From there, she sent us a draft of the ceremony, giving us the opportunity to make any edits or suggestions before finalizing it. Since we’re not religious, we wanted our ceremony to focus on the community aspect of marriage and be centered around the friends and family who have shaped us throughout our lives. Mary captured that vision perfectly. After the ceremony, so many of our friends and family commented on how beautiful and personal it felt. Our day would not have been the same without her!

From the moment we met her, we knew she was the officiant for us. She was instantly warm and welcoming, and took the time to learn about who we were as individuals and as a couple. Her ceremony script captured our relationship from the get-go, and she was patient and thoughtful in incorporating our suggestions and edits. We liked that her approach was focused on personalizing the ceremony to who we were, so that even though she hadn’t met us in person yet, it didn’t feel like a cookie-cutter ceremony. Her questionnaire was thoughtful and thorough, and served as an excellent starting point for customizing the ceremony further. We never felt rushed or pressured to finalize the ceremony quickly, and were so happy with the final edit.
Now on to her presence on the wedding day - Mary has the most welcoming presence, and our guests really loved hearing from her. She was timely in her arrival, and also worked quickly to finish the paperwork and mail it by the very next day! She was also very patient in answering our questions about getting the marriage license, what comes next, etc.
Long story short — Mary is an incredible officiant, and you won’t be disappointed! She’s really good at what she does, and she made our big day all the more special.

Everyone I talked with after the wedding said it was the best ceremony they had ever been to! She did a great just of making the ceremony engaging for us and everyone that we cared about that was there.

d our vows. For the hand fasting she was perfect. She found the right theme for them and performed it flawlessly. When it came time for our vows she stepped aside and allowed us to exchange vows alone on the dias. I asked to speak to her alone while I was getting ready and asked for a blessing which she provided. My wife really enjoyed her. We would gladly ask Pastor Mary to perform another ceremony for us such as renewing our vows. We couldn’t have been happier with Pastor Mary.
