He provides you a document with everything you need to design your perfect ceremony, and is flexible when you want to add any additional personal touches to the ceremony. I would note that Ray is very busy and is very quick and efficient with his time. So in our experience, he didn't necessarily get invested in our love story as other vendors did. However, we added our personal touches to the ceremony so it worked out. He also worked well with our wedding coordinator during the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, several guests mentioned positive things about the officiant. Our wedding could not have gone as perfect as it did without such a great officiant!

from mildly-religious backgrounds, and were looking for someone non-denominational who could help incorporate religion into our ceremony without it being overbearing, or a church-specific setting and he did just that and it suited us perfectly. He has a whole booklet of suggested scripts for you to choose from or alter if you would like to meet your beliefs, and it helped us to understand how everything should flow and was a very helpful tool. You can tell he has done many weddings and he was great to ask questions of and provide guidance.

We were able to reword, add, or change things as we saw fit. Once my fiancé and I read through the booklet, it was very easy to put our ceremony together. Ray was responsive to all my email inquiries as we planned the ceremony and details of the rehearsal. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. Ray did a great job with his audible, clear voice. He quietly whispered reminders to us during the wedding ceremony to help us through as we forgot a couple things from the rehearsal. At the beginning of the ceremony, Ray had us turn around and face our family members as he welcomed our guests. This was such a wonderful moment for my husband and me to look at all the faces of the people who love and support us. I don't remember seeing that at many weddings. After the wedding, many of our friends and family members commented on how much they liked the ceremony itself because they could hear everything so well, and they thought it was simply beautiful. Thank you, Ray!
