For the past 26 years, I have had the privilege of officiating wedding ceremonies as a Senior Pastor of my local church, and also as a Wedding Officiant for couples celebrating their wedding on location at local venues. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked with over six-hundred couples to help make their wedding day both special and memorable. I always work by the belief that each couple is unique and they have a special story to share, so their wedding day should be a reflection of their special relationship. Pastor Matt Skiles made our wedding ceremony perfect! He let us personalize our entire wedding ceremony while ensuring nothing extra was included beside what we planned. We got to meet with him twice before the wedding to plan it out during which time he also got to know us personally. He sat with and got to know our family and friends at our reception. Overall he has a very friendly, professional demeanor which made every part of the ceremony perfect. He made sure we were the center of attention for the day. We appreciate all his work and open communication.

We love Pastor Matt! We immediately felt comfortable with him due to his personable demeanor. We opted to do premarital counseling leading up to our wedding. Pastor Matt made these meetings easy and rewarding. When it came time to plan the ceremony, he gave us several outlines that allowed us to easily create a personalized version.
By the end of our time together, we felt like we had truly built a meaningful connection with him. He is genuine and caring. He did an incredible job officiating. He also took care of our marriage license for us afterwards. We highly recommend Pastor Matt!

Pastor Matt did a wonderful job! Very easy to talk to and positive. We were able to sit and talk with him of what we were envisioning. He gave us a lot of options of the ceremony we wanted. Great speaker and couldn’t asked for a better person to do officiate our wedding.

He is so kind and has such a wonderful personality. We not only had the honor of him as an officiant, but took on his Pre-Marriage Counseling. Getting to know him and ourselves better over the months was a blessing.

I was able to meet Pastor Skiles and work with him on my first wedding of 2022 in Fort Wayne. I am a wedding planner and a very important part of any wedding is the officiant and Pastor Skiles did not disappoint. He connected very well with the bride and groom and fit the ceremony to the couples personalities and love story. It was such a pleasure working with such a caring and amazing Officiant. Pastor Matt was amazing to work with! We crafted our ceremony exactly to our specifications and Pastor Matt had over 20+ examples to pull from. We ultimately created the ceremony of our dreams and Pastor Matt delivered it perfectly! He was very responsive and super friendly to work with, as almost we had always known him! Everything at the ceremony and day of went exactly as planned and our ceremony was one that I will never forget. We highly recommend Pastor Matt!

Pastor Matt was the best! We met a handful of times before the wedding to go over details and to do some premarital counseling. Pastor Matt never made us feel uncomfortable; we truly felt like we could be ourselves instead of pretending to be someone different just because we were in front of a pastor. He let us customize our ceremony to add quotes and verses that were important to us. I definitely recommend Pastor Matt to anyone looking for a pastor for their wedding!

Pastor Matt made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. It felt as if Pastor Matt had known as our entire lives. He is an extremely kind and jovial man. He genuinely cares about the union of your marriage and making sure he performs a ceremony that is exactly what you want and a celebration of the two of you. He was extremely helpful in the ceremony process and sent over several scripted examples of how the ceremony could go. Both sides of our family just love Pastor Matt. He is such a wonderful man and did a fantastic job, I’ll never be able to thank him enough for it!

Pastor Skiles is an extremely genuine caring person. In our initial meeting with him to determine if he would be the right fit for us, he answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable about creating a ceremony that reflected who we were as couple. He was professional and gave us comfort that he was someone we could count on. We felt no pressure to book Pastor Skiles, and when we decided to book him, he made the process easy. For preparation of our ceremony, he sent us several different examples to review. This helped give us many ideas to structure our ceremony. We also completed the marital counseling sessions he offers. This was optional. We met on four different occasions to discuss various topics and found these sessions to be helpful in thinking about topics we may not have thought about as a couple. Pastor Skiles was amazing and I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I were so happy that we went with Rev. Skiles. He met with us a few times before our wedding to do premarital counseling with us and to get to know us. He provided the materials for the counseling and we found it very helpful in preparing us and getting difficult conversations started. We really felt like we developed a relationship with Rev. Skiles and felt very comfortable having him direct one of the most important moments of our lives! He did a great job and was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
