felt like Amanda was a guardian angel watching over us. She orchestrated everything with remarkable precision, ensuring that each vendor, decoration, and timeline was executed flawlessly. Notably, as a Tahoe native, Amanda had the specialized knowledge needed to make our event a success. The wedding day started off pretty windy, but my husband and I were determined to keep our reception outdoors. Somehow, Amanda was able to make it all happen and found a way to utilize all our décor using her immaculate problem-solving skills. Her creativity and attention to detail was truly astonishing and made us feel at ease knowing that everything would be taken care of flawlessly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of getting married. Our favorite part of the day was the ceremony, which Amanda organized and executed perfectly. Her team also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards to ensure the venue did not charge us for leaving décor or rose petals behind. We also really loved taking sunset photos, which we almost decided to skip after living in the moment a little too much with guests. Thankfully, Amanda was there to talk some sense into us because we would have had major regrets if we did not stick with our plan to take sunset photos with our dog. These ended up being our best photos from the day! Because of Amanda and her team, we were really able to live in the moment without a care on our special day. After dancing the night away and celebrating late with friends, we were so relieved when we woke up in the morning to be surrounded by the sentimental items and decor that had adorned our wedding. Amanda made sure to carefully arrange and place each item with so much care, making our room feel like a sanctuary of cherished memories. Somehow everything made it back to our room and nothing was lost. To me, this was what was the most impressive part of working with Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events. Not only is Amanda exceedingly professional, she also has an incredible sense of humor and a warm, friendly approach that instantly put us at ease. It really felt like we became instant friends, and we loved having her by our side throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events enough. Amanda is not just a wedding coordinator/planner but also a trusted friend who will enrich your wedding planning journey with her infectious positivity, unrivaled expertise, and ability to turn your dreams into reality. If you want a stress-free, unforgettable wedding experience, entrust Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events with your special day. Amanda is a true gem in the wedding industry, and we are forever grateful for the joyful memories she helped create.

I highly recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events to help plan the wedding of your dreams! I can’t thank them enough!

free as possible come wedding time and booking the full-service planning helped us do just that. She helped us providing suggestions and tips for booking our vendors, and even helped us with the big crisis and heartbreak of our 1st venue essentially cancelling on us. She immediately jumped into action and helped us find an even more beautiful venue (Edgewood Tahoe) that was available on our date, and then took my vision and all my pinterest pins, put them all together and helped communicate with our vendors to conjure up our dream wedding come to life. On the day of, she and her team helped with set up and break down, and my husband and I and our wedding party all had a great time without worrying about anything else. Overall highly recommend!

instead of focusing on all of the little details. Everything was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Amanda, Desiree, and Ella were so competent and easy to work with. We are so grateful to Enchanted Events for their help on our big day!

hat uniquely mattered to us, knowledgeable about many vendors in the Tahoe area, and kind/had a positive attitude but assertive to vendors when warranted. We always felt Amanda was looking out for us especially during vendor meetings. Our venue was difficult to work with at times and Amanda always stepped in / followed up with the venue to ensure we were getting answers and making progress. We chose the wedding coordination package and the google document templates she provided were super helpful to stay organized on all the details. Would highly recommend her!

After watching another wedding coordinator do everything at a wedding I attended, I realized I might benefit from some help. Once we hired renotahoeenchantedevents, Amanda took all of my plans for the wedding and helped me organize all my ideas/crafts into a google doc. She met with us multiple times over Zoom to help organize my ideas and embraced my crazy ideas too. Since I DIY most of the details, her team was able to set up the venue with all the details and even added a little of their own touch to make it perfect. All my vendors complimented me on how organized the day was, and that was all thanks to renotahoeenchanted events. I was even complimented on how calm I was during the day, and that was also thanks to Amanda and her team being so on top of it that I didn’t worry about a thing and was able to enjoy my day. So go hire Amanda and her team right now! Even if you think you got it handled, trust me, Amanda and her team will make it even better.

classic style and whimsy. Amanda was available, helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive from our first meeting through our dream wedding day! We live out of town, but Amanda had everything well in hand, coordinating with our vendors on our behalf as needed. At the rehearsal, Amanda had detailed day of schedules for everyone, which were a big help to the wedding party and family members. The schedule even allowed for unforgettable private moments between the bride and her mother just before the ceremony and the bride and groom right after the ceremony. Amanda made us a promise at our first meeting that we would be able to enjoy our wedding day without having to lift a finger and she was right! Thank you, Amanda!

other state. She's so nice, organized, and collaborative. She kept me up to date every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Amanda and Des were incredible setting up and coordinating the day of - the sweetest people! Everything was taken care of while we were able to enjoy the day, and it truly wouldn't have been the same experience without them. We had lots of compliments from our friends and family. Thank you both so much for being a part of our special day!

ated to our remote and rustic venue leading up to our wedding. When it came time for our wedding weekend, Amanda and Ella stepped in and made sure everything was 10 times better than we ever dreamed it to be. They coordinated our bbq welcome party Friday night as well as our wedding on Saturday. We initially thought we could handle the welcome party ourselves, but in hindsight are SO GLAD Amanda and Ella were there to make it all go smoothly. If you’re getting married in the Tahoe area, would 10 out of 10 recommend Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events!

