Rev. Nick Montanino / Rev Irene Montanino

ing reception that got postponed from the previous year. He performed the most amazing renewal of vows ceremony: so personal, funny, meaningful, and one that we will truly never forget. Reverend Nick makes the whole process easy and stress free from the very beginning. We are still receiving so many compliments from our guests saying how great he was! Thank you once again for making our special day everything we could have dreamed of!

alities perfectly. He made us laugh and he made the ceremony the favorite part of our day. Working with Nick was amazing and he was great at communicating with us and working with all our ceremony requests.

erfect times during the ceremony (when my husband was about to cry) he snuck in the most perfect jokes to get a giggle out of us and the guests. He is a true professional! Leading up to the big day, he checked in with us multiple times to make sure that he had everything perfect. We didn’t have enough time to run through a rehearsal the morning of, but you would’ve never even known with how he handled the ceremony. His own little personal touches during the ceremony were very heartfelt, and you can truly tell that he was so sincere in every word that he spoke. STELLAR job!!!

as so kind. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first met with him, he gave us a variety of ceremony options (both traditional and/or a bit more personalized). He let us pick and choose whatever we wanted to make our ceremony unique. The day of the wedding he helped us get everything together in such an organized way. So many of our guests were so impressed by our ceremony as well. He was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

xpo. We had an initial call with him where he solidified everything we would be getting and painted a beautiful picture of what our ceremony would be. A year and a half later things changed. I'm not sure what happened, maybe they were overwhelmed with all of the postponed weddings from covid, but after communicating with Rev. Irene in regards to our ceremony script she became very unprofessional and made me an even more worried bride to be. A week before the wedding she told me she couldn't tell me when she'd be writing our ceremony script and that I could not see it before hand. To be 100% honest this was not something that was ever communicated to us in our initial call before we booked and if we were told that we would not be able to see the script before the ceremony we would never have booked them to begin with. The ceremony is the most important part of your wedding day and we wanted to make sure that everything we wanted said (or not said) was included correctly. I didn't think that was too much to ask. When reviewing information with Irene during one of our conversations, she indicated that we wanted a moment of silence for my mother who is no longer with us - my mother is very much alive and well and it is my husband's mother who has passed. God forbid this didn't come up in conversation - my mother would have been mortified and my husbands family would have been pissed. Regardless, since they continued to refuse to share the script the situation continued to worsen and make me even more worried as we got closer I began to look for a new officiant 4 days before our wedding because at this point I was worried he wouldn't even show up. When I told him I found a new officiant and was no longer in need of his services I was held to my full contracted payment stated from the contract that I was "subject to payment in full of contracted amount and any and all costs incurred to collect said fees" . No apology, nothing but we need our money. We ended up booking another officiant which ended up being the best decision we could have made.

day so special

hich is completely understandable but if he had enough time to send a replacement he had enough time to alert me that he had sent one. He did not fulfill the terms of our contract and refuses to give any kind of refund for this, a simple apology would at least be something but he has not done so. Buyer beware with this guy and the way he conducts himself professionally

o our wedding and went over final details with him the week before. About 10 minutes before the ceremony started, a woman (Lorelei) came to the bridal suite and said Rev Irene was sick and she was taking her place. I was so confused since Rev Nick was the one who said he was doing our ceremony and also I read that Rev Irene was no longer doing ceremonies. I was pretty annoyed since it was sprung on me at the last minute right before I was about to go down the aisle and already feeling overwhelmed. Lorelei (not sure of her last name) was fine, but she did do some prayers and we didn’t want anything religious in our ceremony. She wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what we pictured. The next day I emailed Rev Nick about my disappointment in the situation and how I felt it was unprofessional to not even send me a heads up text or email that day so I would be prepared. He replied saying there was a medical emergency and his family came first along with some rude sarcastic comments. I understand things happen, but sending a text takes less than a minute. I should’ve found out by him that he was sending a replacement and not from the replacement herself moments before the ceremony. My issue was really with his lack of communication. It seems like his family is going through a lot and I will pray for them, but also think brides should be aware that this doesn’t seem like it’s been the first time this has happened with Rev Nick and Rev Irene

ent and kind. Rev Nick made our ceremony special and made everyone laugh. Our ceremony was very enjoyable and if I had to do it over again I will still choose them. Thank you so much for everything!

