n the day of the wedding Michelle was extremely difficult to work with, refused to do many things she agreed upon prior, and was very unpleasant. Having worked in customer service for many years I can see that she lacks many qualities necessary to work with brides. We were very disappointed please don’t make the same mistake we did! She even broke some of the center pieces and didn’t even apologize or seem to care.