-of details and allowed us to just enjoy the day. We are so glad to have worked with her!

dor meetings, knew the right questions to ask (questions my husband and I never would have thought of!), and worked tirelessly on the day of the event to ensure it went off without a hitch! Having gotten married there herself, Amanda is very knowledgeable about events at Valhalla and is a particularly great choice for couples looking to get married at Valhalla too! 10/10 would work with Enchanted Events again!

ion to life. She worked so hard to make sure every detail was taken care of, and working with her and her team was great. Our wedding day came together seamlessly, and even better than we could have imagined. Everything was PERFECT!

onded to emails so quickly & helped with all the communication with our vendors. She was even able to go to the venue for us to help since we had moved abroad a few months before the big day! We felt she went above & beyond what we had even expected out of a planner. If anything went wrong on wedding day we had no idea thanks to her & her team. We loved how she was so on top of it with timing as well during the day & was always there to tell us where we were needed next. We had the best day we could have asked for and we couldn’t recommend them more!

the event after so much work and planning, and did it all at an affordable price to boot. Definitely recommend!

the beginning stages of wedding planning, we thought we could do it all. A few months out, two wishes became incredibly important to us. One, making sure our family could enjoy the day and not have to do a thing and two, ceremony/cocktail hour/reception flow was organized and on-time. Our two wishes were granted and made perfect with the help of Amanda & her team @ Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events! We’re now a couple of weeks post-wedding and our hearts are still overflowing with so much gratitude and happy memories. Amanda made our wedding day seamless! She is incredibly organized, creative and played a integral role in making our vision come to life! We appreciated her constant communication in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding day. Being from out-of-state, she put our mind at ease knowing we had her in the Lake Tahoe area for any last minute communication with our vendors..most she had worked with prior to our wedding! Amanda was also was able to attend our final meeting with our venue when we couldn’t make it! She goes above and beyond for her couples and was an incredible asset to our team! To the next bride or groom, trust us when we say, you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to work with Amanda! Rain, wind, sun & SNOW(!!), she showed up for us in every way & I’m confident she will do the same for you! Thank you, Amanda! You and your team are a part of our love story, forever!

y need we had and was always available for questions. She handled all of our requests with ease and paid attention to every small detail. She even provided a printed out schedule for me and all of the wedding party which was SO helpful to have on the actual wedding day. She made sure all additional vendors were on the same page so that everything went smoothly. Additionally, all of the decor was set up beautifully. Wedding planning is a stressful task, but Amanda made it very easy. Working with her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Thanks to her our rehearsal and wedding day turned out perfect!

on day one!! We modified our budget and cut back in other places in order to book her help, and it was the best decision we could have made. The second she was a part of our planning process a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I began enjoying the wedding process rather than stressing about it. She’s incredibly helpful, communicative, and organized. She streamlined the process of communicating with various vendors and got everyone on the same page. She had an effortless ways of offering helpful tips and suggestions while also understanding the vision we had. She made us feel so comfortable and we got to enjoy our wedding day without stress knowing she was there to take care of everything. We couldn’t be more grateful or recommend her more!!

florist last minute who was beyond our expectations and well in budget! You helped wrangle a pretty serious opinionated group of moms and aunts without a bay of the eye. Your helped us pivot two days before from almost a fully outdoor wedding to an almost fully indoor wedding seamlessly. We gave you boxes of decorations with some scribbled notes and you made the venue just perfect! It was Fantastic! Zoe, I didn’t see you much because everything was so perfect, the only time we spoke was so I could THANK YOU at the end of the night! Loved it!

recommend!!!

r with two weeks left before the wedding. We reached out to Amanda and explained our circumstances and she jumped in without hesitation and handled the wedding arrangements and vendors without a hitch. She was very informative and gave excellent advice. When the wedding finally arrived she handled everything with ease and left us to enjoy our daughters wedding. She was always available to handle any questions or concerns. Thank you Amanda the wedding was beautiful and we couldn't have it with out you.