ob! And he also did our vow renewal this year and we loved it. We didn’t really deal with his wife but he is amazing and we would recommend him!

rwork as our friend was doing the ceremony. Everything was worked out for her to come right before the ceremony at 6pm. She showed up 35 minutes early which was no problem, but the problem began when she was insisting on signing the license as soon as she got there. For anyone who is married understands the chaos of your wedding day and how strict timelines are. It would not have been a problem, but we had family who arrived early to take photos with us and I assumed since she called me 2 days before the wedding confirming the 6pm time that is what we had planned for. We asked Irene to wait as it was early, but she responded rudely and stated she had somewhere to be. I asked her to wait a few more minutes in hopes she would be patient. Well she somehow found our witnesses (Best man and Maid of Honor) and had them sign the paperwork without us even being there. She left without saying anything to us and in the moment it was upsetting as you only get to do that once in your life and my husband and I were not there to witness the moment and take it in. She said she would photocopy the license and give it to us before she left, but again all she did was immediately ask for the money and rushed out. We did not hear from her after the wedding. We called her to explain how upset we were and she was not very kind even after the fact. She explained she had somewhere else to be which I understand, but if she had explained that at your final appointment call I would have understood. Overall she did her job, but her rudeness just was not appreciated.

g!!! Not only did Nick do our big wedding, but also our smaller one during the pandemic. The work that him and his wife put into getting to know you and going over everything is truly detail oriented. The ceremony goes off as if they’ve know you your entire lives and is so personal, everyone loved it. Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with!!!!

and intimate. Throughout the planning process they were very easy to get in touch with and asked just the right questions to make sure our ceremony fit our style. Reverend Nick made sure our short, light catholic ceremony was all about our love and commitment however, he added the comedic flare that kept the guest engaged! After the ceremony each of our guests complimented our ceremony saying things like “it was light and airy” “a breath of fresh air” and “it was so you two.” One of our friends who was recently engaged also booked Reverend Nick for her wedding after attending ours! My husband and I are so beyond happy that we plan on using Reverend Nick again when the time comes to one day baptize our future children. Highly recommend! Thank you again Reverends Nick and Irene for making our day so special! -The McGuickians

vows. I spoke to Rev. Irene multiple times throughout the process and Rev. Nick met with my husband and I over Zoom to ensure we felt the right fit and connection, as to us the officiant was extremely important. Rev. Nick's charisma, humor, and warmth made our ceremony so special - we included a sand ceremony which we loved, as well. They book up fast and are not the least expensive option out there, but it really was 100% worth it. Thank you both, we can't recommend them highly enough!

d out that their wedding day might be cancelled. After numerous phone calls to the venue and not getting a response, we decided to move forward and get married anyway. They have been planning this special day for two and half years and like a lot of other brides and grooms today were devastated. Luckily, we reached out to Reverend Nick and Reverend Irene Montanino. We have been to a couple of weddings that they officiated so there was no doubt that they were the ones to choose. Little did we realize how wonderful they truly were. On extremely short notice, they went above and beyond to make sure that during this confusing time, their day was truly special. Within days my son and his now wife were married in a small 15 person ceremony and it was all because of Nick and Irene. Unfortunately, my daughter in law could not wear her wedding dress because the store is closed but it was a beautiful ceremony, nonetheless. We realized it’s not about the venue or the dress or all the other things that go with a wedding, but about the true meaning of getting married, because you love that person. Nick and Irene performed such a beautiful ceremony, one which all 15 of us will never forget. So, my advice to all brides and grooms who are looking for someone to officiate their wedding, look no further. I got the one or should we say the two for you. Reverend Nick and Reverend Irene are truly professionals who give their all. You can not go wrong by choosing them. Even though it was not in front of their 250 guest list of family and friends, it was the best wedding I have ever witnessed. So guys look no further and book these two for your wedding. After all it’s all about marrying the love of your life and they came through for us tenfold. Who knows when their celebration with their 250 guests will happen, but for now I’m one happy mother in-law. After all everything happen for a reason.

