Ramu is a fantastic DJ. My fiancé and I got married in November 2024, and couldn’t have been more pleased with his services. Wedding planning was very stressful for us, but Ramu made the DJ portion of that seamless. He is extremely transparent and reliable. From our initial touch point to the last song of the wedding, our experience with Ramu was 10/10. He got everyone on the dance floor and kept them there. Most of my friends and family members said that was the most they’ve ever danced at a wedding. Our guests were begging for our wedding play list. Ramu is a really stand up person, and if you recently got engaged and need a DJ, he’s your guy!

DJ Imho was an absolute pleasure to work with. He brought so much great energy to our wedding back in September and kept the dance floor packed all night long! Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!! Ra-Mu was the easiest vendor to work with and was so responsive. We got married on 10/19/24 and he was our DJ at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley in Hampton, CT. He is reasonably priced, personable, timely, and kept our dance floor packed all night! When we were looking for DJs one thing that stood out about Ra-Mu was that he posted his weddings all over his Instagram page so we could really get a feel for how he would run the reception. I didn't find one other DJ that did this and it was really impressive. He met with us face to face a few weeks before the wedding to introduce himself to us and go over details and kept in contact leading up to the day. We also booked the mirror photobooth through him and it was an absolute hit all night. His assistants who helped out were also friendly and helpful. You won't go wrong if you book Ra-Mu and the Crew for your wedding day!

Ra-Mu was great! From our initial conversation to the day of our wedding, he did an excellent job. His song selection was great! He handled mixing music between two cultures with ease. I knew I had to have Ra-Mu for our wedding! He has done other family weddings and at each wedding, he always managed to keep the dance floor packed at all times. He certainly did at ours! Ra-Mu listened to my husband’s and I requests and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He is truly a kind person, and is always professional. We are so thankful he was our DJ and we cannot recommend him enough!!

I cannot recommend Ra-mu and the crew enough!! He surpassed our expectations throughout the whole planning process, even driving two hours to come meet me and my husband in person to get to know us before our big day. Everyone was dancing the whole night - I was surprised by how many of our guests stayed until the very end (and requested an encore!) Ra-Mu and the crew made the best day of our lives even better!! We got married on September 29th, and on the 24th we had an in person meeting with Ra-Mu himself. This meant so much to us to meet him face to face, talk about who we are as a couple, what our goals are for the day, and for him to take the time to get to know us and ensure we received the best experience. The music was exactly what we wanted!! “Folky to party”. Throughout the night Ra-Mu checked in with us to make sure we were having fun and were happy with the experience. There is no one we would have rather had to provide music and entertainment on our wedding day. Book with them and you can guarantee that you and your guests will have the best party!

DJ Ramu and the crew was the absolute best! They provided music for my ceremony and all throughout the entire reception. Ramu took the time to meet me before the wedding in person to go through everything and everything was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better DJ. DJ Imho was such a pleasure to work with! The cost was way less than we expected, and even included on-site ceremony music. On top of that he made the planning process so easy by collecting all of the info about our night beforehand so there was no stress at all on the day. But beyond that, most importantly, he’s SO much fun! His energy is infectious, and he kept everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. DJ Imho was great and very easy to work with. We had a diverse group of attendees and with very little direction from us he was able to mix classic American wedding songs with hispanic music with flawless transitions. He was super accommodating with special requests and the dance floor was packed the entire night. We highly recommend this DJ! We would definitely suggest going with the photo booth, it was a hit with all ages and we got a personalized scrapbook at the end of the night.

