Reunion was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding reception! Valentina was a joy to work with throughout the planning, all the way to the actual event! She was detail oriented, organized and attentive yet had such a calm presence. The entire staff was top notch! They were friendly and accommodating . It was truly a flawless experience!
From beginning to end, the team at Reunion was a dream to work with. The event coordinator, Valentina, was always quick to get back to me when I had questions and she accommodated pretty much all of my requests without hesitation. She is very detailed and organized and honestly one of the most professional people I have ever worked with.
Being vegan, one of the most important things to me was having vegans options for the hors d'oeuvres and the buffet. When I visited for my food tasting, I wasn't really sure what to expect but Chef Thomas truly went above and beyond to provide me with different vegan options. In a region where veganism is not very popular, this made me feel so appreciated. I actually cried when we left the tasting because of how incredible the hospitality was. On wedding day, the food was even BETTER than I remember and it was a hit with everyone.
The rest of the event staff were also absolutely lovely to be around. I remember when I first got to our reception and ran into one of the wait staff, Jeremy, and he actually remembered me from the tasting which was so sweet! The whole night, every staff member I interacted with was so kind. That is a detail that really stuck out to me and made our reception feel extra special.
Our wedding day was a dream. There's nothing I would change about it. I can't thank Reunion enough for their hospitality and making sure our reception came together perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

With a Communications degree from The University of Alabama, Savannah believes that hospitality isn’t just what you do - it’s how you make people feel. Throughout her career, Savannah has worn many hats - from building her own wedding planning business, to managing an event venue, to owning and operating small businesses such as a restaurant, boutique hotel and women's clothing store. Her diverse background brings a unique blend of creativity, business experience, and attention to detail. Her reputation has been built on exceptional service, genuine relationships, and making sure every guest feels like a VIP.
