I was referred by a friend to this company for my daughter's wedding, so we hired couple shuttle buses to transport our guests from the hotel to the venue in Leesburg and a limousi...
ne for the wedding party, our limo driver "Mike Stew" was very helpful and was doing his job right professionally. I hope Reston Coach can give him extra bonuses for his excellent work. I'm very certain that most in not of his clients are very happy for with his politeness & professionalism. Our guests also mentioned the shuttle drivers ( Johnson & Fonzo ) went extra miles for guests and made few extra stops and shuttle runs even after their working schedules were up. The entire guests were delighted with the services and they would too be a new customer when they need transportation services. I already reported our great experiences with Reston Coach managers. They even offered us an extra free airport ride when needed. I truly appreciate Sarah for making our wedding memorable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….we used Reston Coach for my daughter’s wedding last Saturday. Small bus to go back and forth from a downtown hotel to a park 1.5 miles away for pictures. 2...
0 people, hired them from 2 - 4pm, $1000 for a 10 minute drive. Driver was clearly not fully cognizant.
Managed to get us to the park with the best man giving him the directions, dropped us off and promptly disappeared. We finished the pictures at 4pm as scheduled …no driver. Tracked him down (through our wedding planner’s intervention) and he left the wedding party standing on the sidewalk for 45 minutes. Finally showed up at 4:45 (again, seemed pretty stoned) making the entire wedding at the hotel 30 minutes late.
Unbelievably bad. Almost ruined the entire day.

ate events. Recently we hired one of their new 40 seater bus for my brother's wedding ,, the manager Sarah always been very straight forward, no hidden fees, no funny business. The driver Jimmy was awesome, he's experience polite, professional driver. Reston Coach delivered whole lot more than we expected. I highly recommend this company.
A vendor best to avoid. The customer service is snarky and not helpful. The prices they post are inaccurate as they add on all sorts of unmentioned fees. They also refuse to provid...
