From the first idea to the last dance let us help plan your event with the use of our interactive design studio, site evaluations, and 3-D CAD software services.
With one of the largest rental inventories in Virginia we host all items from Chiavari chairs and signature lighting to specialty linens, china, and large scale tenting. Rent-E-Quip is also proud to be the exclusive provider of Aurora Sailcloth tents all throughout central Virginia.

Warren, Adam and David were all so responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and allowing me to come down to their show room to mix and match different items to see what I liked best for the big day. We rented everything from a clear top tent (rain plan at our venue), bistro style lighting, velvet table linens, black folding chairs, plates, forks and knives that fit our theme/color scheme, to modern-chip champagne flutes for just us. These details really brought our vision to life and the quality of their products is top notch as is their customer service. I can't say enough good things about their organization and customer-service orientation. They were completely, 100% dependable and so very professional. I was particularly grateful for how well they interacted with the other vendors, including our wedding coordinator, the venue staff, the caterer and lighting specialists.
