We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant than Rev. Kathi Moon! She made every part of the planning process seamless and enjoyable, offering thoughtful guidance while embracing all our suggestions. Her openness and flexibility made it so easy to create a ceremony that was uniquely ours. My husband (hehe) is more spiritual and I was raised Catholic - Rev Kathi Moon did an incredible job helping us to find the balance of the perfect ceremony for us - poetic, romantic, joyful, concise and easy. Rev. Kathi has such a warm and joyful presence—it’s clear how much she loves what she does. On our wedding day, she brought a sense of calm that made the moment even more special. Rev Kathi was the best officiant my husband & I could have asked for. She met with us a few times throughout the process, not just to guide us through the wedding process but also got to know us. She was professional and prepared for both the rehearsal and day of. Although Rev Kathi was great throughout the entire process, her story-telling ability during our ceremony was phenomenal. We had several of our guests tell us how great she was and how much they enjoyed her ceremony. I strongly recommend booking Rev. Kathi!

We were very happy to have had Rev. Kathi officiate at our wedding. From our first conversation with her, it was clear that we had made a good choice of officiant! We felt that she took the time to get to know us, and then to craft a ceremony that was absolutely perfect for the occasion, which she delivered with a wonderful blend of emotion, dignity and humor. Dr. Kathi Moon officiated our small backyard wedding and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Her words for the ceremony were so beautiful and touching, and the perfect length. Everyone commented on those two points especially, it can be hard to get that right! She had great communication and met with us before hand to get to know us so that she could deliver the best experience. When she got to our house she had a warm presence and helped everyone stay calm and on task. We feel so blessed and grateful that we were able to find her, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant!

We got married on 9/2/23 and were only able to secure an officiant a few weeks before-hand. Kathi did an amazing job stepping up to the task. She worked with our crazy schedule (my husband travels a lot for work), and when some things fell through the cracks (my fault, those last couple weeks of planning get crazy!). Our ceremony was perfect, and we loved how personalized she was able to make it.

My husband and i enjoyed the time of planning with Kathi & the wording of the ceremony but when it came to the rehearsal and ceremony we were quite disappointed. During rehearsal, she was very rushy and not very kind to my wedding planner. she made our witnesses sign at rehearsal so she could be done quicker on the wedding day. on wedding day, during the ceremony, she kept pronouncing my name wrong. as soon as the ceremony was over, she came to us and said her goodbyes. i was very disappointed as we felt unimportant on our happiest day.

r pointing out things I could have done better. Since you did not hire a professional wedding planner I thought I would be facilitating your rehearsal. I did not realize that your aunt was in charge of your rehearsal and I am sorry for any friction over that. When I do facilitate a rehearsal I try to keep the wedding party focused and moving through rehearsal so they can have more time to enjoy the rehearsal dinner. I usually ask witnesses to sign the marriage license early so they are available for pictures or anything else the bride & groom need right after the ceremony on their big day. I apologize for mispronouncing your name. I feel very embarrassed about this and wish we could have cleared this up in one of our online meetings. When you said you and Nelson felt unimportant on your happiest day my heart just dropped. That is the last thing I want for you! It must have been sad for both of you and I am truly sorry. I will review my procedures and try to be more sensitive to individual needs from now on. Perhaps we can talk offline and find some way for me to make amends.

Rev. Kathi did a wonderful job officiating our wedding. She was proactive and responsive during our communication leading up to the wedding. She came to the ceremony early to get everything situated on her end. She handled the marriage license submission for us and made sure our witnesses signed it as well. Reverend Kathi was so pleasant to work with and we are so appreciative that she helped make our day so special for us. She always contacted us via FaceTime or Zoom prior to the wedding for check ins and updates which helped us feel more comfortable and familiar with her as the wedding approached. Reverend Moon did a fantastic job helping my fiancé and me plan for our wedding ceremony! She gave us plenty of options so we were able to create a ceremony that reflected who we both are as people. I had so many guests come up to us during the reception and tell us how beautiful and unique the ceremony was! From our first call, I knew I wanted her to officiate our wedding. Rev Kathi was thorough, kind and upfront about her offerings/services. She guided us through the whole process of what was expected of our ceremony and emailed us a very thorough step by step how everything will play out. My husband and I chose to write our own vows and Rev Kathi was so supportive and gave us great advice and insight. She makes sure that you are comfortable with everything and is open ears if we wanted to make changes. I would definitely recommend her!

