Republic Biergarten and Kitchen

Hello, my name is Matt, and I am the events planner. Republic Biergarten is a full-service restaurant and bar located in the heart of downtown Columbia, SC's Vista District. We have a beautifully renovated 2200 square foot covered patio and bar that has State House views which is perfect for rehearsal and engagement dinners. Our patio is available for private rentals and we can supply catering or you may use an outside caterer. The inside portion of the restaurant is 5500 square feet; it is where the kitchen and restrooms are located. The inside is also available for rentals and will accommodate up to 200. Private Patio Rental: you and your guest will have exclusive use of our 2200 square-foot patio. A buffet station will include tea and soda (non-alcoholic drinks) and heavy food for up to TBD guests, served throughout the times of TBD. We will supply plates, glassware, napkins, and utensils. Food service stations sides to include two items of your choice. Tater tot station with cheese sauce, pico, sour cream, and bacon bits Soft pretzel bites with cheese and mustard Veggie Spring rolls with Korean BBQ sauce. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls Chicken and cashew spring rolls Blue cheese stuffed dates Parmesan truffle curly fries with white garlic dipping sauce Exotic grains salad Edamame salad Food service station mains to include your choice of three items Buffalo shrimp tacos BBQ cocktail meatballs Cheeseburger sliders Crab cake slider with creole remoulade Breaded chicken tenders with dipping sauces Naan white garlic goat cheese, tomato, and spinach flatbreads Carolina Pulled pork sliders topped with slaw and fried pickle Chicken lemongrass pot stickers Nashville hot chicken bites. Pulled beef short ribs with orange glaze. Chicken satay Bacon wrapped scallops DESSERT INCLUDED: Choose from freshly baked cookie assortment or mini cakes and cheesecakes Alcoholic Beverages: we offer tabs, a cash bar, and drink tickets for purchase.