d for May, and I couldn’t take the chance of waiting any longer because our venue is unable to give us a straight answer as to when we can reschedule. So sad because like everyone else we invested thousands of dollars. Thank God for Reverend Nick and Reverend Irene Montanino. They came to our rescue and made our dreams come true. We reached out to them and without any hesitation they came and married us in a very small ceremony in front of our loved ones. They made our day so special. We have had the pleasure of witnessing others get married by them at a big venue, but our wedding was just as special. Even more so because it made us realize it’s not just about the party but sharing our life together forever! Run don’t walk and use these two caring professionals who can make your wedding day happen. There are not enough words to thank them and because of them we still were able to have our happily ever after. They say people come into your life for a reason, and we were blessed to have them come into our life and give us the gift of matrimony. Hopefully we can have a celebration at the venue with our friends and families on our terms, but we are husband and wife, and Reverend Nick and Reverend Irene Montanino made it happen.

nal for us, and even had us/the guests laughing, which we loved. We also loved the wine ceremony. Would highly recommend!

funny, & fun. He is very good as what he does. I would recommend him 1000x

d with planning. Our ceremony had a great balance of being religious but still fun with the right amount of humor.

e the process so easy. I highly recommend them!!!

our wedding, we immediately knew we made the right choice. During the meeting, we even teared up! Our ceremony was perfect, in every way possible. I could have not asked for a more wonderful officiant through the entire process and absolutely beautiful ceremony. have had

his wife Irene were always available to answer any question we had and ensured we were well informed of all that needed to be accomplished in preparation for the big day. His ceremony was more than we ever imagined it would be. A perfect balance of religious readings and also the appropriate amount of humor which kept the emotions balanced. My guests are still talking about what a beautiful ceremony it was! We are so grateful to have him be a part of our special day!!

ould talk to us about our style and what we wanted for the ceremony. Closer to the wedding Rev. Irene sent us many types of vows to choose from or use as inspiration to create our own. We ended up choosing vows from the list, but my husband added to his which was a nice surprise during our ceremony. Rev. Irene was always quick to respond to my emails and Rev. Nick did a great job officiating our ceremony. Thank you for making our day special!

Irene met with us over the phone for an hour outlining every detail. The ceremony itself was personal, sweet, heartfelt and beautiful. Reverend Nick was personable and made us all feel so comfortable. He spoke from his heart and he was lighthearted and funny! Everyone kept coming up to my husband and I and asking where we found our officiant because he was so wonderful. I highly recommend working with Reverend Nick and Irene. Thank you both for making our ceremony so beautiful and something we will cherish for a lifetime!

umor and our touching ceremony. He was recommended to us by the booking manager Susan at Chateau Briand and we never looked back since. His wife Reverend Irene works with him and is a great coordinator. Reverend Nick as well as Reverend Irene are amazing, they helped us through the whole process, guiding us step by step. We met with them at their house to discuss the details and knew right away they were the perfect match for us; funny, respectful, sentimental and with a lot of knowledge and experience. Reverend Irene called us a week before our wedding to go through everything we had agree upon the last meeting we had over the phone and also advise us that we ust have our marriage license a couple of time since its very important to have in order to do our ceremony which is understandable. They took everything we said we wanted to incorporate and added it more for the most beautiful wedding ceremony our guests have ever seen. He made jokes here and there and had our guests laughing and crying at the same time; something we definitely asked for! I can't even describe how perfect it was. Reverend Nick Montanino made our wedding so special and perfect!! We are very thankful of all their hard work from the beginning we knew we had nothing to worry about. It was amazing, we will never forget our wedding date !

ecial day for us. The ceremony was great, and my family and guests loved her!!

