Rental Setups is a premium event rental and production company serving Orlando and Central Florida. We create turnkey setups for weddings, receptions, and celebrations, bringing the style, the setup, and the experience so you can enjoy your day instead of coordinating a dozen vendors. Our premium inventory includes Chiavari chairs, RGB LED dance floors, hedge wall backdrops, modern lounge collections, mobile bars, full tabletop and glassware settings, and production-grade lighting. For couples and planners who want more, we also offer DMX intelligent lighting, LED walls, staging, and trussing, available a la carte or as a full custom production build. We love partnering with wedding planners and venues to bring a decor vision to life. Whether you already have a fully designed concept or just an idea to build from, we collaborate to execute it seamlessly and beautifully. Though newly based in Orlando, we bring five years of event experience, having run events for four years at a venue in California before establishing locally. We are owner-led and locally focused, not a national brand pretending to be local. From private estates in Windermere to celebrations across Central Florida, we treat every event like it is our own.
