I emailed him my price range and the general idea of what I had in mind for the ring he responded the same day. We met less than a week later where Jordan presented me with numerous diamonds of varying cuts and sizes within my range. He went over the grading scale and how to properly inspect he diamond using the jewelers’ tools. He was also very patient while it took what was probably longer than usual for me to pick the diamond. At no point did Jordan ever try to get me to the top of my price range, in fact it ended up being in the bottom half of my price range! They custom made the ring and completed it 6 days before the given deadline! From start to finish the whole process took less than two weeks, some of the days in between steps were due to my availability. They even shipped it to Arizona (where I proposed) for me so I wouldn’t have to travel with it! The end product is nothing short of perfection and my fiancée can’t stop raving about it to me. Our family and friends are all very impressed as well and immediately ask where I got it. Now I know why my family has been using Reuven Gitter for years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else in the future either. My bands were a bit more work since I was customizing the size of the eternity bands and they turned out amazing! I’m very happy with the result of all three rings - highly recommend them!

itter, was nothing short of perfection. From start to finish Emily walked us through the process with exceptional transparency, information, and recommendation. She is equal parts professional, casual, and knowledgeable , and never radiated that conniving aura like other jewelers that we had met with. We started by giving Emily our price range to which she showed us the biggest the best color, and the best clarity we could get. She was very good at showing us stones that were in the “optimum well,” balancing various aspects of the “Cs.” With regard to the bands, she was able to take some pictures of what we were looking for and craft them into a design. On a second trip, she showed me the diamond we had chosen with respect to others close to it’s size. This gave me perspective of a “bad” diamond, and a “unicorn” diamond. These ranged in price from ½ of what our stone cost to over 3 times what our stone cost. This certainly reassured me that we were getting a very quality stone at a good value. Emily noted that ours had a (comparably) larger inclusion that was able to be covered by a prong, something I would have not thought of. As the CAD models were drawn up, I was able to show them to my fiance for her approval, and the final casting and setting were done magnificently. I, without reservation, recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
