About this vendor
Retro Foto is a wedding photo booth company based in Sonoma County. Lola, our vintage 1970 Volkswagen bus, has been lovingly restored and redesigned into mobile photo booth for your event.
Retro Foto goes above and beyond to take your wedding photo booth experience to the next level. In addition to Lola, we have other unique additions for your wedding or event:
British Phone Booth (Lennon): Our newest booth can be used in may ways! Lennon is such a fun way to store your audio guest book! We also have a selfie booth set-up so you can have a small and contained photo booth at your event.
Audio Guest Books (Jolene & Dolly): This is incredibly unique option to capture messages from your loved ones. You will treasure these voicemails for decades to come! Listen via audio files, or upgrade to a vinyl record. Add an audio guest book to your photo booth rental, or book by itself.
Open Air Photo Booth (Woodstock): Our Open Air Photo Booth, is a more flexible and less expensive option than our photo bus. This charming booth still has that retro flair. A great choice for indoor venues.
Decor Add-On Rentals - Vintage Peacock Chair and Disco Ball Rentals can be added to any booth to turn up the vibe.

Our wedding was June 28th in Sonoma and we were absolutely thrilled with the incredible service we received from Holly and Retro Foto for our wedding! From the very beginning, they...
were so easy to work with, communicative, and professional.
We rented the VW photo bus, telephone booth, and "Ringo" audio guestbook. The compliments we received throughout the night made it clear that our guests enjoyed the photo bus and audio guestbook as much as we did! The bus especially was a highlight. The night was spent bouncing between the dance floor and then back to the photo bus for so many fun pictures with our guests.
And as a side note - The customized license plate is such a fun piece of memorabilia from the day!
The day after the wedding was spent just reminiscing on all the best moments and it was SO fun that we had all the digital copies of everyone's photos to enjoy. Holly was so prompt with getting us the digital photo bus photos and the voice messages from the audio guestbook.
We couldn’t have found a better photo booth experience and we highly recommend Holly Henry and Retro Foto to any couple looking for someone they can trust to deliver excellence on their big day.
Thank you again for being a part of our special day! It was truly unforgettable!

g a backdrop to match our earth tone theme, a rental of disco balls to compliment our decorations, and a cutout of our cat so he can be with us at our wedding. She also carefully listened to what we like the printing layout to look like and the design was everything we hoped it to be. We had the Woodstock Open Air Photo Booth and we are definitely interested in trying their photo booth bus in the future!

e midst of a chaotic time. We also booked with under 8 weeks left to our wedding and she jumped right in to help get us taken care of. I cannot recommend retrophoto or Holly enough! Our guests loved the pictures and leaving us messages as our guest book. We also got a copy of all the pictures in the photobooth which were so fun to look at on our honeymoon.

I would highly recommend booking for your next event. Everyone, and I mean everyone from kids, teens, sober people, drunk people, young and old loves this photobooth!
Holly was absolutely amazing to work with and the Photo Booth was the biggest hit of the wedding! We decided to go with her Woodstock open air booth and it was so much fun.

nication with Holly was also great. She was quick to answer and everything went exceptionally smooth. My only regret is that we didn't have her longer since we decided on the booth being open from 5-9 not 6-10. People definitely wanted to snap pics once they were properly toasted at 9, but Holly stuck around until the line had died down.
Hands down the best money we spent on our wedding!

our wedding. After the 'beautiful bride', 'fabulous food' and 'funny toasts' comments, every other comment was about the FOTO booth!
Great for ALL ages - we had grandparents and young kids clamoring to get shots.
ADD on the phone messages - amazing way to 'capture the moment' of your wedding day.
Holly had the FINAL product ready within 2 days after the event.

& talented.
My husband and I hired Retro Foto for our spring wedding and we can both say that our photo bus experience exceeded both of our expectations. It was honestly something we are so thankful we did. Our guests all had so much fun with it too. The bus is so cute & clean. Holly has a wide range of props for you to use and choose from. We decided we were only going to offer different colors of heart glasses and we love how cute it came out in the photos!
At the end of the night we were also given all of the photo strips we were in throughout the night along with some really cute stickers - it was such a nice touch. Right when we got home on our wedding night we looked back at all of them. ❤️ Quickly following our wedding we were also sent the full gallery from the entire night - we will cherish these photos forever! It was so fun to see our guests all completely being themselves through the photo strips.
If you want to make your next event extra memorable book Retro Foto! You won’t regret it!

St Helena experienced an out of the ordinary wind storm and temperature drop just as our wedding started. My now mother in law borrowed the photo booth's faux fur coat to stay warm during her toast. Now thats service! 5 out of 5!

de for a excellent experience. There were many photos taken outside with the VW vintage bus as well because of its beautiful pristine condition. If you are looking for a memorable, fun, and something unique for your guests to experience, this is the perfect thing! If you’re wondering if you should book the bus, the answer is YES. You and your guests will love it. I promise.

t how cool Holly's VW bus was. Not only does it take amazing pictures with some of the best props, but it also does boomerangs. Most photobooths take awhile to receive any digital and hard copy images. Hers was the quickest I have ever experienced, right to my phone and printed out fast! This bus has been kept in pristine condition and Holly's ability to customize so much was a big selling point. Next is the service itself, WOW again. Holly was amazing and answered any and all of my questions promptly. Thank you so much Holly, for helping make my wedding so memorable.

just a few weeks before our big day, I was scrambling to find a replacement. I found Retro Foto and was so excited because my husband loves VW buses! Holly was super responsive from the get go and her enthusiasm made us so excited to have her be a part of our big day. The photobooth was a surprise to our guests and everyone had an absolute blast in the bus! The VW bus is in beautiful condition!
Holly was an amazing host throughout the night. Several of our guests commented on how sweet and fun Holly was. Holly made us custom photobooth strips and customized the props to our liking. I was so impressed with all that she did for us with such short notice. And the cherry on top... when we returned from our honeymoon we were surprised to find that she sent us a frame with 4 of our favorite photo strips. We would highly recommend Retro Foto to any of our friends!