Kathi was great to work with! After the first time meeting her, it was an easy decision on why we chose her. Her ceremony style is incredibly personal and unique. People can not stop saying that our wedding was "the most personal ceremony they have every been too", and we can't agree more! Kathi is great to work with was done, she made sure that we had all the information we as well. She answered all our questions, and once the wedding needed to get the marriage license and change everything over. We 100% recommend her as your officiant on your big day. The first time we met Rev. Kathi, we knew we wanted her to be a part of our wedding day. We were looking for someone who would make our ceremony feel personal and authentic to who we are as a couple. We were not disappointed! So many of our guests commented on how wonderful and memorable our ceremony was, especially our beautiful vows. Kathi made sure to get to know us individually and as a couple so that our personalities shined through our ceremony. We also took advantage of premarital counseling with Rev. Kathi, which was so, so helpful. During our sessions with her, we learned more about one another and gained new ways of communicating, which have already benefitted our relationship so much. Rev. Kathi was great! She was able to meet with us via face time since our wedding was out of state to make sure it was just what we pictured. She provided us with many options for the ceremony since we wanted to include our parents/families and children. She even created a new part to her script for our sand ceremony with the kids. She was on time and well prepared. She led us through the paperwork process so we did not have any additional stress. We couldn't have asked for a better person to preform our ceremony; all of the guest spoke very highly of her during the reception. She even was so kind to ask to see pictures after the wedding because she such a part of our big day.

Reverend Moon was warm, thoughtful, and really the perfect person to marry us on our Wedding Day. We are very happy we chose her as our minister. We wanted to be married by someone who was able to convey how special our day was to us, and she was able to pull that off. She includes many personal touches and has a very thorough script. From our very first meeting we knew Rev. Moon was meant to officiate our ceremony! The groom and I are Baptist and Catholic so we knew we wanted a religious ceremony, but not necessarily one denomination. Rev. Moon made our ceremony absolutely perfect! It was as if she had known us our entire lives. She gave us guidance and freedom all in one as we put together our ceremony and it described us better than we could have imagined. All of the guests loved her version of our love story, the personal touches about our families and our adorable dog, and the beauty of the wine box ceremony. Rev. Moon was so organized and prompt with answering emails which was important since we lived about an hour away and couldn't meet very often. Our wedding ceremony would not have been what it was if it wasn't for Rev. Moon!

We came to Rev. Kathi knowing very little about what we wanted in a wedding ceremony, and she guided us through the process of creating a ceremony that was truly ours with expertise and care. She was warm and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time collaborating with her, even when our wedding stress was at it's highest. I can't say enough about Rev. Kathi. We saw her officiate the wedding of a friend of ours, and knew (before we were even engaged!) that she had to officiate our wedding. She gives a ceremony like none other, and is totally willing to tailor the event to how you want it. Everyone at our friend's wedding and at our wedding was talking about what a unique, personal, and touching ceremony it was. My husband and I were saying the day after the wedding that we wish we could get married once a month just to hang out with her and hear her speak! Rev. Kathi did an absolutely amazing job! She was so helpful while planning the ceremony and really took the time to get to know us. This was really important and the ceremony really felt like it was made just for us!

I cannot say enough great things about Reverend Kathi Moon. Our experience with her was outstanding from beginning to end. She created a truly unique and intimate ceremony for us, which incorporated our personal love story that literally had our guests in awe. So many of our friends and family commented on how engaged they were during our ceremony and how unique and lovely it was. I highly recommend Reverend Moon. She is personable, makes you feel comfortable every step of the way and is a pleasure to work with!

Rev Kathi was so amazing! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to marry us. We also did her marriage classes and they were so worth it. My husband and I adore her and we have built as lasting relationship!

We chose Rev Kathi for our wedding because we wanted to have a personalized, non-religious ceremony which included 3 dogs. She met with us several times to help us create the perfect ceremony. She was open to our ideas and provided great ideas of her own. We had the perfect ceremony that was so reflective of us and received so many compliments on how the whole thing went, dogs and all!

We found Reverend Kathi on an online search for our non-denominational wedding. She put together the most beautiful ceremony for my husband and I. She was very much in our price range and very flexible with the wording we wanted to incorporate into our vows.

Kathi recently officiated my wedding, and I have to say she is a very nice person and one who genuinely wants to support your relationship. My main criticism was that I just wasn't a huge fan of her ceremony template that she provided. She did let me re-write a lot of it, but at the rehearsal, she did not read through any of it, so it was not practiced beforehand. I felt like there were some slip ups on the wedding day and I wish we had gone through it more beforehand so I could comment on loudness or make some more revisions so things would flow better after you hear it out loud. She did however do a great job getting our marriage license paperwork all turned in and she was very prompt on coming to the wedding and rehearsal. Overall, she is very well organized, nice, and prompt but if you are picky about the wording then you might be doing a lot of edits on your own.

when I did your ceremony. I don't think I ever told you this, but because of what you said here I stopped using a wedding template. Instead I started creating and offering many more personal wedding pieces for couple's to choose from and do custom crafting in almost every ceremony. Wishing you happiness and health always!
