Restoration Oaks Ranch

This venue is EVERYTHING you need and more for your big day. Look no further truly. I cant believe I came across this hidden gem and wasted time looking at other venues before it. Not only was this venue absolutely gorgeous, it has everything you need, and the team behind the venue is FANTASTIC. Im so glad I came across this place because I had the best weekend of my entire life truly in part because of this incredibly beautiful spot but also because of the absolutely lovely people managing it. Not only were they on top of everything, but they were so helpful in making sure the day came together perfectly. Thank you Shay and Tammy for making my big day so special!!!

When we arrived at restoration oaks ranch the night before our wedding we entered our bedroom to find the comforter in a heap on the floor and no sheets on the bed (pictured). My fiancé and I reached out to the venue manager but did not get sheets for the bed until the next day (we slept on blankets we had brought from home). The house had obviously not been inspected prior to our arrival and dust was found to be visible on the counter tops. Myself and a number of guests noted that it was difficult to breathe inside the house due to the amount of dust in the air. After the wedding the venue coordinator withheld our cleaning deposit despite there being a $250 cleaning fee. No acknowledgement was made of the houses condition upon arrival despite being informed of this issue over phone & email. Not exactly the romantic reception imagined for the arrival at your wedding location!

Restoration Oaks Ranch is the biggest hidden gem in all of the Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez area. We had our wedding here in September 2021, and it was one of the best and most beautiful experiences you could ever dream. Picturesque Golden Hills, and the Oak tree is just stunning. Great for photography if you want a picture perfect wedding. On top of it all, you and your entire family can stay there at the venue. It provided us the ability to set up exactly what we wanted in both the reception and ceremony, without compromising on having a beautiful picture perfect wedding. Our guess list included some people that have seen just about everything, and everybody raves about this place asking when they can come back again. We are hoping to do more events in the future, because quite frankly you’re not gonna get any better than this!

Our fairytale wedding dream come true. Shay and Ed took us in from day one and came up to the ranch several times, as we are from LA to take care of all of our concerns and show our family around. Truly, the best experience of our lives and we have the ranch to thank forever. Staying over the weekend was an experience we will treasure always. Enough space for family to come and stay, and help put together our magical wedding underneath the majestic oak tree. Close enough for other guests to come and enjoy Santa ynez area.