e realized the warning signs when she refused to let us see what she would say at our ceremony beforehand. Yelling at my fiance that she is not going to stay up all night writing our ceremony if we wanted modifications and that we are not the only wedding she has. My fiance was very nice to her and explained we just wanted to make sure she wasnt changung what we wrote. On the day of my wedding she proceeded to yell at my family when I didn't have witnesses present exactly when she wanted them. Yelling in front of my entire family that she is in charge of what happens. After upsetting my entire family and not apologizing she comes over to me and says I want my fee. I chose two family members in the bridal suite and she continued to yell at us even after doing what she wanted. She could not even properly instruct my witnesses how to sign the forms . As if that isn't enough she yells at my family during the line up saying the men and women were standing on the wrong sides of each other when in fact they were correct. During the ceremony she stumbled multiple times, mispronounced names and gave our family member a reading that still had an entire sentence missing in it after I told her it needed corrections. Never have I been so appalled by a person's behavior that is supposedly a professional. Luckily we wrote the entire ceremony ourselves so she wasn't able to destroy it entirely.

l personal and special. I would definitely recommend them!

with us. Both Nick and Irene were extremely helpful, fun and informative. On the day of the wedding the service was beautiful and he was funny when it fit It was exactly what we wanted. The service was beautiful and light hearted. Even our venue was familiar with Nick and stated how much they love when he shows. He made our day perfect.

it. Well, I guess something happened because he was not able to make it-stuck in traffic or his car was broken down...I didn't totally believe the story because I had read a few other reviews that stated the same thing that happened to me (I doubt his car breaks down that much when he makes as much money as he does!). That was a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and my husband really loved Nick when he met him in the interview...so I let it slide. I am not here to bash anyone, but I do think I need to review these officiants honestly because this is truly what happened. Anyway I found out about 10 minutes before I was about to walk out for my ceremony when Rev. Irene came in and told me as I was waiting in the bridal suite. I wasn't totally surprised (as I said, I had read the reviews so I knew it COULD happen)...and I still had liked Rev. Irene when we had met her many months back. I mostly felt bad because my husband really had wanted Rev. Nick to officiate our ceremony. It also annoyed me that we had only interviewed with Rev. Nick, though Rev. Irene met us briefly before we met with Nick. I think the duo probably book 2 weddings at a time and Nick attended another because I had read a couple of reviews prior to choosing them that said something similar that happened to me where Rev. Nick "couldn't make it." I think this is even more true because our wedding was super easy to officiate since all we wanted was a short basic ceremony. Rev. Irene did a good job with the ceremony, she is the one who writes the speeches for Nick anyway, however there was a bit more humor than my husband would have liked (cracked maybe 3 too many jokes in our short ceremony)...I think this could have been alleviated if we had only just interviewed with Rev. Irene at the same time as we interviewed with Rev. Nick. Also, if they were straight with us from the beginning that it was going to be Irene, that would have been fine, too! It just isn't nice to be surprised a few minutes before the ceremony when you're thinking everything is set in stone. Also, we wanted a very short and sweet ceremony. I believe that's what we emphasized when we met with Nick, it was to be non-religious and we weren't even doing a unity ceremony. The cost for this officiant is $500 and I thought that was pricey since we weren't doing all that much and the ceremony only took about 15-20 minutes. If it had been a longer ceremony I would have understood, but they had it easy this time. Regardless, Irene followed up with a scanned copy of my marriage license and sent in all the paperwork quickly because my marriage certificate was waiting in my mailbox when I got back from my honeymoon less than a week and a half after the wedding. I guess that's the most important thing-so in that respect it was great! Also, Rev. Irene was almost always very responsive to my emails and I barely ever waited more than a day or two to hear back from her. I might recommend this couple to others, but I would also recommend that they interview both Rev. Nick and Irene and make sure they like both no matter who shows up!

, but when Reverend Irene started talking with us, we knew we had our officiant. She is warm, bubbly, upbeat, and has such a positive energy (even over the phone!). She was amazing to work with from help with our vows to outlining the ceremony. When the actual ceremony was taking place, Reverend Irene made us feel at ease. She was amazing. She was funny, heartfelt and genuine. I wasn’t expecting to tear up during our ceremony, but her words were beautiful. It was such a special day. We highly recommend her!

