Out of the 5 stars I could give this company, I will give it a 1. Why? Because I cannot give it a Zero. Their 3-stall trailer contained 2 stalls for women and 1 for men. When it was delivered for my daughter’s wedding, it was this version with only 2 stalls working. We called for service, and after a couple of hours, when the servicemen came to the area, they returned to fix the left-hand stall (which had flooded). While waiting for the repair, our guests were only able to use two of the stalls. We should have ordered the 2-stall trailer in the first place, and not be charged for the 3. The wedding coordinator left messages as well as I (the one paying for it). I have not heard back from them in over 2 months. By seeking a refund of 1/3 the total cost, we believe a good-faith reimbursement would suffice – and make us go away and not say anything bad about this company. Now that it is two months since the wedding, I can no longer stand by and allow mistreatment from this unreliable company. I will say bad things. I will write reviews in every social media outlet I can find. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. You think I’m joking just try me! Don’t rent from them! Don’t even try and tell me they stand by their products and services. I was at this wedding, and the floor to the left-hand stall was flooded. No one could go in there. Shoes and dresses would have been ruined. I’ll repeat – go someplace else! You don’t want these at your event. Not even the smaller ones.