Ramu and the Crew got everyone on the dance floor before even people finished their food — that’s how excited they were to dance to his music selections! Ramu took our Brazilian and Cape Verdean cultures into consideration and played a variety of everyone’s favorite tunes. We would’ve partied all night if we could — he even brought really fun lights for guests to dance with. He also took recommendations and it was such a pleasure seeing smiles on everyone’s face when they heard a song they didn’t expect to hear. Ramu is so accommodating and understanding, we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and emcee for our wedding night. I can’t wait to go to another wedding where he’s the DJ!! Wedding planning can be so stressful. Ra-Mu made the whole process not only fun but so smooth and easy. Not only that, but he did so at a reasonable price. Wow! Ra-Mu really stepped up to the challenge of DJ’ing our Hindu Christian fusion wedding. First step, the Baraat! Ra-Mu created a portable system so the Groom and friends could parade around the venue before the ceremony. Second, the surprise Sangeet! Ra-Mu graciously took the time to put together a mix requested by me (the Bride) so that I could choreograph a surprise dance for my now husband. Third - the reception! Ra-Mu did an excellent job fusing Bollywood/Punjabi favorites with Western classics and 2000s for our Millennial-heavy crowd. We received so many compliments on our choice of DJ from our guests. The mirror Photo Booth was also a hit! Additionally, Ra-Mu was a pleasure to work with and from what I can tell gives the most bang for your buck. We can’t recommend DJ Ramu enough! We attended a friends wedding and instantly knew we wanted to book him for our wedding. Best decision ever! The dance floor was packed the entire night and SO many of our guests raved about how great the music was. We filled out a form prior to the wedding of must play songs, as well as some do not play songs, and Ramu delivered! He was interactive with the audience and kept everyone engaged and made sure they were all having a good time. If it weren’t for Ramu, our wedding wouldn’t have been the party it was! We loved working with Ramu! He was a top notch professional throughout the whole process. We first met Ramu and his crew at a friend's wedding in 2019. We were so impressed with him that we decided that night that he would also DJ our wedding when the time came. Hiring Ramu was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding! The dance floor was THE most important thing we wanted to get right that night and boy did Ramu deliver! His professionalism, attention to detail, and enthusiasm is for his craft is truly amazing. We were very particular with music for our wedding, Ramu came through on every request I made - playing classics, 2000s Hip Hop and R&B, and also mixing in current popular songs we hear on the radio today. We absolutely loved having Ra-mu DJ our wedding. He was extremely professional when working on the contract and was willing to even meet in person when it was closer to the date to make sure everything was correct. He was great at making quick adjustments when we had some changes even on the wedding day. He kept our dance floor going even when the crowd started to dwindle with great sound mixes and prompts to get people back on the dance floor. We can’t say enough about Ramu and the Crew. The professionalism is unmatched. He drove distances to meet us before and to the venue on the day of. Showed up hours early to make sure everything was meticulous. And of course the night of the ceremony he threw us an incredible party. From the seem less details with all the formalities of weddings all the way through the dance party and beyond. Not to mention we thought he was very affordable for what we got from him. That’s very important these days. We didn’t even realize he had his own videographer capturing all the moments that we were living which was a nice touch to see later especially when you’re caught up in the whirlwind of the day. Incredible DJ, had everyone dancing the whole night!

Ra-Mu is the best! My wife and I got married last month and we can not say enough great things about Ra-Mu and his crew. He was so kind and easy to work with. He responded to all questions (and we had a lot) in a quick manner. All of our guests loved his music, lighting, and glow sticks, and no one wanted to leave the dance floor. This is also without mentioning he was very reasonably priced and I can say that we got way more than our moneys worth. Highly recommend Ra-Mu!!!!

Ra-Mu was super professional. He drove 1.5 hours just to meet us in person a month before our wedding. Everything from the ceremony to reception was great. The dance floor was packed all night. I would 100/10 recommend him & his team.

DJ Imho is fantastic. I'm serious there is no need to even click on another DJ's page. Lock him in now if he's available for your date. Booking a DJ was something my husband and I put off for a long time - truthfully we were overwhelmed by all the choices and had no idea how to select someone (especially since we are out of state) and we both get pretty annoyed when a DJ screams into the mic to rile up the crowd. DJ Imho has a great voice and doesn't scream into the mic haha, he's just someone who is meant to have a microphone because he's easy to listen to and is INCREDIBLY SKILLED at what he does. We laughed a little when he said he could get our crowd to dance...I've never seen them dance. One moment my husband and I will always remember is looking up from dinner at our sweetheart table to see EVERYONE out of their seats dancing. He's magic. We had people coming up to us at our wedding asking how we found our DJ and if he's local (these people were also from across the country and I suspect they also wanted to book him for an event lol!). He had my divorced parents up and dancing together on the dance floor at one point. What more can you say than that. He is an amazing and calming presence on your wedding day and he will make your event absolutely phenomenal. Check out his instagram, he posts so many videos of his couples that you will treasure (because it takes forever to get back anything from a videographer). One of our videos is titled dinner centerpiece giveaway, you can see how seamlessly he is able to open up the dance floor. I can tell that DJ Imho genuinely cares about the couples he works with. Look at how much love he gives each couple on his instagram and you'll be able to see that you're not just a number to him. The photobooth was also a great investment, it was super cool and he hung our light up sign for us. All I did was email asking him to do that like a month before and then I forgot to check back in about it closer to the date, but came out for my reception and saw that he had everything already set up the way I would have wanted it. He remembers what you tell him and just does it which is such a relief when you're trying to plan something with so many moving parts. He's an amazing person and DJ and we will surely be booking him again if we have other events in the area. We love you and you were a highlight of our wedding! Ashley & Ryan