g questions and making us feel at ease with one of the most important parts of the entire day- our ceremony. They made everything easy, fun and they really made sure to incorporate everything into our ceremony that we wanted. Their input and suggestions were fabulous and unique. I spoke with Reverend Irene throughout the process and met with both Reverends Irene & Nick with my fiance to go over the breakdown of the day. They were amazing through and through. It is wonderful to see a couple who truly loves what they do as much as they love each other. We got married in November 2014 and we STILL have people telling us how memorable the ceremony was! There were laughs, tears, moments of "awwwwwe" and everything in between. The one thing I never had to worry about was the ceremony. They really walk you through it all and even on the day of, Rev. Nick said some very amazing words to set me at ease before the ceremony. I can not sing their praises enough. If you are looking for an officiant for anything, you should look no further! They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and truly the most wonderful people to work with! THANKS AGAIN REVEREND NICK & IRENE! WE RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE! See you at my aunt's wedding this summer :)

ne of our favorite parts of our wedding! We got so many complements!

our ceremony because of nerves but Nick made it light and funny. All of our guests enjoyed it.

ke us feel comfortable. Up until 2 days before the wedding rev. Irene (by the way you will never speak to rev. Nick again after that first meeting) assured us that rev. Nick would be performing our ceremony so when she had us sign the marriage license, I thought nothing of it. It wasn't until my husband saw her putting on the robe that we discovered she was performing the ceremony. If he had not seen her, I would've found out at the end of the aisle. My husband asked where rev. Nick was and her answer was he was stuck at another wedding. We were married at 6:30pm on a Friday. For a reverend with no church affiliation, where was this afternoon Friday wedding? He had asked to call rev. Nick but rev. Ilene said she was unable to give out his number & went outside to call in "private." I'm 100% sure that call was never made. My impression was that they book 2 weddings, promise both brides the world & day of screw one by giving them a woman they had never actually met. Until I received my marriage license yesterday, I was nervous that they weren't going to even be legally allowed to marry us. The worst part was that no one communicated that rev. Nick was "running late" & that I would've found out at the end of the aisle. Do yourself a favor & find a different officiant!

ect wedding ceremony that we were looking for. Rev. Nick was very personable and professional. He was even able to provide comic relief when we had difficulty getting the rings on due to the heat outside!

vorite part of our wedding!! Reverend Nick was amazing, he kept my guests interested, laughing, crying, all while getting to the point in a half hour. It was truly a BEAUTIFUL ceremony, everyone was emotional. I may be a little biased because it was my wedding, but i really think it was the most amazing ceremony I've ever seen. He was also so funny and cheerful when he came into the bridal suite, he brought in such a good energy!! He was always a phone call away, and if i couldn't speak with him at the moment, his wife reverend Irene was extremely helpful and accommodating. We went to their house before the wedding and it felt like we'd gone to our families house, they were so welcoming and warm! I would recommend Reverend Nick to everyone I know, i wish i could relive that ceremony every day!

ack since. His wife Reverend Irene works with him and is a great coordinator. We met with them at their house to discuss the details and knew right away they were the perfect match for us; funny, respectful, sentimental, and yet light and witty. They took everything we said we wanted to incorporate and added it for the most beautiful wedding ceremony our guests have ever seen. We did a wine ceremony with our mothers and included a wine box love letter. He made jokes here and there and had our guests laughing and crying at the same time; something we definitely asked for! I can't even describe how perfect it was. Short, sweet, and to the point... Reverend Nick Montanino made our wedding so special and perfect!!

umor and our touching ceremony. We definitely had the special and personal ceremony that we wanted. We would highly recommend Rev. Nick to our friends!!

edding day and we recommend them to all our friends and family!

in walking me through the process of creating a wedding ceremony out of nothing. They helped us decide what type of ceremony to have, send us sample readings, and helped us write our own vows. The ceremony itself was the perfect combination of fun and sentimentality. Reverend Nick bought such an amazing presence and personality to the ceremony. I am so glad I went with Reverend Nick and Reverend Irene- they truly made my day.

mend!!!!!!

nd made the ceremony very enjoyable. We received a lot of positive comments during the reception on how well he did. The officiant can really make or break a ceremony and Rev. Nick is easily a go to choice. Highly recommend contacting him and we're sure he'll win you over as he did with us.

YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