Ramu & the Crew were professional and fun! Ramu took care with our timeline and helped curate various moods through our music selections to help differentiate dinner from the dance party. People had a blast on the dance floor and after dinner, hardly anyone was even at a seat. I randomly found Ramu on instagram then was able to meet him at a bridal expo in march of 2023. When we called to book for April 2024 he was already booked! Which is a great testament to his popularity and work. We were lucky to book with his brother Imho and he delivered a wonderful experience for our wedding day. Both the ceremony and the reception went smoothly with his guidance and expertise and the photo booth we booked was a huge hit as well. Highly recommend. Both gentleman were very professional and nice to work with.

"Where did you find this DJ?!" was a phrase I heard all night from most of my guests! Ramu was truly a vendor who went above and beyond. From an in person meeting, phone check ins and an overall great attitude, he was an instrumental part of our day. Being the type A person that I am, I also gave him a list of 20 or so preferred songs and he managed to play every single one, along with songs that matched the vibe of the night perfectly! Hire Ramu & the crew- you won't regret it!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! DJ Ra-Mu was fantastic to work with all throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Some particular highlights: - he adapted quickly after we had a last minute timing change for some of our ceremonial events. Somehow the catering staff and DJ had been given different orders of ceremonial events- my husband ran over to let him know about the change and DJ Ra-Mu quickly pivoted without the guests having any idea about the change. - he arranged things so that he was able to work both our ceremony and reception, which took place about 1.5 miles away from each other. Everything was set up ahead of time and (at least from the bride’s view) went off without a hitch! - he not only blended Arabic and Indian songs that each of our families requested, but also thought to play a popular hybrid Hindi/Arabic language song that accidentally got left off our request list - He saw that I accidentally rushed a little bit down the aisle and faded out the music at the perfect time - we got compliments all night long about his music selection. We just gave him a short list of songs that we’d like played at different times (e.g. before the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, etc.) and he took it from there. We trusted him completely and he did not disappoint- we got compliments the whole night about the music selections. Hiring DJ Ra-Mu was probably the best decision I made all throughout the wedding planning process!

Going with Ra-Mu was a very easy choice for us as we saw him DJ'ing our friend's wedding in 2021. We got to hear firsthand how he works the mic, his energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and so much more. One thing we really liked seeing at our friend's wedding was Ra-Mu playing specific cultural based songs for the two different families. Although that didn't apply to us, showing that type of care and attention to detail really stood out to us. From the moment we first reached out to him, his communication was impeccable all the way through to the day of. Ra-Mu and the Crew also provided us with a photo booth and photo guest book which were a big hit at our wedding. Everyone had so much fun taking photos and his crew was also very professional. And of course, one of the more important parts of the night, the music selection. Ra-Mu did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Figuring out the ceremony music was one of the more difficult decisions throughout all the planning for us but once we did decide, Ra-Mu truly brought our vision to life and it was truly beautiful. I was able to send him a link to a YouTube video with piano version of the song that I wanted to walk down the aisle to but it involved him cutting certain parts out and blending it with "Canon in D" and the final result was exactly what I was imagining. For the reception, we had the opportunity of providing a wish list for a handful of songs as well as a do not play list, and we provided general decades/genres and other typical songs played at weddings and he nailed it. A lot of our guests have told us "Your DJ was so much fun!", "He played excellent music and had great transitions between songs", "Your DJ was amazing, everyone was up dancing all night long!" and so much more. He continues the work after the wedding as well as throughout the next couple of days he posts multiple Instagram videos of the day/night. It was so wonderful to relive the night through these videos and so many of our guests have said how much they enjoyed seeing these videos as well! DJ Ra-Mu was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive, answering questions or addressing concerns within minutes of being contacted, and organized. He was a true professional with lots of experience who was able to make the planning process easy. We put together Spotify playlists to give Ra-Mu the idea of music we want played and he was able to get everyone on the dance floor with that inspiration. We got lots of compliments on how great the music was from our guests!

When you hire Ramu and the Crew, you are hiring THE BEST! He honored all of our requests, set the perfect atmosphere before the ceremony, was on point during the ceremony, got everyone on the dance and kept everyone on the dance floor. You could say those are qualities of a good DJ. What makes Ramu and the Crew ahead of the game is they are personable. Working with them felt like working with family, effortless and a joy. And they know how to really entertain a crowd. We gave them a prompt for a vibe for dinner and the reception, and they DELIVERED. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ramu was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ! He kept the party going all night with the vibes we wanted.
